    Servings - 6
    INGREDIENTS
    Soaked red kidney beans - 400 grams
    Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
    Water - 800 milliliters
    Quinoa - 150 grams
    Water - 400 milliliters
    Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
    Water - 350 milliliters
    Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
    Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
    Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
    Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
    Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
    Tofu - 200 grams
    Sea salt - 1/8 teaspoon
    Garlic powder - 1/8 teaspoon
    Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
    Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
    Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
    Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
    Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
    Onions powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Onions - 80 grams
    Bell pepper - 80 grams
    Cherry tomato - 140 grams
    Lettuce - 30 grams
    Spinach - 10 grams
    Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
    Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
    PREPARATION
    1. Take a pressure cooker, add 400 grams soaked red kidney beans, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 800 milliliters water and cover it with lid. Cook until you hear 3 - 4 whistles.
    2. Place a strainer on the top of the bowl, add 150 grams quinoa, 400 milliliters water and wash it properly.
    3. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a heavy skillet, add washed quinoa and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
    4. Add 350 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
    5. Cover it with lid and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
    6. Open the lid and stir well. Remove it from heat.
    7. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt and whisk it well.
    8. Add 200 grams tofu and mix it well.
    9. Take a pan, add marinated tofu and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove it from heat.
    10. In a bowl, add 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon onions powder and mix it well.
    11. In a bowl, add cooked quinoa, boiled red kidney beans, cooked tofu, 80 grams onions, 80 grams bell pepper, 140 grams cherry tomato, 30 grams lettuce, 10 grams spinach, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix it well.
    12. Serve.
