Tom's never afraid to show a classy bit of sass... "I'm just trying to think, when have I been around wind machines before?" = "What the fuck are you talking about?"
What I like about Leo is that even he's still not old he is so respected by film makers(director, producer etc) that he can choose a costar for the movie and no one says no to him... They're like "as long as you're in the movie you can bring anyone". Its not what all actors can do, its rare
Ethan John Man, if you could only see how silly you look right now.... I intentionally misspelled it because if you watch the interview, the interviewer mispronounces the title of the movie. She pronounces it "The Reverant".
+Kaleigh Sullivan She did...and I know u get a nice paycheck but after 100 interviews talking about the same shit ..I bet they cant wait to just go home for the Holidays !
I agree alot with what Leo answers for the last question. I don't care if this actor or that actor does this or that in private but when I see a movie from them you bet I want to see their body of work and judge their skills in that art form.
Leo knows what he is talking about. He really had an excellent point in why people should not be obsessed with movie stars' private lives: it is not necessary for understanding the jest and message of the movies!
Tom Hardy is a brilliant actor with an amazing range and so is Leo. Just recently I watched Tom in Tinker Tailor with the great Gary Oldman. Highly recommended!
Leo is such a gentleman, his mum raised him well, he is also very smart and very dedicated, passionate and intent on doing what he can to help educate us re our world's environment issues. He deserves the Oscar. Tom is very dedicated to his craft, a brilliant man, I have gathered by watching many of his interviews throughout his career, very well read it appears. Loved this movie, having thought it over I don't think you could improve on the movie much at all, so for me 4.5 - 5 *****
Me encanta este hombre Tom Hardy me gustó la entrevista por sus sonrisas de los dos actores, el que reconozca Leonardo el trabajo sorprendente de su compañero es digno de admirar.
I LOVE how candid, real, and honest they are in this interview! Without all the smokes n mirrors! Just 2 actors talking about their work and that’s it! Very candid interview. I almost felt I was in the room with them!🧡 Just finished watching the movie. It was VERY GOOD ! I think Leo was born to play that part! Fit him like a glove! The cinematography was just AMAZING n beautiful to watch!😍 I felt like I was in a dream!😍 The only thing I didn’t like and that I thought was off, was that the young Indian boy that plays Leo’s son in the movie looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like Leo! 😂 So, it was hard to connect the two and see the chemistry. But aside from that the movie was def worth watching! 👌🏽
The interview was a bit DiCaprio biased. Interviewer was mostly looking at him when asking questions that could have well fitted both actors, and that question for Tom Hardy was slightly condescending... thought this was 100 times more aggravating than the mispronunciation of the film title, cause let's be real, it could have happened to anyone.
What strikes me when I look through the comment section is: Who would think that making a comment about her mispronunciation would add anything to the comment section?
I felt so much secondhand embarrassment when she mispronounced the name of the film, but Leo and Tom are classy AF for not correcting her on her mistake. I've seen other interviews where actors call out the interviewer and it makes the rest of the interview so awkward.
Что ты пристал к Тому с моралью???? Смотри за собой.!!!! В каждом комментарии пишешь одно и тоже про мораль и ценности Тома. У Тома всё нормально. Как у тебя??? Береги себя!!! 😂
Is that fucking reporter listening to a word he's saying? Reporter: "you dont go out alot..why?" Leo: "because I dont think its necessary" Reporter: "so you like being mysterious?" smdh
The roles should have been reversed. Quite clearly. Hardy is always taking himself into the character, sinking into the character, his body language, his voice, everything. Leo is always no matter the role, the kid from Titanic.
+Phoenix Pasaol Now that is a more than excellent point. However, Leo just looked constipated during the entire movie. I think Hardy could have done much better, especially with that famous stare. Granted, again, you are correct about his voice, however.
Now that you mention it I think that Tom Hardy would’ve been a better cast for Hugh, Leo is just too cute and innocent. Still think he did an awesome job though
She's got a great style as an interviewer. (rolls eyes) She asked the question and then gives the answer and then let's them talk. WHAT AN IDIOT!!!!!! Who hired her? Compliments to Leo and Tom for putting up with her so graciously. They are truly GREAT actors...their greatest performances may have been putting up with this inept interviewer while keeping a straight face.
Very good movie that revrantance !!was it hard with all that windmills and wooden shoes up there in the alps, I mean how do you let all that pinquins dance all at the same time?
Leo D is a total pro, not wanting to get in others' personal stuff. Few people have a real life of their own, so they peek through the curtains, empty and voyeuristic.
I feel like everyone has a problem pronouncing a word it does not matter if it's already written there. You can see her stutter in some parts to this video (who knows if she is nervous and excited) or tired. Benedict Cumberbatch got the pronounciation wrong for 'penguin' while he was surrounded by many proffesional people around him, what makes the female so different to a famous person? who knows what she went through. :)
"You've managed to keep you private and professional life separate tell me..." *Leo cuts her off* "Because I fucking hate Hollywood any other questions?"
The movie was bullshit I grew up 12 miles from where it actually happened first it happened in summer not winter they left him after the bear attack not before.
This interviewee just doesn't understand the beauty of this movie. It's a masterpiece in the visuals and a wonderful story. Then you get this dumb person asking dumb questions.
I love Tom; his unique acting style; his realness and his great humor..!
I do love his acting, but I do wish he was a little bit more intelligible at times!
+kate jones he is my favorite actor right now
+kate jones I'm just trying to think when I've been around wind machines before.. nice
+BoJangles The Wise same here
And she’s hardly talking to him.
Good choice for Tom to give up on Suicide Squad and did The Revenant Instead
"One of the great talents of his generation. He's an amazing actor.'' Leonardo DiCaprio has impeccable taste.
I tought you meaned Tom Hardy.
Diane Winchester the bromance is strong in this one
Do you ship it? I don't know if I do. Not sure yet. Sorry if shipping is not your thing.
For me the Revenant is the modern equivalent of the De Niro/ Pacino pairing in Heat.
@@oscarmaidana9294 he did
Tom's never afraid to show a classy bit of sass... "I'm just trying to think, when have I been around wind machines before?" = "What the fuck are you talking about?"
Yea I sensed a bit of sass too. I think she was just nervous. A lot of those questions were weak. But it is Access Hollywood.
Can't fucking describe how much I love Hardy... the guy excels at awesomeness and coolness. You can tell he and Leo really get on as well.
Actually my conclusion on their body language is they do not get along. At all.
yes they are friends 👍
What I like about Leo is that even he's still not old he is so respected by film makers(director, producer etc) that he can choose a costar for the movie and no one says no to him... They're like "as long as you're in the movie you can bring anyone". Its not what all actors can do, its rare
Том шикарный мужчина и актер . Он всегда на интервью ведет себя правдиво. Не играет на камеру, чтобы выглядеть красиво. Том есть Том ❤❤❤
The Reverant
Revenant
+TeeJae84 lol 😂
AND you misspelled it AH HAAAAAAA
Ethan John
Man, if you could only see how silly you look right now....
I intentionally misspelled it because if you watch the interview, the interviewer mispronounces the title of the movie. She pronounces it "The Reverant".
Jarod Smith and HOW the FUCK is anyone suppose to get that just based on you saying the word??????
Did she say The Reverent?
+Kaleigh Sullivan She did...and I know u get a nice paycheck but after 100 interviews talking about the same shit ..I bet they cant wait to just go home for the Holidays !
+Kaleigh Sullivan Or "The Reverend". Maybe the movie is about a christian clergy person living surviving in extreme conditions with the help of God.
+Kaleigh Sullivan The Reverend
+MAJOR3058 exactly xD
+Kaleigh Sullivan "tom, was leo champion, champ, champining for you?"
Hardy's so real...
THE REVENANT is written in big white letters behind the actors, and this puppet head still called the film THE REVERENT.
+DevilMaskMedia I don't think she was hired for her intelligence.. lol.
+DevilMaskMedia I don't think she was hired for her intelligence.. lol.
+DevilMaskMedia its hard to not get confused in front of so much hotness.

Tom hardy.. good lord 😍

Only 2 seconds in and she's already butchering the name of the film... beautiful.
😂😂😂😂😂
Just watched it last night! What an amazing movie! Leo killed it!
Leo dies at the end of almost every other one of his movies. He faces 50 near death experiences in The Revenant and lives
Yea true indeed. Leo dies titanic, blood diamond , The departed, django unchained.

I just put it on mute because I could watch these two all day lol they're absolutely phenomenal in anything they do.
Two legends
Agreed
Cobb and Eames have come a long way.
i wanted to see Leo and Tom's reactions when she said THE REVERENT but they didn't show it lol
Wind Machines - the touchstone of every movie set
Tom is a lion
There are no people embarrassing yourself gets you out of the matrix
Great movie. Great acting great scenery and filming. If you haven't seen it you should.
I almost couldn't finish the video because I was so embarrassed for her...
The personal life and public life question had absolutely nothing to do with the interview...
Yeah. Leo could’ve slapped that question down so easily lol but he’s such a nice guy he didn’t

Tom Hardy ❤❤ omg! Lucky Charlotte!
Yeah :((
I like her interview way better than the two other guys
Who wouldn't be nervous interviewing them? lol
They are so hot it hurts 😬😫

The final tom hardy shirt for these interview.

THE REVERANT
In theaters soonish...maybe....
Why does Tom Hardy look so shy o_O
Leo is so darn cool.
I'm sure none of you have ever mispronounced something before
+Jen D Yeah, but it's part of her job to speak well.
Yeah I get that.
+Jen D I would think that if you are going to do an interview about a movie the least you can do is know how to say the name of that movie.
MHMMMMMM
+Jen D are you from south Africa?
I know you marvel superhero movie fans won’t agree, but this is what a REAL movie is. Not some trash comic book garbage.

On another note, Leo is fucking awesome. Love his comment about keeping his private life private
I know he’s married but did anyone else notice where Tom’s eyes were shifting and the interviewers reaction right at the beginning of the video?
