Cheaper than replacing the plastic and cheaper than constantly putting on one of those vinyl dressings you buy at the auto parts store they’re good, but they just don’t last long enough mothers back to black spray Maguires ultimate black spray both of them give the plastic a nice new look, but they just don’t last

I used that rustoleum on the underside of my CJ7. A couple years in and it’s still holding up great
Why did you do that?
hmmmm interesting idea..
If you have to redo, try sanding down the plastic and then applying adhesive promoter before adding paint, it’ll last forever.
I used that same bed liner on my tj about three years ago and it still looks new
That’s awesome! It’s a great bed liner for $20 can’t complain at all
Must use bed liner plastic adhesive before coating with bedliner also remove tape immediately don't allow to dry before removing.
Definitely good tips, esp the tape one
Reasonable idea! Looks great!
Thank you!
I did a bullbar with a couple of aerosol cans, prep work wasn’t much different from any other plaint job but has held up incredibly well
Absolutely stunning work as always brother, keep it up 👏🏼🔥
Thank you man 🙏🏻

My 2007 got rocked by hail. They say it's totalled. I kept it. Gonna go with gray liner 💪
Wow totaled from hail, was it really that bad?
Thanks for the information and idea.
Sure thing Kirk!
Thanks for giving me ideas...
Hey looky there, glad you read and showed my comment and did the bed liner!
Was a good suggestion!
Love a jeep...
I used the rustoleum spray can bedliner it work awsom on my suburban
Sweet, how long has it lasted so far?
@stayve. I have only done it now for about 2 months and still looks like I just painted them
Dude that’s so funny I just did this today on my same exact jeep except it’s black and RUclips shows me this vid today
Ayy nice man! Bless the algo haha
Door knobs need it now!!
2k😮
Rustoleum is great paint
I have the same jeep and I’m probably gonna do the same to mine, do you know what fender flares you have on? They look sick
Dope man! I’m pretty sure they’re just stock fenders that were cut by one of the previous owners to fit these 33s
I sprayed 3 coats fenders, bumpers and Grill
How is it doing today? Thinking about doing this, can I get a picture, please
Looks exactly the same today. Definitely worth it
You could also use a torch
True! I think I like the bed liner look more tho
I’m go and make this jeep in off-road outlaws
just hit the trim with a torch itll look like new
Looking to do my montero
The camouflage rustoleum ultra flat black works great on plastics
Is that aa xj?
ZJ
Unfortunately it probably doesn't have any uv protection. It will eventually fade
Mine is still holding up after three years
Anything hold up to 3 years consider good enough for me. Just my humble opinion.
I can tell you one thing. It's way easier to take off one long piece of painters tape than a bunch of small ones.
Put a clear coat on , it will last longer
Great idea! Would prob cost more than just buying another whole can of bed linertho. Still have some left in this can too
There's a clear coat bed liner
I have 3 redone zj, all on I.R.O
@@zandersbailey6546 nice! IRO lift kits cost more than my entire Jeep was haha. Maybe I’ll upgrade one day
2k? That literally goes for 6k in cali easily.
Heck yeah it was a great deal for something running and driving. Spent more on my motorcycle haha
Peal tape before letting dry
So worthless
