Thank you so much! I love potato pancakes but always felt I couldn't make them myself because I'm terrible at frying things and I'm not Jewish (I'm Wiccan, actually). But after some research, I found potato pancakes in a variety of cultures, and thanks to this video, I found you can bake them! Yay! Will defintiely try these sometime. Thanks again.

Hi Marion tonight I followed your recipe and made Latkes. I baked them but then at the end tossed them in the frying oil with my chicken tenders for the crunch. This recipe is so good! Thanks for sharing ❤

Thank you for the recipe. I used Simply Potatoes Mashed Shredded Hash Browns to save time. I used rice flour so they would be gluten free. I added an extra egg to make the mixture thicker.

This is my go-to method. Don’t forget to press the hash browns between tea towels to wring out excess moisture. It makes a difference.

Wow, these look great! I’ve always wished there was an easier, less stinky way to make latkes. (My solution has been the frozen ones from Trader Joe’s.)

Everyday Jewish Mom 😂 I was going to begin the video by saying the easiest way to make latkas is to buy the frozen ones at Trader Joe’s lol but I didn’t have time to get them before I filmed!!

wtb61 I’m sure they will be delicious, even if not perfectly tight triangles. Here’s my tutorial and favorite all time recipe if you’re in “research mode” ruclips.net/video/vZvp1YgFDwE/видео.html . Happy baking!
