congrats on the new cybertruck. give FSD another shot. I've been using the latest free trial again and it's greatly improved. I used it all the way to SD from Los Angeles and to Anza-Borrego State Park and now I use it most of the time. I posted the drive on my RUclips channel.
Appreciate your honest opinion on the Rivian and Cybertruck. I have the AWD Cybertruck and love it. At 65 years old FSD is amazing. I arrive at my destination rested with more energy which I really like. My Cybertruck on FSD stopped for a deer I didn't see last week which was incredible.
The Cybertruck has been comfy so far. Drive it to work twice already. Feels similar to the Model X until parking. So far been happy as a Model X replacement. Wife has barely driven it but will in the next few days. I’ve been stealing it 😁
I know the pain of buying a Tesla at the wrong time. Bought my Model S plaid in June 2022, 150k lol. Money is money, I ain’t taking it to the grave. Now we have SEXY plus two CTs lol. Congrats!
I got my 2023 S Plaid band spankin new. 10 months later it depreciated 50% I had 11,000 miles on it. Makes it very hard to buy another Tesla or recommend a Tesla.
Great video Sherwin. Fellow Filipino with Cyberbeast. If you will wrap it anyways, do not let the service center fix the scratches. They will make it worse. From personal experience.
@@j9gundayao 🤣 We've used the same custom license plate on the last 3 Tesla Abby got. The Model Y 7-seater got in a little fender bender, and both Model X got bought back. She wants to use a different custom plate on the Cybertruck 😂
MSRP used to be the "normal" deal. Invoice price was even a better deal. Nowadays, you can't get MSRP without mark ups and so many add-ons. We were looking at replacing a delivery car. One car had mudflaps for $155 🤣. It's terrible. We may use a car broker to just do all the running around. Doing it on our own is such a waste of time.
Haha, if... that's a big if, we get another Model X, I think the 5-seater is what we would get. But I really don't want another. Maybe if they make it more "useful" and add sliding doors 😅
I didn't want to pay the extra cost for things I don't need. I prefer 3rd party accessories, I don't use FSD, and I've done a couple of videos regarding the lifetime supercharging... ruclips.net/user/live9PtHbugLZB8 ruclips.net/user/liveVuFb1bhPPw4

The tax credit is not through Tesla. You file it to the IRS. If you go to the following website... fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax2023.shtml Date plan to take delivery, make sure you select Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025 Under Make, select Tesla Scroll down on the list. You will see Tesla Cybertruck. If you select 2024 as model Year, the list goes away. So what it looks like is the Cybertruck has to be a 2025 model year, dual motor or single (not available yet?) and it should qualify.
@sherwinm Federal tax credits come right off the purchase price (non commercial) I received clarity yesterday. The 7500 tax credit will soon apply to Tesla Cybertrucks that will be built with qualifying minerals. The Trucks sitting on lots now will not qualify. My adviser agreed with me to drag my feet as long as I can to get a qualified truck **once again this does NOT apply to current Lease/ commercial tax credit*
I have the options/numbers video that explains things. ruclips.net/video/8g0t7u9-fEQ/видео.html Having two trucks was low on our list. Numbers just lined up. Plus we look at the Cybertruck as a Model X with the storage/space and utility we've been missing out on the Model X. I see it as a SUV with a bed. It is the Model X replacement.
Spending so much on multiple vehicles is wild to me. Unless the net worth is there to support such purchases. I wonder what this creator's net worth is.
1st world problems. Waiting for video saying my Tesla Model Y is now worth $35k after 3 years. More then half its value when bought new. Keep buying high depreciation Tesla's. Winning!
We're not big on FSD, I'd rather use 3rd party accessories, worried about lower VIN, I don't see them for that price from Tesla. I hesitate buying Tesla from other dealers. If I go private, I would prefer to buy from someone I know. This was also a last minute thing. The numbers just worked out and the sales person was extra easy to work with.
Oops, did I have a typo? I was rushing the edit on this. Been so busy recording and editing. So many things going on. The Model X is getting surrendered very soon and I still want to do a couple of videos on it. 😅
Just not feeling the look of Rivians. Too normal on the outside and too pretentious inside. Rivian is like an iPhone, Cybertruck is like a Samsung Galaxy Fold.
2 years from today would be another video I can't belive I paid paid 80 k for CT. It is 50k now.
😂😂😂😂 they won't be able to sell it for $20k....

Worse? Oh man that's not good. Wouldn't the scratches show through the wrap? Happened on my Model Y. They had to sand it down and rewrap my bumper.
hella good deal! congrats on the new truck!

You can walk into any car dealer and tell them you would pay msrp. It is always easy. Only hassle 8s when you want 10 to 15 percent off msrp.

What do you mean your business co-signed? Does it mean the car is registered/titled under you (individual) and your business?
Yes, it's both myself and the business
Would that require it to carry commercial insurance?
