Dude that's literally me right now. Just bought like a couple weeks ago and i've been grinding the game totally into the characters and then got to the end. I know there's still plenty to do with side missions and DLC but man.
Totally happened to me. Also, pretty sure that you have to promise your mom to save Deimos, because that was the only thing I did differently and he killed my mom, forcing me to destroy him. The dinner scene with Stentor and Nikolaus was sooooo awkward.
Bro for real though, I wish the rpg elements were a little more in depth depth like the Witcher, you tell that’s what they are going for but it just doesn’t have that same emotional weight like the Witcher, Kassandra’s performance is what really got me invested in the story
I had the worst ending and man, you know that feeling of having a void inside you? I've only felt that when I lost a friend and when I watched Akame Ga Kill. Now, seeing Kassandra alone in her house was so heartbreaking for me, I feel that void inside it was so sad.
Mom’s Spaghetti sorry let me be more specific, didnt kill wolf and once i was at the end of the story line i sat at the table with stepdad and stepbrother
I've also killed both cultists - the wolf and alexios and would have gotten the best ending in my opinion if I had the choice to kick the useless bitch from the cliff at the end as well
Definitely the critical part to get the best ending is saving Deimos in the battle and Convincing her/him at the prison - it is so nice to have all the family aboard after this!
I saved him at the battle, but did not convince him. I then chose to not fight him. Still, he killed the mom and then Kassandra had to kill him. So yeah, I would say that part is supper important as I was always nice to Deimos and did not try to provoke him.
Hey I am trying to find out what will happen in the ending if i choose the "I'm going" choice in the memories awoken quest will i still get the best ending or will he kill the mother please let me know asap
Fueguin5 I have a question. I picked the “I’m going” in the mission where you upgrade your spear for the first time. Am I still eligible for the best possible ending or I’m I gonna get betrayed
For everyone here, the "I'm going" Option doesn't effect the the of ending you'll get. You'll just ger the "upgrade the spear" quests which will improve your spear but never effect the main Family Odyssey quest
I was nice to Deimos (Kassandra in my playthrough), let my father live, helped Stentor reunite with Nikolaos, promised my mother I'd save her, and chose all the nice options to my sister, yet I didn't convince her that the cult was just using her as a pawn and she killed my mother. Worst of all, at the dinner table, Stentor drank all the wine when I told him to pass it!
Yup the trick lies there in the game where u have to choose ur option wisely during conversation between alexios and Kassandra in prison and make him/her believe that kleon and cult is using him/her
Thanks man. As it was an optional dialogue path I didn't do it and I was looking if it's still possible to get the best ending. Thanks for clearing that up man. Appreciate it.
I killed The Wolf and Stentor but saved Deimos. At the end it was just Myrinne, Alexios and Kassandra at the house; a pretty good ending in my opinion.
me too! i killed the wolf and shortly after was told that i couldn't get the good ending and was pretty bummed. but honestly this ending wasn't bad at all! I'm so happy about that
Yep I killed the two fathers lol One who thrown you and you little baby sibling off a cliff and the other only had you to keep his legacy none of them deserved to live in my opinion
1. Save your game before meeting your mother 2. Fight Deimos (the challenge is worth it) 3. Go to your house 4. Feel horrible about the outcome, load save game, don't fight Deimos.
I got the bad ending, with Nicolaus and Stentor. I made all the right choices other than making Deimos doubt Kleon. For a minute, when mother hugged Deimos I was so certain it’s all good now. Few seconds later all my hopes shattered😭😂
For me i had “the best ending” but stentor was missing. So what i did is that i knew stentor was a mercenary so i searched him then knocked him out and recruted him so my family is complete
I killed Nikolaos and Stentor, yet still managed to get the 'best' ending where Kassandra, Deimos and Myrinne all go home together happily. I may have pushed Deimos the first time we met, but I can't remember. So many different ways to get these outcomes!
hello im angela and I have killed nikolaos and stentor in the wolf of sparta can I save myrrine and the family diner with her? im curious with friendly greetings angela 👱♀️
I'm real glad I reached the best ending without any advanced planning or anything. Even encouraging nikolaos to go to stentor without knowing the effect it would really have, and saving Deimos through all the right dialogue first time. Definitely the best ending
"I'm real glad I reached the best ending without any advanced planning or anything." I (almost) got the best ending without help. In "theory" it's basically the same ending lol. I screwed up with Stentor and told Nikolaos to leave him alone. I fought him, but spared him. He becomes a mercenary, who you can then fight, knock out and recruit him as a Lieutenant, ultimately rejoining him with Nikolaos anyway.
I had it so Deimos killed my mother and then I killed Deimos and had dinner with Nickolas and Stentor... the only thing I messed up was the dialogue choices in the prison... feelsbad
Exact same happened here. I was basically being nice to Deimos the entire time except I made a “bad” choice in the prison then ended up losing the mother and killing Deimos.
@@GreyEagle Yeah, I agree. I thought it was a fitting tragic end, but I just don't think my choices should have lead up to that ending, and the prison choices weren't clear, but oh well; no Mater, or Kassandra for me on my ship, which is what I wanted :(
After 120 hours of clearing the entire map and all side quests, I finished the family storyline and got the best ending with all possible family members alive. I’m just glad I made the best choices in the main quest line, god knows I didn’t have the best judgement in other minor side quests... lol.
@@Romancer I played as Kassandra and banged everyone and got the good ending , Now playing as Alexios being a straight up douche turning down everyone staying Celibate and all that Rage makes me kill so much . I am gonna get the Worst Ending for sure !!
@@The_Quiet_Kiddo i also did the same things you mentioned haha banged literally everyone possible and killed supidios mater and banged his father. Still got the good Ending hahaha
My first play through (playing as Alexios), I got the awkward ending. I spared Nikolaos and got him to calm Stentor down, but flubbed the conversation with Deimos in the jail, and didn’t commit to sparing her when Myrrine asked me to. Tried to not fight Deimos at the end, but she went ahead and killed mom, so… me and the boys got to hang out while the girls were dead. Yay?
got that as well. kinda dissapointed tho because i did everything right, except when i was in the jail, i did it right but then died and had to redo it, because there where a few mercenaries waiting outside the jail place. one or 2 is fine, but three overwhelmed me. when i was talking to Daimos again i just did random not knowing it effected anything. now myrrine and daimos are dead.
@@christianjones1889 Oh, good luck with the Spanish, continuing with the theme I did exactly the same as you, only that in the end I decided to kill Kassandra so that mother would not die, I feel that it is the most appropriate ending considering that Kassadra's "redemption" she looks a bit forced in the "good ending", the key is not to promise mother that you will save her, so she doesn't banish you if you kill her. Postscript: I use duolingo just like you (in my case to learn English) lol.
If you kill your father and spare stentor in your duel, he becomes a mercenary, and when I fought him as a mercenary I knocked him out and your able to recruit him to your ship
I did EVERYTHING right except for I didnt manage to convince Deimos at the prison. Worst: I promised mater to bring Deimos back. Now everyone I cared about is dead , got a Sad and awkward dinner with Nikolaus and Stentor and I am depressed as fuck
I got the best ending without Stentor so the "original" family of 4 were together. I told Nikolaus to stay in the mountains and killed Stentor in the duel. I'm happy with this ending, I never liked Stentor :-)
I got the best ending... (Alexios) Killed the Wolf Killed Stentor Mom, and sister were still alive. It was far less awkward at the dinner table I assure you.
thought i was the only one then gonna go after all the cultist and arena then all side quests then download some dlc fell in love with this game an much prefer alexios story to kassandra it feels as everyone went kassandra to
I like Brasidas but I wasn't too much attached to him like a lot of people, he died a warriors death in the end on the battlefield, and at least it was to Deimos who nobody was going to be able to deal with 1v1.
Sadly, there's nothing that can logically be done about Brasidas. IRL he does indeed lead the spartans and then die at the battle of Amphipolis, one of only 6 Spartan casualties. Fun fact: according to his arguments during his Trial decades later, Sokrates was also at that same battle serving as a hoplite with the Athenians.
I killed Nikolaus and Sparta Kicked Sentor off the cliff to defeat him, later in the game when he reappeared he had a nasty scar covering his left side of his face. I then was forced to fight him and I decided to spare him after I humilated him and he became a Mercenary on the merc list with flavor text describing how he was shamed and left the Spartan army.
My ending was i have to kill Deimos and my mother had left me as I didn't kept the promise. But it's not a bad ending at all. Deimos killed Phiobe, Perikles and Brasidas. I don't wanna spare him just for sake of a promise. I was satisfied with my ending though.
Your mother spends the bulk of the game trying to end the cult, then if you kill deimos, she basically seems to have more love for that sibling than you, who she doesn't ever want to see again...that's messed up.
I was furious when that happened. XD After killing Deimos she was all, 'I don't ever want to see you again." I was sitting there like, "WHAT!? Are you kidding me!? After all that? After everything I did for you!? Malaka!"
@@greylithwolf don't make promises you weren't going to keep, then. Actually, I'm surprised I got the best ending. Not because I wasn't looking for it (I did everything I could to get it) but because I literally had no idea what were the requirements. I assumed not killing your family was the obvious thing, duh. But the conversation with Deimos in jail I just did it right by chance. So glad I made the best choices
makes since if you promised her that you would bring your sibling back and then go off and kill him infront of her you show her that you can't be trusted to keep any kind of promise and that your just a liar who her real child died when he/she fell that day so yea i'd rather go with the best ending because that away it shows that you can keep a promise
whazues deimos was a non repentant power hungry strongarm for the cult. Did he seek out his mother...no. Did he care when he found out she was alive..no. He even said the cult would probably kill her. With an a-hole demigod wanting to kill anyone in his way, the mother couldn't be so naive as to think the two of you couldn't resolve your difference in ideology and agenda. They're both her real children..different dads. But she pines for a cultist who couldn't give a shit about the family members and abhors the child that has her same goal and actively sought her out to be reunited with her. So no it seems a bit off. But they needed several different "downer" endings to make it a harder task to get everything perfect. That's ubisofts way, think of how many feel good endings are in their far cry games...almost none.
I said "i cant promise that" to mater and still got happy ending. I just followed my moral and logic but still maintained some realism. It paid off in the end i was suprised with the good ending.
I got an ending where Dad was alive Stentor was alive Deimos(kassandra) died Mom alive and happy Idk why she was happy maybe because I was a dick to Deimos and didn’t promise her that Deimos would survive
I got the ending without Stentor. I spared Step Dad at the beginning. But then later when you're supposed to go to the Region to help Stentor take control. I pre-attacked the Athenian bases before I went to visit Stentor. I thought it would be a good idea to weaken the Athenia control So when I got to Stentor, he asked me to kill the 4 champions but I'd already killed 2 of them. Therefore I never met with Step-Dad again and when I fought with Stentor, there was no intervention. I didn't kill Stentor and he becomes a mercenary. Before the final battle I thought it would be a good idea to recuit Stentor, so I knocked him out and recruited him. When it came to the family meal we were all there except Stentor. I was really surprised to see Step-Dad since I hadn't seen him since the mountain-top near the beginning.
Just finished the game for the first time an hour ago and came to see this amazing video. I got the best ending possible, without even planning it. I just wanted Alexios to be my ally and together we’d be an invincible duo lol (I play as Kassandra). Now to the dlcs! Thanks for the video, nice job man! And great parenting!
I'm really frustrated because I'm not done with the game yet and conveniently done everything right but in the first talk with our mother I said Alexios was too far gone but said he wasn't in the second conversation I had so idk if that was a make or break choice I messed up on
@@TTR_Ricky thanks! It seems like the most important choices that'll ruin it is if you say the wrong things in the prison scene and idk how close I am to it because I just got to the part where we got our house back
@@TTR_Ricky just finished the story and I didn't know what the good ending was I just wanted to see if I could get it and after seeing it definitely put me to tears
Just finished and got the ending you wanted with Father, Mother, Stentor and Kassandra at the dinner table. I let my father live, convince father to interfer, I choose to kill Deimos at the falling tree part, I told mom I can't promise and then killed Deimos on the mountain. Got the ending with the family without Deimos
I didn't even realize that was the ending. Got the best one. I simply did what i would've done in real life. This has got to be the best assassin's creed game I've ever played.
I got an ending without Deimos. I was nice to him at the start, but I shifted and decided he was lost. Whenever I talked to my mother about him, I said that nothing could be done. For the most part, I treated him like another cultist and that all cultists must die. When it came time to fight him, I did so and killed him. My mother didn’t turn me away, and we ended up with Nikolaus and Stentor at the house.
Ahh, thank you. I got the 'secret' ending with Myrrine hating me and Deimos dead, and I was trying to figure out how to kill him and not have her leave. And after reading your reply, I think I can just go back and not promise to save him and I'll be OK.
@@bonnie_lass Here's hoping you don't have to go back too far to get the ending you want. I can't remember how many times you talk to your mother about Deimos being too far gone.
I did what I would have done with my family and work on conflicts in peace. Got the best ending and the strongest crew on my ship 👊🏼🔥🔥 that dinner scene with everyone was worth every minute 🙏🏼
My first Playthrough was actually the best ending, I didn't wanted to kill anyone so I chose to spare them, I even exactly wanted Alexios to turn on Kleon. I was so happy after seeing this ending.
shet how cruel am I throughout the whole story: Nikolaos > Dead Stentor > Dead Kassandra > Dead with 6 devastating shot in the head lol 😭😭🤣 Myrine was like: leave Spartan and do not cumback. Me: Ready to set sail Barnabas 🤣🤣🤣
@@originalfinalslasher You let her live because she is HOT. You are hopping that she will come out of the TV/Monitor and help you relax. She is VERY good at doing that to in-game people.😍 Anyways,I played as Kassandra. From what I've seen on Alexious, he is MUCH better villan than Hero. Kassandra is better Hero than Alexious. But I haven't seen Kassandra in her villainous bitch form. Yet.
So I actually had the best ending but I murdered my father and killed stentor in the duel. But I still had a rather awkward dinner with Deimos and Myrrine at the end. (with Deimos commenting something like I eat like a wild animal, Myrrine replying "well lamb you are at a table" and me just giving a shrug and a "tough crowd" line) I had promised my mother I would bring Deimos back to us and kept the promise having that hug on the edge of the cliff. I didn't realize how many possible endings this would have!
I killed the dad and didn't even blink because that's I believe the least of what he deserved. Throughout the game I was being nice to Deimos and at the end I trusted him and then he literally stabbed my mother in the back. I was so glad that when I got to the boss fight with him, I died and the game got me back to before I made that fateful choice. It's like they're giving me a second chance to correct my mistake. It was tough to finally let him go because he was already far gone. At least I got my mother back.
I got an ending different to any that you described. I chose to kill my father, kill stentor, be nice to Deimos, promise my mother to bring her home, and then choose to fight. So I got the secret ending with no one at the family dinner. It was only me, as everyone else was dead, and mother abandoned me haha
So basicly you can get another ending , like you kill Nikolaos and Stentor , save Deimos and Myrinne and the ending scene gonna be 3 of you , and i call that ending is : Leonidas Bloodline Ending :)
I got that ending yesterday in my first playthrough. Killed the wolf bc I thought it was the right thing to do (revenge) / Killed Step-Brother bc f*ck him / Was nice to deimos
Yeah i was thinking exactly like that , an old man that kill his adopted child by himself just bc he fear some traditional . And for Stentor , beside of his big ego , i was feel like he was somekind of replacement of main-char , so i kill him too.
I always go for the secret ending. I think it's the more realistic one. To me, Alexios is beyond saving, during dinner Stentor won't show his dickweed side, and on the ship, everyone seems to be in good terms, even Kassandra and Stentor sound like brother and sister, with that expected animosity on the outside, but a sense of caring deep inside.
I would prefer to live in Athens with perikles sokrates hyppocrates of course phoibe or even markos and all the reasonnable people instead of sparta where they kill their own army by training them against wolves and honor dropping kids from the mountain.
I killed the father I killed stentor But I promised myrinne that I’d bring deimos back and persuaded Deimos in the cell to stand up to kleon And I did not fight Deimos at the end End of the game was with Alexios, kassandra and myrinne Best ending in my opinion
@@agwstrashy can that happen? becasue i'm now on the quest to kill or not kill nicolas. i plan to choose to kill, but i still want to has a good ending. if i kill nicolas, could i still can save kassandra and myrinne?
@@lintongleang1920 yes, you will need to do the right dialogue with they both (you can follow your intuition or see a video) Kill nikolaus and stentor will delete their ending, but not the mother daughter ending
I got the ending with only Nikolaos, and he joined me in the ship. It was my first playthrough and I didn't follow any guides, just going through feelings etc haha. I let Nikolaos live because he appeared like very sad. Then when we met again, I said him better don't go near Estentor again since he has already done much pain. I killed Estentor because he was too annoying. I didn't promise the mom that I would take Deimos back because I don't know, I chose that option "I'll try but can't promise". I was caring and mean to Deimos at points, but in the combat dialogues, I always tried to make him reasoning. Then Deimos killed Mirrina, and I had to kill Deimos. Then at the end, only Nikolaos was at the table.
@@muhammadhuzaifah4930 when you met Nikolaos at some desert island, if you say Stentor dont need him, he will not go to the camp to separate your fight then you kill Stentor.
I pushed him and he decked me in the nose. I also told myrinne I couldn’t promise her anything and that he was beyond saving. still got the best ending lol
Im pretty sure the only impact promising the mom that you’ll bring back Deimos is that if you end up killing him, the mother will disown you (the secret ending in the video). I haven’t tried it myself but if you don’t promise I’m pretty sure the mom accepts Deimos death. Also I chose the “Im not sure” for the moms. Seems it’s not required to make a promise to get the best ending since I got it.
Thank you for telling that. I pushed him too and was worried I may not get to save him now but you have alleviated my worries. Finding out if I could still save him after pushing him was actually the only reason why I came here lol.
@@risennova4826 i say that i try tho bring bim back, but cant do anyhing on mountain and have to kill him (playing as Kassandra) But first time i refuse to fight. Can confirm that telling your mater you can't make promises can still lead to the best ending if you then continue to be nice to Deimos. Source: just finished my playthrough yesterday.
@@benjaminaxiaq5418 That's what happens. After killing Diemos Kassandra says "That was not your son." and the two head down to the house for dinner. There's some awkward silence then Nikolaos says "At least we're all together," and Myrrine snaps back "Not all of us."
Ghost221x yeah, me as well, also while imprisoned by Deimos, i chose the option “it was the cults fault” rather than “we didnt abandon you” and he still doubted Kleon and the ending was perfect
I'd been spoiled that there were different endings and I only knew about sparing the wolf to get the best ending (I would've killed him if I didn't know) but I had to guess the other choices mostly and hoped for the best. But I'm horrified to discover that Myrinne would actually abandon Kassandra if she kills him after trying her best to get him back. How could any mother who had already lost her children once, then wilfully abandon the one left standing? That would break Kassandra. That girl has already endured so much loss and abandonment in her life, to then have to endure it from her own mother as well? That's a recipe for ptsd and abandonment issues.
You think about these characters like I do. That ending is devastating and, I don't care how many times I play this game, I'll never attempt the bad endings. I think Myrinne abandoning her child is almost worse than her being killed by one of her children.
The best ending is terrible to me because Alexios turned so quickly after spending the entire game stuck in his ways. I think of the tragic ending where the mom and he dies as the true ending because its a tragic hero type of ending for both in the story.
Master Of Recipe That ending was devastating. It’s as if you were better off staying on the starter island. I do agree Deimos transition doesn’t feel genuine. They could have added more dialogue to that conversation to make it feel right.
They shoulda made alexios see the truth when you hand him the spear, and it shoulda glowed and gave him visions and shit, woulda made a little more sense with him abruptly changing back to good so fast.
Ricekrispies 1 it’s funny that you say that because I thought that was what was going to happen when kassandra gave Alexios the spear but he just looked at it but I agree would have made more sense if he saw something that made him change his mind about the cult.
When demios touched the spear of Leonidas at the end of the game at the mountain top, she/he was shown the full memory/account of what happened the night they were thrown off. Which made him/her realise they were wrong about (main character) trying to kill them rather then save them
Got the "best" ending on my first playthrough but it felt off. Watching Stentor and Deimos just play wrestle each other was pretty cringe. It's pretty obvious that's not the ending the writers intended to be the real ending. I'm now going to try and get the ending where only Deimos dies. She's just too evil in my opinion. Her turn tp my side was very unbelievable. I have nothing against Stentor or Nikolaos. I mean, sure, Nikoloas threw Alexios off that cliff but when you see him again, you can see the hurt and sorrow in his eyes. He regrets it and it obviously broke him. Stentor just thought you killed his stepfather, who he loved and admired. Of course he was pissed but Nikolaos revealing himself fixed that. He's a little arrogant but he's not a bad guy. Deimos is just pure evil, right up until the moment you convince her to tun against the cult. She killed Perikles and Brasidas and Brasidas was my favorite side character. It never sat right with me so fuck it, Deimos is gonna die this playthrough.
I killed her in the first as well brasidas is truly the best bro he's so nice to you the entire game and since the first battle when deimos injured brasidas I chose not to help her but in the end I got touched and tried to save her. So she and the mother died at least I ended having diner with pater it kind of felt right the ending. I wouldn't kill the father he was too hurt and the way you kill him and he still says he loves you and is sorry after you just stabbed him would be too bad
@@SamuelGomes-ed8ux Yeah I felt sorry for Nikolaos as well. Haven't killed him in any of my playthroughs. I got the right ending this time, with Nikolaos, Myrrine and Stentor. Fuck Deimos haha.
I got a weird version of the best ending in that I hadnt told Nikolas to go to Stentor. I spared Stentor in the duel and he became a mercenary (Stentor the fallen), completed the family storyline, so had dinner with Nikolas, Mater and Deimos. KO'd and recruited Stentor when he came for me.
At first I was like 'Damn Mater WTF?!!' when I saw that ending where you break the promise to her. Like she just disowns you overlooking how evil Deimos was and beyond redemption. But I think for some reason parents will always be attached a bit more to the youngest in the family as they are seen as the 'baby' of the family. So whilst it was wrong, harsh as hell and heartbreaking I understood her grief.
I got the ending without Stentor. You do everything for the best ending but you do not tell Nikolaos to go to Stentor. You tell him to stay away. However, you also HAVE TO say "He still cares," when you get your house back and you notice the toy missing.
You technically can still "work it out" with stentor as long as you spared him after your fight. He becomes a mercenary and you can fight, knock him out and recruit him as a Lieutenant ultimately rejoining the family in the end.
@@Carpe_diemMMVII ”his ahh” haha😂 i keep him locked in a lil room below deck and force him to row the adrestia with a broken oar. He only gets food on Sundays too.
@@tsdobbi I didn't get to "work it out" with stentor as i got no choice to spare him during the fight. I tried to not fight with him, but he still ended up dead. As for Nikolaos, i spared him in the beginning, but did not tell him to go to Stentor. Also i DID NOT say "He still cares" when we get the house back. I acted as if he didn't exist. Still i got the ending with the 4 people in the family, just like how it was in the beginning. It was a good enough ending for me as i personally didn't like stentor.
I got the ending with all family members alive even though i "pushed" deimos at the beginning, i think the most important part of convincing deimos is try to save her at the tree, and the prison talk. If you convince her she will lash out against kleon saying she is not a puppet, if you don't convince her she will say do whatever you want with him.
Don't worry you're fine! But when you have a main story battle with Brasidas in Messenia make a reserve manual save. That is the point where you will talk in the prison and that is where i first screwed up and had to reload to find the right dialogue
My ending: I killed JUST Deimos, otherwise she will kill mother - so no choice, because in both scenarios is fight with her ... I didn't killed my stepbrother, but at the end in old house I was only with Nikolaos ...
I’m soooo glad I got the best ending, It feels really bad watching the other ones here ;(((((( I want to unwatch them and think only the best one exists…..

I was wondering if you know what happens if you spare Nikolaos but you don't let him help Stentor. Does that change anything? Does he still show up when Stentor tries to fight you?
told deimos she was the cult puppet .. then when alexios tells her it was our grandfather spear .. she takes the spear kill myreene while laughing the second option i had was to fight deimos so either way she dies and i end up only with alexios father becoming lieutenant on the ship .... i did speared stentor life but it wasent in the ending but became mercenary i never saw him in the part where his father intervens ..... and i saw him only 3 weeks later meaning yesterday and i knocked him out and recuit him
Thank God. I'm not done yet, but I wanted to get the best ending. However, I pushed him in the beginning and was scrolling through the comments hoping to see this. Lol
When I was playing, Deimos tricked me. She hugged Myrinne and then stabbed her. I killed Deimos and ate dinner with jerk step-brother and mean dad Now I’m depressed
Isn't there a 5th ending? Save father, brother, be nice to deimos, BUT DONT MAKE PROMISE TO MOTHER TO BRING ALEXIOS BACK, in the end fight alexios.. I've heard the mother gets sad, but sides with Kassandra that he was beyond saving..
couldnt help but notice, when ur daughter walked in you started speaking croatian! (i am aswell if u couldnt tell) this was a super nice review and u where so wholesome when ur daughter walked in
What I did for my first playthrough of AC Odessy was the following steps: 1. I didn't kill Nikolas/my dad. 2. I didn't kill stentor and I convinced Nikolas to see him. 3. I did NOT change Dimos's mind in prison about the Cult, as she followed Khloe's orders without hesitation. 4. Lastly, I convinced Dimos to not fight me and she surrendered, but as soon as she did she killed my mother and fought me (this is where my ending is really unique compared to your list of endings), I fought and killed Dimos out of vengeance for my mother, but both of them die in the tragic end. My final super was similar to your secret ending diner scene in the sense that it was the awkward meal with sentor and Nikolas, I felt my first playthrough ending had a nice tragic feel to it, but the super scene was unbearable, lol!
@@RareRacks IKR, it was pretty messed up but also strangely sorta satisfying. I was on the verge of just reloading the entire game to receive a different, more positive ending but I already platinumed it and played it for around 100 hours by the time I got my ending and after thinking of the ending that I got for awhile I grew to appreciate it. All throughout the main quest line Alexios/Kassandra are trying to save their long lost sibling from the Cult and rediscover their mother, but the ending I personally got left me with the family I didn't even desired, yet got anyways (a Father who tore the family apart and a step-bro who hates me), which is kinda poetic, especially since the game centers around an ancient Greek tale!
There’s also another ending but with the same overall result as the “secret” ending. There’s one where you leave Stentor and the Wolf alive, and when you confront Deimos at the end she pretends to be nice and kills Myrinne. Then you go on to kill Deimos, so you end up just eating with Stentor and the Wolf, except Myrinne is actually dead.
You're actually better off not making that promise to your mother. If you promise your mother that you'll bring Diemos back and you don't, she'll abandon you. If you DON'T make that promise and you still fail to bring Diemos back, your mother will stay with you. If you DON'T make the promise and still manage to bring Diemos back, they'll both still stay. So that's how you get your scenario where only Diemos is dead.
Hey I played the best ending but I killed Nikolaos! After conquering Boetia, Stentor declares a fight and you have to duel him. When you beat him, you can either finish him off, or spare him. I spared him, he instantly became a mercenary 'Stentor the Fallen' he's on the mercenary screen and everything. Oh and he hates me alright. I haven't come across him again yet.
I got the secret ending, I really liked it because I’ve always liked Stentor and especially Nikolaos. And I didn‘t want to save Deimos, because he killed Phoibe and Brasidas.
I just finished this game, but the ending I got was just with Deimos and Myrrine. I killed Nikolaus in the beginning, spared Stentor (but then killed him later because I needed that 5th clue for the Two Kings of Sparta), promised to bring Alexios back, and didn’t fight him. I think I was pretty nice to Alexios over all, but I did push him on that first encounter haha. Thanks for posting this! I recently got into the game and am fascinated by how many endings there can be!
Check out the new Expansion ending: ruclips.net/video/ja6XkHKn6ww/видео.html Ties the story in with Origins and Aya
Btw I killed nikolaos and still got the best ending. Stentor was an outcast and the only ones at the dinner were alexios, kassandra, and myrrine.
Yeah, altough Elpidios is a boy and Aya is not. Is Aya Elpidios' daugther?

Dude that's literally me right now. Just bought like a couple weeks ago and i've been grinding the game totally into the characters and then got to the end. I know there's still plenty to do with side missions and DLC but man.
Totally happened to me. Also, pretty sure that you have to promise your mom to save Deimos, because that was the only thing I did differently and he killed my mom, forcing me to destroy him. The dinner scene with Stentor and Nikolaus was sooooo awkward.
Yes but after a day or two, I got bored and started grinding again and finished the cultist ending and Fate of Atlantis ending

I wish there was an ending where Phoibe actually lives.
Master Of Recipe yes we can’t forgive demois for doing that.
My game glitched out. She’s currently chilling (alive) at the spot where she died repeating the same dialogue.
Bro for real though, I wish the rpg elements were a little more in depth depth like the Witcher, you tell that’s what they are going for but it just doesn’t have that same emotional weight like the Witcher, Kassandra’s performance is what really got me invested in the story
Funny thing is I killed the cultists so fast that Phoibe walked around after I killed them but then the cut scene begged to differ :(

I also got it but was going for the good ending 😀😐

"I'm real glad I reached the best ending without any advanced planning or anything." I (almost) got the best ending without help. In "theory" it's basically the same ending lol. I screwed up with Stentor and told Nikolaos to leave him alone. I fought him, but spared him. Brasidas is nice but for a spartan he pretty much is getting his ass beat constantly
I just killed the ghost of kosmos what am I supposed to do now ? Is there any extra main quest ? What is that fate of Atlantis ? Is it paid ?

I tried to make mom happy and was nice and end and it got her killed . Dammit !
That sounds sad af
wonderful ;]
Thats the same one i got
Same lol
that's what you get for picking Alexios ;D
Same. I was like well if he’s adopted and threw me off a cliff he’s probably evil.
Same for me. :)
So if i killed my “father” and stentor but was nice to Deimos and promised to bring him back, it would be just us three? Just want clarification
I killed Stentor and Deimos. So I got the "bittersweet" ending where its just you, Myrinne, and Nikolaus at the dinner
That's a weird ending lol, I guess you didn't tell Nikolas to go talk to Stentor when he killed the Boetian champion
ViperRulerlm i killed everyone
Got that too super weird😂
I always go for the secret ending. I think it's the more realistic one. To me, Alexios is beyond saving, during dinner Stentor won't show his dickweed side, and on the ship, everyone seems to be in good terms, even Kassandra and Stentor sound like brother and sister, with that expected animosity on the outside, but a sense of caring deep inside.
I would prefer to live in Athens with perikles sokrates hyppocrates of course phoibe or even markos and all the reasonnable people instead of sparta where they kill their own army by training them against wolves and honor dropping kids from the mountain.
me too all of them and Alcibiades
Ofc i managed to get the worst possible ending, where i managed to save nobody.
damn
Same i killed erbody 😂😂😂 but it is what it isssss
same 😑 all cause I chose to push Deimos on that island and I didn’t promise to bring back Deimos
Same here! It was me at the dinner table lol. 😅😅😅
Classic Greek tragedy, I suppose
I killed the father
I killed stentor
But I promised myrinne that I’d bring deimos back and persuaded Deimos in the cell to stand up to kleon
And I did not fight Deimos at the end
End of the game was with Alexios, kassandra and myrinne
Best ending in my opinion
Jon Lafferty it’s the only one available to me now
Same, after a lot of killing I really be happy when I saved she
@@agwstrashy can that happen? becasue i'm now on the quest to kill or not kill nicolas. i plan to choose to kill, but i still want to has a good ending. if i kill nicolas, could i still can save kassandra and myrinne?
@@lintongleang1920 yes, you will need to do the right dialogue with they both (you can follow your intuition or see a video)
Kill nikolaus and stentor will delete their ending, but not the mother daughter ending
Same
I got the ending with only Nikolaos, and he joined me in the ship.
Got the best ending and now they work on my ship as lietenants. Stentor dad mum and deimos
Same
Ive got them all as lieutenants but i didnt hire stentor cause he's a dick. My girl roxy has that spot
@@heidipeck3109 I have drakon in her plc.. even better
Badass family. Taking ass and kicking names.
Same.
Everyone was alive at the end except Stentor, that's the best ending in my opinion
Røff stentor deserves whatever you did to him
Did you get that ending ?
@@muhammadhuzaifah4930 when you met Nikolaos at some desert island, if you say Stentor dont need him, he will not go to the camp to separate your fight then you kill Stentor.
Stentor is bae
Does it work for alexis or is Kassandra privileged?
I pushed him and he decked me in the nose. I also told myrinne I couldn’t promise her anything and that he was beyond saving. still got the best ending lol
I did the same thing but I didn't persuade him when I was locked up so I think that's why I got the awkward Nikolaos and Stentor ending.
Then he kill mother, after that i kill him and on dinner is Nikolaos and Stantor. Then i tale load before fight and say that he (Deimos) will die on mountain. Now on dinner is all except Alexios.
Is it OK if I can't promise anything on the beach? the option for that dialogue didn't pop up for me
Can confirm that telling your mater you can't make promises can still lead to the best ending if you then continue to be nice to Deimos.
Source: just finished my playthrough yesterday.
You don’t need to do the promise to get the good ending. on my play though I said “I can’t promise that” and it turned out fine
Maybe if you say 'I can't promise that', and you kill Deimos, Myrinne would not leave?
@@benjaminaxiaq5418 exactly, she only leaves if you lie to her
@@benjaminaxiaq5418 That's what happens. After killing Diemos Kassandra says "That was not your son." and the two head down to the house for dinner. There's some awkward silence then Nikolaos says "At least we're all together," and Myrrine snaps back "Not all of us."
Same here, I did not promise Mater to bring him back and got the best ending, too.
That ending is the best because it is the most realistic. Doesn't feel right when Deimos turns good after spending his entire life with the cult.
Which made him/her realise they were wrong about (main character) trying to kill them rather then save them
i got that ending when mother is alive and father and stepbrother and sister are dead in assassin's creed odyssey
Brasidas and Phoibe are in the Torment of Hades DLC. You guys should complete that to see the rest of their stories.
In real Greek dramatic tradition kassandra killing her brother would indeed be the fitting ending
How'd you get the option to spare Stentor? I did the exact thing as you but didn't get any option to spare Stentor during the duel.
The „secret ending“ happened because you promised your mother to bring Deimos back
Doesn‘t happen if you tell her that Deimos is already lost
Makes sense!!
@@ShivaMurary Yeah I said that I cant make a promise so I got everyone but Deimos. makes sense ty
@@lleytonyang9207 Poor deimos..
Just finished my playthrough and had the best ending, was so happy, I was trying to save Alexios (played as Kassandra) the whole time
I got the ending without Stentor.
@@tsdobbi sounds nice, but nah ima go for the one without stentor. Don’t like his ahh
Yeah, but I let Stentor live so he became a mercenary by the name of Stentor the Fallen. He was not with me at the dinner table...

I got the ending with all family members alive even though i "pushed" deimos at the beginning, i think the most important part of convincing deimos is try to save her at the tree, and the prison talk. If you convince her she will lash out against kleon saying she is not a puppet, if you don't convince her she will say do whatever you want with him.
oh thank god i thought i will have to kill deimos because i also pushed him
Don't worry you're fine! But when you have a main story battle with Brasidas in Messenia make a reserve manual save. That is the point where you will talk in the prison and that is where i first screwed up and had to reload to find the right dialogue
Phew 😅
My ending:
I killed JUST Deimos, otherwise she will kill mother - so no choice, because in both scenarios is fight with her ...
I didn't killed my stepbrother, but at the end in old house I was only with Nikolaos ...
Same bro
I got the best ending without even trying to
I’m soooo glad I got the best ending, It feels really bad watching the other ones here ;(((((( I want to unwatch them and think only the best one exists…..

I was wondering if you know what happens if you spare Nikolaos but you don't let him help Stentor. Does that change anything? Does he still show up when Stentor tries to fight you?
I killed my father and stentor became a mercenary so he could kill me but I saved my sister and had dinner with her and mom
told deimos she was the cult puppet .. then when alexios tells her it was our grandfather spear .. she takes the spear kill myreene while laughing the second option i had was to fight deimos so either way she dies and i end up only with alexios father becoming lieutenant on the ship .... i did speared stentor life but it wasent in the ending but became mercenary i never saw him in the part where his father intervens ..... and i saw him only 3 weeks later meaning yesterday and i knocked him out and recuit him
Help pls i did i eill try but i cant promise can i still get the secret1?

Stentor - alive
Kassandra - dead
Myrrine - dead

I got Mom and I, depression too
I only sat down with Nikolaus. Shit ending
I think the best ending is when your daughter came in and made herself known
I hope she's not in the Cult of Kosmos. 🙄🙄🙄
You mean the secret ending
Isn't there a 5th ending? Save father, brother, be nice to deimos, BUT DONT MAKE PROMISE TO MOTHER TO BRING ALEXIOS BACK, in the end fight alexios.. I've heard the mother gets sad, but sides with Kassandra that he was beyond saving..
yeah, that may actually be a 5th ending, basically my "Bad" ending with father and brother at home
that's the one I got
I got that ending
I got that ending it more like half good ending..after all your mother accepted that your brother is beyond saving.
I got that ending and personally I think that is the most realistic ending. It shows that even people who were family are sometimes irredeemable.
couldnt help but notice, when ur daughter walked in you started speaking croatian! (i am aswell if u couldnt tell) this was a super nice review and u where so wholesome when ur daughter walked in
What I did for my first playthrough of AC Odessy was the following steps:
Same😪 I can’t stop thinking about it
@@RareRacks IKR, it was pretty messed up but also strangely sorta satisfying.
I got that same ending
I got the same ending too.....
So today i decided i wanted a new ending so im doing new game plus
There’s also another ending but with the same overall result as the “secret” ending. There’s one where you leave Stentor and the Wolf alive, and when you confront Deimos at the end she pretends to be nice and kills Myrinne. Then you go on to kill Deimos, so you end up just eating with Stentor and the Wolf, except Myrinne is actually dead.
i got that snd i was so mad
That's the one I got.
@@kristiankovalev1598 Which choices even make you get this ending? I was just choosing whatever I felt was the right choice throughout the story.
I got that one too
You're actually better off not making that promise to your mother.
Thank you. Btw your daughter’s voice is so cute. Wholesome content. Loved it
That moment with your daughter was cute :)
You actually liked Stenor?
I just finished this game, but the ending I got was just with Deimos and Myrrine. I killed Nikolaus in the beginning, spared Stentor (but then killed him later because I needed that 5th clue for the Two Kings of Sparta), promised to bring Alexios back, and didn’t fight him. I think I was pretty nice to Alexios over all, but I did push him on that first encounter haha.
Thanks for posting this! I recently got into the game and am fascinated by how many endings there can be!
i did the same lol
Wow, so many choices that affect the ending, I got the best ending but I didn't realise all these choices mattered, I got really lucky
