Doesn’t charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max with no case . it will connect for a second and then not work, it works for smaller iPhones, am I doing something wrong ?

Doesn't work in my new 2023 elantra hybrid limited, I have several other wireless chargers in the house and a magnetic one in the car as a mount that all work fine, but this one doesn't.
