lebron won't do that cuz he needs someone to scapegoat. even if he wanted to be a player coach like that i feel like he thinks why not just have a puppet head coach instead? that's "safer" for him
If the first time coaches sucked as players they were bound to suck as coaches. 🤷🏾♀️ lebron is also holding up a lot of the salary. Players get worse when they play with him, not better.
That Kobe-Lebron usage comparison was not it. When Kobe entered the league, he was not the number one option - Shaq was. Kobe was the second option and was called the sidekick of the team, which was one of the elements that wrecked the Shaq-Kobe duo. Shaq leaves so of course Kobe's usage rises because he becomes the first option on a struggling team that doesn't have a true second option. Once Kobe gets a true second option, Lebron and Kobe's usage is basically identical. In Lebron's first stint in Cleveland, you can expect it to not be as high as you'd think for multiple reasons. Firstly, Lebron is new to the NBA and learning the game as well as developing his skills. Secondly, his usage would never rise to the level of Kobe because he is not a pure scorer like Kobe - Lebron is also a facilitator. This means, for Kobe, that as the availability of a second option rises and falls, his usage is more sensitive to this availability whilst Lebron's is not. Simply, Lebron has always been a first option on mostly competitive teams. Kobe has not always been a first option. Lebron is always facilitating through his team as well as scoring - Kobe is a pure scorer. Therefore, you can't really measure the difference for Kobe and Lebron's usage throughout their careers in this way. Not to mention how different the NBA is at the beginning of Kobe's career verses the end of Lebron's career.
You are speaking facts. An NBA team, it has many moving parts. Great franchises don't win every season, great coaches make mistakes. I apply it to being a chef, if I am not the owner, I can't just run everything. Even a great chef may not see the big picture. In NBA, you have salary cap, injuries, all kinds of variables. LeBron just, the LeGM stuff has hurt his legacy. He is not beloved here in South Florida. We appreciate what he did, but Dwayne Wade is our guy. Humility and just being a hard worker goes a long way, part if why people love Kobe so much. I hae critiquing an NBA legend but he could show a lot more humility and stop with the whole narrative and crowning himself. Dude is great, but he is the most divisive athlete of my lifetime. Amy conversation about him is full of drama. You can't just evaluate his game without being labeled a Stan or a hater. And his Stans use some of the woret arguments. Just, yeah, Miami is Wade County, Lakers is Magic and Kobe's town, Cleveland burned his jersey at one point.

Didn't Reddick say he was going to put better shooters around LeBron? That's not Reddick's system, that's the system LeBron has been using since he went back to Cleveland!
You can't name one "thing" or "decision" that's ever worked out for Lebron = he's "lucked" into ALL of this accomplishments/successes = Lebron should leave the decisions to people are "paid", to make mistakes
Lue was a terrible coach in Cleveland till this day no one can tell me what he did over there other than he’s a players coach at that time. Which means sit there and watch Lebron and kyrie iso
So.....theres no front office that makes these decisions?? No GM? No director of operations? No scouting guys? No coaching staff? So lebron gets the final yes or no? And gets to actually make the decisions right? He signs the checks right? This video is so misleading its ridiculous. A player being in trade remors isnt lebron james fault. A lot of yall dont understand that players and COACHES need to step up or step aside. And what this video shows me is a lot yall think if someone doesnt step up then its ok to be mediocre when you trying to achieve greatness.
LeBron isn't the one making the decisions, but his ability to leave the team if his desires weren't met puts a lot of strain on the front office. Him using the media to get certain messages across, also forcing some front offices' hands. And the reason why it works is because LeBron is that good that he makes ur team automatically contenders. No one wants to lose that so they do anything, but LeBron's principles haven't always led to what works, something that is ignored and that's what I'm trying to bring to light
@@mj2kallday you're right about influence. But that's not lebrons fault. You said it yourself that teams will do anything to get LeBron. That's not his fault. Cleveland could've said no when he came back but they didn't. Lakers could've said no but they got him. Once again I do understand how much influence LeBron has and he's so good that that just comes with it. But let's keep it a buck. The person making the final decisions is the person at fault. Because even the Miami heat told LeBron no when he wanted to fire Eric Spolstra. So I'm saying ...why didn't the other franchises do the same. That's why it's not his fault.
@@mj2kallday but the name of the video is LeBron is ruining his team. So you're contradicting yourself. I can respect Jordan more you earn your way inti tge league. Ontop of telling his Kids they don't need to follow in their father's footsteps. They're allowed to write their own destiny. Unlike Bronny
All it would have taken was a SINGLE GM to let LeBron walk after one year. It would have sent a message to LeBron and the other teams. If all the teams kept doing that, Lebron's legacy would have been destroyed and wed all see him for what he really is. Imagine if his stat lines showed how he played for six different teams in as many years. Yeah. That is the ACTUAL type of player he is and that is what gms were destroying their teams for.
There's gonna be an avalanche of truth once Bron retires. Right now the NBA is paying players to stay quiet about Bron because they've brainwashed enough people that will buy seats and merch and worship their failed idol. They won't allow anyone to say a single negative word about him on socials or in the media. That's the real reason he is staying around as long as possible, money, he needs the attention to feed his narcissism he's cultured since high school, and avoiding the inevitable crash of negativity once he hits the road.
Oh jeez, this is silly. Three of those rookie coaches were their when signed his contract. One came in when he was in his second year in the league. Lebron's brought in one rookie head coach, and he turned out to be a solid NBA coach. The reason the Lakers keep bringing in rookie coaches is because they're cheap, not because Lebron wants inexperience coaches. Remember, Lebron wanted Lou. He'd probably still be coaching the team today if they'd paid him what he was worth in 2019. The Cavs and Lakers front offices were terrible. That's why they kept turning over the roster. If they were competent, they would have had continuity. Really, the only big roster changes Lebron is responsible for is that last year in Cleveland, trading for Davis (which the Lakers happily did), and the mess from the Westbrook trade. Only the last of which was poorly considered. Simple fact is that in 2017, the Cavs got rid of Irving and brought in garbage requiring a retooling of less odious garbage for a run to the Finals. Simple fact is that Anthony Davis was worth more than that group of overhyped players. In the end, who really won the Davis trade? I think the answer is the Lakers. And Westbrook, well, there's really no excuse for that, and that mistake resulted in a good deal of the trades. And this is also ignoring that the Lakers have ignored Lebron's desires quite frequently. One can simply point to the Kyrie trade that never happened for evidence of that. Or really just how long they held onto Westbrook even after it was obvious that wasn't going to work. Truth be told, this is old news. I think Lebron is honestly out as far as trying to influence the Lakers. He's been publicly pointing to Davis for over a year now and saying that he's the one the Lakers should talk to in terms of the team's future.
Instead of the Lakers taking on some prospect that was probably more deserving than Bronny at 55 they used the pick to keep LeBum happy and staying with their franchise and most of all to draw attention, the revenue, the merchandise, the click bait all of it to be the team that has 1st ever father-son pairing in basketball because NBA is a business. Frankly speaking, since MJ retired, the NBA has been losing money. Subscriptions, TV viewership etc. are falling. Maybe because of LeBum's Dramas and cheating in the respected game of basketball and to the NBA org. Money is the no.1 goal of franchises, because the NBA is a business. It's just a bonus for them if they become champions. What good is a championship trophy to a team if their organization is losing money and facing bankruptcy?
He had zero input in david blatt, luke walton was already the coach of the lakers and he was trash. Not sure about ty lue but he was a good coach and lebron wanted him on the lakers. Clearly didn’t happen so he doesn’t have the pull you’re pretending he has
Exactly, it's well known how LeBron wanted Ty Lue yet that didn't happen despite Ty Lue being on board as well at the beginning meaning it was the Lakers who went against it.
Leflop is only for Leflop!! He likes rookie coaches so that they do what he says, and if the team wins, its all cause of him but if they lose, coach and team mates fault and the biggest problem is that most the media and some fans, go along with that
If Jordan had Lebrons power back when he was playing hed have been able to get Krause fired in 97 and kept the squad together. Phil still wouldve been the coach and they might have won a 4th straight ring
LBJ is best example of player empowerement and worst thing team can get. If he stayed on the court only he would be better and probably had more championships. This hurts his legacy more than anything. In comparison Jordan was not happy with Krause decisions. So when Jerry drafted Kukoc and was speaking so highly of him, what did Pippen and Jordan do? They did not want to change GM, they did not want to fire Kukoc, they decided to show on court that Kukoc is not that good as front office praises him. Both in Olympics and in practice. Kukoc earned his respect, because he was hell of a player himself, but none of this would have happened if front office was Jordan's sidekicks..
LeBron is only part of the problem. When the Lakers got LeBron, the front office deferred to him too much and that includes LeBron wanting Westbrook. The GM and president should have vetoed the Westbrook trade idea (with Russ’ $45 million salary). That trade led to several important role players leaving a championship Lakers team.
@@antokarman2064 ; yup. The Garnet, Pierce, Allen Boston team gave the best players at the time, the idea that they had to build a big three superstar team. But that isn’t working now. Because the big 3 superstar teams are top-heavy with weak role players. Phoenix is an example of that. Denver, Boston, and the Warriors won without three superstars. Those teams had excellent role players. With Boston this season they don’t have a top 5 player but they have five All-Stars plus White. The team is loaded.

lebron won't do that cuz he needs someone to scapegoat. even if he wanted to be a player coach like that i feel like he thinks why not just have a puppet head coach instead? that's "safer" for him
The Lebron system is outdated and he won't with like that no more. Systems are always exposed after teams adapt
Here's a question can anyone find a college player that was drafted with worse college stats than Bronny?
There are no Lakers. The franchise is dead.
Lebrons at home writing scripts, until he hopes, Silver bites on one😂
Honestly I hope he continues to ruin the lakers and whatever team he goes to next as long as it’s not my bulls.
If the first time coaches sucked as players they were bound to suck as coaches. 🤷🏾♀️ lebron is also holding up a lot of the salary. Players get worse when they play with him, not better.
Rich paps , but I'd never put my son under the spotlight like that
I'm more terrified of the thought that basketball would be ruined when this guy Bron starts criticizing his own fellow NBA players when he retires.
if Lakers lose, it will be Bronny's fault harharhar
Who cares how's coaches he's had. Pat Riley stood on business. How many rings has he won since LeBron left. NONE
Face it he got the POWER.
Game plan: contest without fouling 😂
LBJ could have won more if he stayed in Miami. Tremendous organization + one of the best coach in the league. Reality is, he a diva.
Kobe is so much better as a basketball player. 💯
This yall goat? 💀
Jeanie Buss let Rich Paul & Lebron James put the Lakers History in the Toilet!!!
This is a DISGRACE!!!
gen z finally acknowledging lebron BS is awesome
LeBron is running the integrity of the NBA. I really don't understand how NBA fans done see this.
You kind of look like Daniel, on The Karate Kid!
It is him
@reneep9972 can’t believe you didn’t know that was him
The word Bully pretty much sums it up.
That’s a bold take
It's so depressing as a longtime Lakers fan to see LeBron pulling strings, wrecking rosters
I'm pretty sure the GM's name is Rob Pelinka
Poor baby😭
It’s insane that 22 years in a career and lebron is still the consistently how most RUclipsrs can bank easy views. When Bron retire, analyst and RUclipsrs are gonna dwindle. Most of them mention lebron and say he should retire but this is the only guaranteed 5 to 6 figure views on they channel
It's insane that you're wrong. Check out this RUclipsrs videos and this is his first lebron's vid in months.
@@anryXcurseok it is, but the vid has been out 10 hours and it’s already matched his views of his last vid. Meaning that this will be his most viewed vid in months, in a week’s time
@@NAS9088 his previous video is reupload though. Not sure why he re-uploaded it. The reasons why the view count is low. He first uploaded it about a week ago or so.
The GOAT of me era
greatest of "all time" of my era doesn't make sense.
@@ej4346 ok fine I'll clarify that he's indeed NOT the goat then, he's jus the greatest of me era
With the JJ and Bronny moves, the Lakers just insure they stay mid... but with a happy LeBron...
The reason all this happens is cuz lebron can’t win anything without the perfect team around him. The fact that some say he’s better than Jordan is laughable
I give JJ Reddick 2 years max
The smartest guy in the room surrounds himself with dumb people. that's his objective
Didn't Reddick say he was going to put better shooters around LeBron? That's not Reddick's system, that's the system LeBron has been using since he went back to Cleveland!
One of BEST, HARDEST worker on the team,
Great vid as always MJ!
We gone choose jj over lebron when it comes down to business
You can't name one "thing" or "decision" that's ever worked out for Lebron = he's "lucked" into ALL of this accomplishments/successes = Lebron should leave the decisions to people are "paid", to make mistakes
Bro traded his entire team before. I remember seeing a meme about him at Mc Donald's asking for 6 nighas to play with..😅
Imagine if Kobe has this insane control?
This explains why Lebron never was the leader of a Dynasty during his era like pervious greats.
They Want first time coaches because somebody on their team is "CHEAP" somebody sold the idea that they would save money, "RP".
Lue was a terrible coach in Cleveland till this day no one can tell me what he did over there other than he’s a players coach at that time. Which means sit there and watch Lebron and kyrie iso
retire already Jebron Lames
MJ was a horrible Owner
LBJ is a horrible GM
bron on that homelander shi
You're pushing the narrative that lebron is making the decisions and that the teams failures are because of something he does negatively. You might as well make a video saying MJ is the worst player in NBA history because he won 6 rings instead of 8. BE MORE CREATIVE you didn't get this many followers making Twitter bait content you're better than this.
@@mj2kallday your title literally says how LeBron is ruining his team but now you're contradicting that in here.
Never argue with bronsexuals 👆🏽 you'll just waste your time 😂
Mj fans really mad Bron son got drafted, but say nothing about Mj having to bribe a college just to take his son that average .8 points for the entire season. If Mj was half the father LeBron is maybe Mj kids could have been in the NBA too dont hate.
Yeah. That is the ACTUAL type of player he is and that is what gms were destroying their teams for.
lebron is going to use JJ reddik to train his son to make better 3's then fire his ass.
I wanted Luke Walton to work out so much, but his stint in Sacramento doesn't help his case.
His usage rate in 2012 was high because wade literally told him your the man we all around you
He's like if Homelander was a basketball player. LeProblem.
I’m a die hard lakers fan. And as long as he’s there. I hope he retires there. He can do as he pleases. Y’all can hate all you want.
There's gonna be an avalanche of truth once Bron retires. Right now the NBA is paying players to stay quiet about Bron because they've brainwashed enough people that will buy seats and merch and worship their failed idol. They won't allow anyone to say a single negative word about him on socials or in the media. That's the real reason he is staying around as long as possible, money, he needs the attention to feed his narcissism he's cultured since high school, and avoiding the inevitable crash of negativity once he hits the road.
only inaccuracy i see is calling lebron by far the best player in the league before going to the heat when it was 1000% Kobe and not even a debate
Remind us what the Lakers were doing before LeBron showed up? Not to mention he hasn't resigned
They were rebuilding for the next era of laker basketball.....probably too complicated for you to understand.
LeGM BACK AT IT!!
Kobe Bryant usage rate is still above 30% (just like Lebron) even his second half of his championships team???
Ur point is?
He had zero input in david blatt, luke walton was already the coach of the lakers and he was trash. Not sure about ty lue but he was a good coach and lebron wanted him on the lakers. Clearly didn’t happen so he doesn’t have the pull you’re pretending he has
Exactly, it's well known how LeBron wanted Ty Lue yet that didn't happen despite Ty Lue being on board as well at the beginning meaning it was the Lakers who went against it.
You’re on meth if you don’t think he has all the pull
@@maxxcooper3746 then why didn’t they hire lue since he has the pull and obviously wanted him on the lakers? Thinking is hard i know lol
@@aspyn17 probably because he was coaching another team. Thinking is hard I know
@@rangergaming8316They made a offer to Ty Lue but was lower then Clippers it was $ decision for Lue
Leflop is only for Leflop!! He likes rookie coaches so that they do what he says, and if the team wins, its all cause of him but if they lose, coach and team mates fault and the biggest problem is that most the media and some fans, go along with that
Lebron gets a good portion of the blame no doubt! But you have to blame management for allowing it in the first place!!!😳🙄🤦🏽♂️💀
PERFECTLY EXPLAINED...😊❤👍
Same with the suns. That beal trade is horrendous
