I’m 65 and can clearly see that this guy is the best to play the game in the most talented era. Just as the number of NBA players has increased in the Olympics the talent in the NBA has increased. The worst players in the NBA today would be starting on teams 25-30yrs ago. I was an MJ fan. LBJ is a different style of player, not selfish like MJ or Kobe. If championships depended on just one player, LBJ would have 20 championships. A team of Five Lebron’s would beat any other five that have played the game. If it was five Lebron’s against five MJ’s, five Lebron’s would win because of passing and athleticism. A team of five MJ’s would be like a team of one MJ because he doesn’t pass.

he’s the Einstein of basketball imo. The dude didn’t play a single millisecond of college ball, never had a mentor or vet when he got drafted number one by the Cavs who immediately gave him the keys to the franchise before he could legally drink and randomly went to 10 nba finals in 21 seasons, rattling off 8 straight (something that hadn’t been done since Bill Russell’s days when there were only 8 teams.) without the luxury of a goat COACH either. He’s proven he could win at the highest level with a high level point guard, a high level shooting guard AND a high level center. He’s proven he could win in multiple different situations with different team archetypes in different stages of his career. He’s proven he could raise the floor of a team all the way to the championship at age 21 and then again later on in year 15 (2018 LBJ, nough said.). He’s played and beaten multiple dynasties and has broken records that were once deemed unbreakable. He’s punched Father Time in the face and has become THE definition of prolonged basketball excellence on the floor. The dude is unreal and will truly be missed. Goat.

You give a fair and impartial description of Lebron, or the truth about Lebron against all criticisms from his haters who label him in their unjust judgment. The testimonies of the coaches about Lebron are beyond any argument because they know basketball better than us.
Previously, I saluted MJ and considered him the GOAT.
Contrariwise, I saw many unmatched basketball talents from LJ that I did not notice from MJ.
LJ held three franchises such as Cleveland, Miami and Lakers. Hence, MJ held only Chicago Bulls. He cannot go to and give championship title to another franchise unless he brings in Pippen his duo in Chicago Bulls and there's no assurance to make it.
Prior to Lebron's NBA career, his high school basketball laurel is no one match. He was catapulted to NBA from high school. College scholastic record is what Lebron lacks in his wall of fames and merits.

lebron could play for another 21 yrs, double his NBA accolades and yet, still MJ is ahead. lebron could not surpass nor touch MJ solid NBA accomplishments. and MJ retired even twice his prime. and played just less than 15 yrs.
keep this in mind - longevity is not and can never be the measure of true greatness...

I watched Kobe get the record for most missed shots ever in the NBA. I watched Horry win 7 chips and being clutch like no one else. Ive been watching for as long as i have memory. Theres no complete durable unselfish efficient player like LeBron James. He made basketball greatness being a common occurrence for the last 20 years. Theres never been a guy that could be considered for MVP every season hes ever played.

most people don’t understand basketball and the fact that great teams and great coaches are the difference between Lebron, MJ and Kobe’s playoff records. I mean Kobe wasn’t even the best player his first three rings, and MJ in the playoffs only lead his team in scoring, Pippen lead in everything else. Lebron had to lead his teams in everything for them to win. 2016 Finals he led both teams in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks. Tell me when MJ or Kobe had to do that for a win?
