Lebron faced toughed players, faced many superteams in finals and more mvp caliber than mj. Bulls was a superteam and a dynasty team in 90’s with a good coach hof phil. your first two statements were opinions, not facts, tougher opponents bron faced you say? maybe in reality, Bron was having a tougher time in beating them, MJ was so good, it made everyone around him like High school players, Its not MJ's problem tho, they just look mediocre against the GOAT, Bron has like the whole Justice League and Avengers combined as sidekicks, and still loses. MJ has only one Robin in Pippen in his whole career, drafted in 87, was a bench warmer till he blossomed, Like Phil Jackson, a rookie coach when he coached MJ, he wasn't like the HOF coach that we know now. Together they grew into a Championship caliber team, they are organic.
Bron still plays the same like he was still in High school, he still does up to this day. He is uncoachable, holds the record for most coaches fired, Lol
Getting to the Finals is one thing, getting the job done is another thing.

Some of the guys hating on LeBron just sound silly. For ex., Rashad McCants hates on LeBron, but LeBron in one season 2005 - 2006 scored literally 1 pt less than McCants did in his entire 5 year career. Kwame Brown hates on LeBron, and Kwame is the GOAT of NBA busts.

LeBron needed one ring to solidify that great convo. 2 to make it harder. 3 to make it unquestionable. 4 was just for the show. Mike had Pippen (which is the Kawhi of his time). Curry has the best shooting guard, Klay, and possibly the best defensive mindset in the league - Draymond. Mike had Pippen and Dennis. LeBron never had 2 great players (D-Wade and sometimes Bosh). Bosh is my favorite player, so…man the man is great. If LeBron had Wade and Bosh for his whole career, this man would have at least 10 rings.

People often overlook the undeniable truth: LeBron James is the reigning icon of our time. He’s not just an athlete; he’s a phenomenon, meticulously crafted under the powerhouse of Nike. At the heart of this spectacle lies one simple truth: it’s all about revenue-pure, unadulterated MONEY. Nike is determined to elevate LeBron’s stardom to stratospheric heights, and why? To sell the brand. This is marketing at its finest, and it’s high time we grasp this reality. Buzz, controversy, and star power are the currency of this game. As long as they can monetize LeBron’s name and generate millions, he will be heralded as “The Goat,” King James, in their eyes.
Nike is the titan behind this operation-a juggernaut that shapes public perception. Notice how we don’t see other incredible talents, like Stephen Curry, receiving the same level of elevation? It’s simple: Curry is Under Armour, while LeBron is Nike. This distinction is everything. The whole narrative is a grand performance, a business strategy aimed at maximizing profit.
Think about it: the emotional rollercoaster of teams, players, and statistics pulls fans in, making them invest their hard-earned money, time, and passion into this corporate machine. The goal? To reap as much profit as possible. This is the reality of the sports world, where the lines between passion and business blur, and the spotlight shines brightest on those who can sell the dream.

@@jasonwakefield7506 Okay but Dean Smith and team was getting whooped by UCLA. UCLA won 10 titles in 12 years. Smith never won a National title until when? Oh, Michael Jordan was on his team in 81-82.
History says the game against Georgetown was “evenly” matched. However, with 17 seconds left on the clock, and the Tar Heels down by 1 point, somebody made what ended up being the Game Winning shot and put them up by 1. Wonder who that was?🤔 Oh, Michel Jeffery Jordan.
So here we are once again with the killer assisting in making a coach legendary. MJ was never afraid of the moment and didn’t choke. This is a fundamentally strong difference between him and Bron, and one of the reasons MJ is the goat.
That was Deans FIRST championship, and though he had Sam Perkins and James Worthy, a highly competitive MJ is the one who sealed the game for them.
We put too much emphasis on coaches anyway. The coach can’t make you miss or make a game winning shot, or make shots in crunch time. Don’t matter the “play” he draws up, if the “player” can’t execute(like Bron didn’t many times, choked in 2011) then it matters not what a coach does. MJ NEVER choked in big moments, Bron has. He didn’t just lose to Dallas, he choked.
Anyway, here we are again, MJ making way for a coach to be HOF, Dean wasn’t HOF until AFTER he won 1st national Chip. He was inducted in 1983.
One more thing, Isaiah wasn’t talking about college neither. Listen to him again. He was talking about NBA coaches.

We put too much emphasis on coaches. Regardless of the plays they draw up, if the player can’t execute, they lose. MJ was an executer. That’s why they wanted the ball in his hands at the end of games OR use him as a decoy for another to get shot off because the defense was terrified with the ball in his hands.

It's a different league, an offensive league now. Jordan was both great on offense AND defense. The greatest clutch performer ever and he took 3 years off in his prime. Jordan revolutionized the game the way that Babe Ruth did.

It took him some time to learn humility, but he has become very humble. MJ is my era, and will always be the goat to me. That said, Lebrons phenomenal and anyone who considers him the goat has a great case to stand on. Fact is they are such different players that I’ve always felt to compare the two is ridiculous. You can never deny or erase what MJ did for basketball as we know it, to include inspiring some of the greatest players to play the game in the last 30 years. There is also no denying what Lebron is doing for the game now, I’m not a Lebron fan but I do recognize his greatness

GOAT's don't flop, GOAT's don't make excuses, GOAT's don't have the largest turnover percentage at their position, GOAT's take accountability when they come up short. GOAT's don't quit on their teams, GOAT's play defense. In essence, LeBron is NOT the GOAT. It doesn't matter if he plays 10 more years, cherry-picking, he will never ever be the GOAT.

Jordan didn’t need to because of management. Without searching it up what was the Cavs starting line up 2007 and do you honestly believe if MJ was there they’d make the finals. Once MJ retired the first time the bulls remained 3rd in east while the Cavs dropped down to the bottom of the League when Bron left. Context matters. You can’t say Dirk is a better player than Shaq because one hopped teams and the other didn’t.
