    Where can I get a small black bucket for my o cedar mop bucket?

  • @hoguejp
    @hoguejp Год назад +7

    I put water in the ocedar bucket and cleaning solution in the extra bucket. I put the extra bucket next to the ocedar bucket (which isn't fun moving around, but worth the hassle for me). I put the mop in the ocedar bucket to basically rinse it out (even though it will get dirty quick). I wring that water out and then put it in the cleaning solution, then wring it out again. This will keep the cleaning solution bucket cleaner longer because your wringing out most of the dirty water before you put it in the cleaning solution. Give it a try. Tell me if it works for you.

    • @lorece94
      @lorece94 Год назад +2

      I thought the same thing. There's no use in having a clean bucket of water if you're just dipping the dirty mop in it before wringing.

    Jus a tip whatever direction you mop from mop outward so you don't have to walk back where you mopped floors won't b clean that way.

    Also, the other o cedar tank does not hold a lot of water. People have to refill it often.

    • @lbentley
      @lbentley 2 года назад

      But using just a bucket like that surely holds even less water? If I’m too lazy to wring out the mop w my hands, then I def don’t want to have to go back & forth to fill up several times 😩

    Yep if you already have the old system just get another bucket, that's exactly what O Cedar did to the newer system just added another bucket. I honestly thought the older version would separate the water when it first came out, that was the reasoning for me buying it.

  • @edwardpratt1149

    The bucket of clean water does get a little contaminated each time the mop is dipped but the water is still much cleaner than the the spun water. Mop with mostly clean water in the bucket or mop with mostly dirty water that has been spun from the mop. Easy choice add the second bucket.

  • @TheRealBambihooves

    You might not want to let your dogs walk on the floor until it dries...their Paws can collect the cleaner off of the floor. Then they ingest the cleaner when they lick their Paws 🐾

  • @geniesmith7319

    This is absolutely no different than using it without the bucket inserted. You're still placing the dirty mop in your clean water. And you keep walking on the floor you've just mopped.

      The "clean water" bucket 🪣 will obviously be much cleaner than dipping dirty mop head back into dirty water that mop head gets ringed out in because you're not ringing any dirty water in the "cleaner water" bucket. Think about it. I'd like to know how you mop with the no head being completely clean for every section of the dirty floor. Lol
