Was born and raised in east halton. So many stories about that village. The old witches coldron... The tunnel that leads to Thornton abbey, so many tails.
Thanks Andy Nicky not far from me im in immingham, im wondering if that same railway once came through here as our house garden land was sold by the local railway in the 1960's great informative video as always.
Too far North for it to be the same line. I've just had a look at the route. Beyond the station in East Halton, the line cuts South towards Immingham but runs along the shoreline to the docks. There is a second former line which also goes to the docks through the Killingholmes...might that be it I wonder?

That looked very cold, what a contrast with today. I’ve been sitting on the beach at Hornsea! Hello Nicky 👋
Yes it was! This was some three/four weeks ago I think.
Nice place, Hornsea, that'll be a good one to film too/ Nicky says hi :D
