I know you mentioned that you were not a professional but as a suggestion I would recommend you use flux next time you solder no need to over heat the wires that may cause damage to something else, using flux will help make a better connection.
Appreciate anyone taking the time to make a video, but I didnt find out how you found the wires you need, wear you found them , how you found them all the things that we're looking for in a instructional video, but thanks anyway
I didn’t use a relay and the lights blink fine. The indicator light on the speedometer, however, flashes rapidly. I believe it depends more on the year of the bike. 2012, Harley went to the CAN BUS system.
MeHighLow Vlogs I used the wires that are located in the neck of the bike. There’s a white connector and a black connector. One is the left turn signal and the other is the right.
I just got some aftermarket blinkers. What is the 2 to 3 wire thing you didn’t put on cuz I need that. I want my lights to have the run and blink function.
There are two connectors in the neck. One white and one black. One goes to the left turn signal and the other goes to the right. I'm not sure off the top of my head what connector is which.
Is there some sort of adhesive on the back of the LED wrap around strips? If so, how do you take your forks off (for maintenance or anything other) without having to remove the LED wrap around strips?
There is adhesive and that's something I thought about after I installed them. Probably going a different route with the turn signals anyway. Not a huge fan of the TruWrapz.
russ williams I did get the 49mm. I thought they were nice and bright. Although I ended up removing them recently and going with Joker Machine Rat Eye LED signals that mount on the handlebar.
They may look good for show, but not near bright enough for actual riding. You're not going to get noticed and someone will probably cut in front of you. It's a safety issue.
I run an LED headlight and with a turn signals that close (which is also illegal in my state) you wouldn't be able to see them very well. I think the law says you need to have the turn signals so many inches from the tail light and headlight (makes sense) so they can be seen easily, and we all know how people DON'T tend to see things very well, until it's too late. They may just be very bright, but still not legal the way those are installed. Maybe if they were lower on the forks, they would work.
Wow you are being a little over the top. Pretty sure that these are great turn signals and Moto you should post a video of what they look like at night

I’m not into cruisers but you’ve got some nice motorcycles 👌👌
Giovanni Tovar Thank you!
Will this video apply to installing them on a 2019 Street Bob ?

Moto Norseman did these need a LED relay to prevent hyper-flashing? If not, would a cheaper LED strip require it?

Looks great thanks for this video
Hey great video , did you use the previous wires from your old turn signals ? I couldn’t really tell or see . Thanks
MeHighLow Vlogs I used the wires that are located in the neck of the bike. There’s a white connector and a black connector. One is the left turn signal and the other is the right.
How were they at night?
Link to the site ? They look great

Moto Norseman How come you you don’t like them?
What size did you order 49mm and how do you like them?

Quite the opposite. There probably isn't a brighter turn signal on the market.
