Smart people underperform because they over analyze! 😔

    • @nikyabodigital
      @nikyabodigital 7 лет назад +27

TucoChannel Actually I agree. Over analyzing is the biggest factor of underperforming. Smart people limiting themselves because they think too much of "what ifs"..
I am not saying your opinion is wrong or whatnot. It is great.
But it is an opinion of a victim mode. It is better to accept your lacking , than blaming everybody.
The victim mode mindset is the very mindset of losers and underperformers. I'm really sorry. Please don't get mad.

I feel that with the "yes" suggestion, in the workplace we're unfortunately programmed to say yes to the boss or else. There's this attitude that if you're not fully committed to your job 100% without question, or you aren't a valuable asset to your employer. It makes people afraid to say no for fear of being on the chopping block at the next layoff.

We can and we should also get rid off our mother, if she is a leech. We are not obliged to spent our life with leeches of any sort. But we owe it to ourselves and to the world to live our lives in our highest vibration. This wouldn't be possible if we are stuck in a relation with a vampire - even if it is our mother.
Thank you for the video. I agree with everything, except the mother stuff...*)))

The great tip never worry alone was for me like a self-shock. I couldn´t believe it when then explanation followed it all made sense. It´s like that opposite of never eat alone. With the same underlying message. Not just stay interconnected, but maintain the relationship. And even when u have a fucking problem, just talk about it and like he said, often you find the out this wasn´t a fucking problem, and afterward you laugh together about it. Genius
Good questions and the answers absolutely clarified my bigger picture, when it goes into relationships.

Loved this video and came at the right time. Especially the comment on Lillies vs Leaches. So true. Especially the "I'll get back to you on that". Another thing I would add would be that we all travel in patterns of behavior. We attract who we are. So if you don't want leeches, better start contributing to others. Nature has a wondrous way of arranging your life the people you need will naturally come to you and the others will drop off by themselves. Be so busy getting your stuff done that others don't enter.

I appreciated the information and thought it was practically helpful. I think intelligent people fail sometimes because they get bored quickly and want to move on from people, interests and projects in order to have new experiences and learn. Perseverance isn't always about cerebral intelligence imao. It can be like curiosity killed the cat.
Anyway, I liked his goal template. Stay positive everyone!

I have subscribed via 2 different emails so I can always have Marie Forleo close. Thanks so much for this awesome video! I want to value my time and others with better planning and make sure I don't over-commit. I'm conscience of the fact that become attached & invested in my projects...fast. I rush the dating process because I am seduced by the rush. The project rush is the most important part of planning. Its the initial phase - putting all the pieces together and building the plan. That's my favorite part of business. However, I become so invested in the project that I would turn the billing clock off and dive in. That's a big no-no.
It was one of Marie's videos that helped me put it in perspective 3 years ago. Planning and organization became a permanent day in my calendar. Today I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Now, I have solutions! Thanks Edward Hallowell I will review and revise my goals and spread them out 30,60,90 and lifetime. I will prioritize my lilies and remove the leeches. I will honor my time and others and not say yes to too many things. I will prioritize my lilies and remove the leeches. This will sharpen my performance and give me time to do what I love with people I enjoy on projects where I can add value. Affirmations! You have both added value to my day. Many thanks!
P.S. I won't EVER worry alone and I'll make a plan for that too!

Turned off after 20sec, infomercials put me off. When they start off by asking a question they think you'll agree with, that's a common manipulation technic used in advertising. It uses the the fact that if you agree with the first statement your mind will be more open to the second proposal, lowering your defences. So the next time you hear "do you sometimes feel like" or any variations of that in the media, they're trying to manipulate you.

having a plan, having goals, a solid value system and saying NO 90% of the time are keys to success. Saying NO is key and staying away from 90% of people and activities that have fuck all to do with what you want to accomplish. 90% of people have low IQ, they consistently need to be around others, their goals are governed by the society and are time and energy sucking. This Dr Ned is a smart guy.... this is basic life coaching. On the end of the day PLAN, GOALS, VALUE SYSTEM, SAYING NO ARE KEY. FUCK 90% OF THE LOW IQ LEACHES.

I have come to learn that it doesn't matter in the end. so why try, when I can be lazy and be more successful then the average. what I mean by that is, I made enough money to pay for what I need to live. what else do I need? more? and more? and more? where does that stop?
I could go on and on. but when I see rich people, it's almost like, they have lost their humanity.
