Oooh, so each song is like him telling the story to the police. Thats freakin cool !!
Oh damn, so he did get out
I always pictured this in my head about [Redacted]. A literally constant cycle of chaos that comes from the Insane Asylum at the end of Red Light. The cycle never ends like a nightmare
damn all this story stuff
i want a movie
The story would actually make for a great horror movie
BRO FR
Bro same
God this album is gonna paint such a gnarly story. I cannot wait.
Damn ok. So in the intro are we actually gonna hear the police coming in and breaking down the door and then the whispers of Kungan in the corner!!?!?!???!?!!! THIS ALBUMS GONNA YEET U GUYS INTO ARENA TOUR TERRITORY...
I feel like if I was a police officer I would be more confused and hear Kungan out rather than be repulsed or upset. Everyone has a motive and reasons to the things they do even if it is murder. I would be the one to listen to his story and really try to understand what he is going through and what's going on though his head.
Idk, dead bodies start to really stink after about 30 minutes and i think humans are hardwired to freak tf out when they see insides on the outside, i think anyone would be pretty disgusted
Bro, thank you. You guys give me faith in music again!
I feel like this album is gonna be great to listen to over and over again, and the story is gonna add so much to that. I can not wait.
Ahhhh the ol' Shakespearean "BOOM this is how the story ends" structure! Me likey
"whatever the song means to you it means to you". I guess that's what I needed to hear, because that's exactly how I interpreted Matriphagy
I’ve been listening to this album all day and I’m loving every minute of it and the story is very well written you guys are awesome
My first introduction to ya'll was a recommendation to watch "Placenta" by Rob Gavagan. I was absolutely hooked on your music from then on. I just pre-ordered the bloodspatter vinyl and I can't wait to listen to the full album
That’s amazing! Just like a tarantino Movie with the starting at the end part, I’m in love with the album already!!
This is a crazy good story. Worthy of a novel
I interpret this song as a victory of becoming free. The self realization of living your life in the way that you want it to be. Yet, pointing out that most people never accomplish that in their life. Instead they live a life that they really don't want to. They just go through the motions of what society wants them to be. It's also a question of what life are you going to live.
Blinco
Ooh yes been waitin for this!!! * ^ *
I’m going through each video now to really grasp the story of it and I’m thinking about the overall message thing that Justin mentioned in the last video. I’m thing the other message is maybe that even though humans are ‘evolved like creatures, if you push their buttons and torment them enough, they’ll spiral into becoming an animal and devolve. Often the case when you hear about a victim killing their bully. That’s my thoughts so far but I’ll try to leave a comment updating my thoughts on each video. Awesome stuff Tallah! 🤘🤘
U guys r so underrated
Damn, you guys are an excellent band and sound.
I really love this series! Really helps paint a mental image of the album while listening to it. Will there be a consistent upload schedule? Or will videos be uploaded at random?
Omg we need it as a movie!
This is just right for holloween
Can't wait for this shit!!!
I'm here like.. We need videos directed by Justin for all the matripahgy's story
I mean I just love your concept but would be amazing to see how you see it...
Oh fuck yeah, more story!
So if Kungan has been locked in this house with his mother his entire life has he ever seen another human?
If the windows were barred shut and the only way out was a keypad locked vault door how did the police manage to get in?
AAARRGH so many questions I need this album now!
I mean he basically explained in this video that the police blew the vault door open, presumably with explosives. The thing I am curious about is how the cops knew to investigate the place.
I love how there are 0 dislikes god bless
At least Kungan doesn't die alone like red light suggested.
Or does he?
so happy to see 0 dislikes
Redacted reminds me to the 515 of Slipknot.
Dead Bodies Everywhere come back!
How many songs on the new album coming out in October?
Sup Justin
How old is Kungan?
He’s 20.
In his 20’s. Justin has said around 25.
Wait so who calls the cops?
"I have heard it... the voice that talks outside my window... is there anybody home inside...?"
Chicken nuggets.
it would be interesting if one of the Police was Kungan’s father ??
