Spirit Link on Iridikron with a Blood DK is imo the best combination of class synergy. The DK's self heal contributes so much to the Spirit Link Healing, it is quite impossible to die in that combo.
Seriously though wind sheer is def the best interrupt in the game lol

Thanks for the vid Donkeystorm! I have also been playing my rsham lately and absolutely loving it. Its the healer i keep coming back to despite the meta. There have been quite a few keys this season when i was on other healers that went sour due to lack of kicks or cc's & all I can think is " If I was on my shaman I could easily fix this pull"
Shaman is so much fun, and there is some amazing opportunity to shine as you get more practice with the utility of the kit.
most people would agree rsham is one of the best pug only healers because of its kick, stun and aoe knockup on short cds + its reactive and reactive is usually better for pugs in general.
Wahoo so glad to see resto shaman getting some attention. Been maintaining my resto shaman and tbh idk if I'd ever main anything else. Absolutely love the class and the healing play style ins incredibly in sync with my play style. Still thinking resto shaman is one of the best ones out there.
The utility kit is probably why I always return to Shaman a bit into expansions after deciding to go with something else that is thought to be best m+ healer at the start.
One workaround on the lack of External this season is the Leaf from Everbloom. It's been really useful in Tyran weeks and that 1min cooldown makes it a Shaman Ironbark :)
RShaman is my main since the beginning of WoW. It will be my main forever.
That being said, I just love his toolkit. I can't stress enough how amazing a ranged interrupt on short CD is. Shaman has so many great tools that there is something for every situation. Best interrupt in the game, bloodlust, Selfrevive, unlimited extra running speed and 3 sec burst speed combined in ghost wolf, Healing tide = fire and forget with no downsides (like channel or something), AOE Stun, DMG Reduce for himself or tank or group, windstorm totem for group running speed, spiritlink can be a livesaver, poison cleanse and Anti fear totem!

I've been struggling a bit on resto shaman but I went in with my prevoker today and I'd forgotten how powerful their heals are when you can get the positioning right. (But I'm still maining mistweaver and it's the easiest by far).
After playing every healer I find rsham to be the most fun playing in pugs. Also being able to shapeshift and have that speed is a great quality of life perk
I made it into the video! Shaman healing is really fun and really easy to learn, I call it the noob friendly healer because anyone can play it and enjoy it

Funny how people think Shamans are bad all the time.... Look at Laren who goes 31+ keys with a shaman. or our Shaman main Healer who heald us through a 20 with Ez on 462 with 4pc

I mained resto shaman this tier and had to constantly tell groups that they were super strong and underrated. I played all healers this season expect holy priest. And imo shaman can carry groups better than any other healer.
Its funny how u needed to tell them that.
In my opinion, the fact that u turn up as a healer should already be reason enough for the people to shut up...
Never get why people cry about not having enough healers while actively shunning 50% of the healers...
Yeah never understood why mana consumption is so bad on shaman. I literally have never drank once playing mistweaver and I drink maybe once or twice a key on hpal. That’s really the one thing that keeps me away from it. It is big fun though when you get going

Yeah shaman by far most underrated
Yeah I switched my main to Resto Sham from Druid and I had more success in keys, even in keys that weren't pugs. Problems with Druid: you have to shapeshift. Particularly into bear. If you don't, you're gonna have problems and this will cascade into your talent choices, you won't pick up bear talents even though they are busted. I used to run with Typhoon and Hibernate and Cyclone and all this dumb crap every week even though I wasn't using it most of the time. In reality, you can pick up the bear talents and use them in every key, which I wasn't doing. You could take cat weave stuff, but good luck cat weaving in pugs. I couldn't even cat weave in groups with friends, there's always one really squishy person.
Also the AOE stops Shaman have gives me more value than Resto Druid's HPS. I don't need to do 1 billion healing on trash if I can just stop them. Shaman is also better at Afflicted, Druid gets handicapped by it.
In DoTI, if no one interrupts the snake man, you're suddenly the MVP of the group if you do. It saves a lot of DPS for the healer to interrupt the snake man.
Also Stoneskin totem is really good on trash. I prefer the Ghost Wolf DR, so I don't pick it up, but yeah it's definitely good. Resto Druid has no party DR, that's another thing. Spirit Link totem is clutch if you know when to use it.
It's funny how Meta really shows its worth at 20+, but try hards are picking it in 15s

I've mained resto shaman for years regardless of it not being meta. It's just my jam, always has been.
TStorm and Cap are SO good and fun to use. You can tell a good RSham from a bad one on how they use them. TStorm is so good in BRH on those dudes who dive and stun and the mobs who WW in EB. Spring and MTide need a buff bad, especially MTide - it’s TRASH.
