Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
The Child's biological family is now filing a lawsuit again LIEnette & CROOK
BUT digging in the past, LIEnette actually attempted a lawsuit against her own biological daughter
And she lied to the judge about her daughter
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

I’ve been watching your channel the past few months, I don’t often comment but watching you kept me sane after I’ve just spent nearly three weeks in hospital.
Firstly Lienette is the most vile, viscous person I’ve ever come across and I’m sorry you’re having to deal with her, at the same time the support she’s unintentionally created around yourselves, Harley and the child’s biological family is incredible, I’m so glad it’s backfiring and hope it continues to do so.
The rubbish about her neck, I had a C5/C6 discectomy and fusion with titanium plate and bolts, my neck now has some limited movement, I can’t turn my head to the side like I used to and I can’t tilt my head back very far, if she had all of her discs in her neck she would have minimal movement, as I said I have one level done, so I know Lienette is lying! Fancy that her lying 😂

Nonni is an Italian name for grandmother.
As a person who has had a few levels of cervical vertabrae fused (over two surgeries), I can tell you that, YES, you can lose mobilty. I've NEVER heard of five levels being fused at once, though. Two or three at one time is the norm, I believe, except under very dire circumstances. Also, the fusions definitely affect range of motion, both turning your head, and up and down. She would probably also be dealing with chronic pain, for life. This I can also personally confirm.
A person who has that kind of disability would not be a good candidate to raise small children, either, since her ability to pick them up, clean up after them, or do the myriad other duties involved with caring for children would be limited.
And she was citing this, obviously in a bid to win the judge's sympathy, while accusing her daughter of terrible behavior. If it was all true, she certainly wasn't portraying herself as the best solution for the welfare of her grandchildren.
Check out all her married names, see how many she has used in other cases, and changed from, it could be a way of finding out what else she has been up to. Love your show. Michelle from Australia.
Well Guys, I have a Cervical fusion at the level of C-5/6 with a bone graph, titanium plate and 4 screws!
There is Zero chance she has what she says in her neck and can move it side to side!
I could have to have another surgery an it will be only a double C-4 through C-6, an they said it will reduce my movements that we should do it when it is so bad I can’t deal with the pain anymore. Your next only has 7 vertebra.

I know you probably know this but if you can get her legal name (maybe from her birth certificate) and get a Criminal Records Report from NCIC, it will usually list all know aliases. Wouldn’t THAT be awesome.
If she had her neck and back were injured and then fised she couldn't bend. She would straight with no movement in her back and her body would have to turn completely around. She lied.

I can tell you that the doctor can't remove vertebra they will only put a Metal plate and screws. In order to fuse everything together, and no not necessarily it would depend on whether
it was c-1 through c-7. I myself have had c-4 through c-6 fusion in 2007 and I can turn my head side to side with a 40 pound weight restriction.So her claiming to have had vertebras removed has been completely DEBUNKED
Your wth news breaks my heart. To watch you and to hear the emotion in your voice as you speak about your children. Since the day i became a mother -31 years ago-ive always said I'd walk thru fire for my child. If theres anything I can do to make her life better I'll do it. And now that i have a grandson, the sams goes for him. I cant imagine what her children had to go thru.

Hey Jeremy and George we adopted our grandson he's mine by marriage because the mother was addicted to drugs but we still talk to the kids, love don't stop because of drugs, our grandson didn't ask for this, he is now 7 add and ADHD he is doing well now also he is loved, if need be my wife and I would gladly adopt Harley if they can't were not rich but we work hard for everything and don't ask for nothing even when I fell and busted up my body, out of work for a 11/2 yr still didn't ask for nothing, We will love her and give her everything she needs DR, therapy and most of all love 💕. Spinal fusion prevents movement, to have a metal plate in the neck her head would be 100% straight with reduced movement to 50% of the spinal area. This surgery also is incredibly expensive in the 7 figures cost range before the decimal point. The metal plate and screws will set off metal detection equipment which majority of courts have and a special note given by specialist to have the equipment switched off or the individual allowed to bypass the equipment for a manual search instead. This note must be carried with her at all times and on the note will inform the individual reading it where the plate etc is at and to call a number for reference of the surgery. The note will have a specific code on it so when typed into the system it'll show the same information on the note.
This note can be a laminated a4 page or even a credit card size object, nonetheless it must be with her at all times.
Just thought to help debunk this lie in marvellous fashion!!!
