Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed

As a former resident of Florida , it really is an embarrassment that this judge was ever seated ! He is so incompetent an 8th grader could make a better judge ! Sadly unless the Governor removes him he will remain to screw up other people’s lives !😑

All of us who watched the beginning of this trial knows to what extent Judge De Tortoises has gone to to be unfair to the hales.
Just count the filings. In Florida 5 such filings that are tossed in a 5 year period makes her a vexatious litigant Fla. Stat. § 68.093 which means she would have to post a security bond prior to filing any more.
Jeremy you can buy a small hand held machine that will find a tracker. If you leave you’re vehicles unlocked, the could stick it anywhere. Under your mats in your glove box but the best thing is to get the machine to find bugs and trackers.
Let’s pray the higher courts actually remove him but I am very disappointed by the horrible legal system in that area and it definitely makes me scared to move to Florida. Just think of all who did not have the money to have a lawyer fight for them you are their VOICE SO THANK YOU FOR NEVER BACKING DOWN 💚💜

Judge Dethomases should have been removed on day one; after bias litigation rendered on the side of Ms Lienette Preston. Also had no control of his court, as the litigant was allowed to ramble on and on, even over him.
How can he do a final trail, when Jeremy hasn’t even given his side .
The judge never did an evidentiary hearing, although he never let Jeremy speak or present any evidence
EVERY CASE THIS JUDGE HAS BEEN OVER, should ALL be taken to New OPEN case because of exposer of the Judge being mentally sick. Bet Others were serious damaged by this Judge.

I would be interested in WHOM all is involved in this threat on your life starting with Russell Meeks, Mary from Town Hall, the deputies and upper echelon, Lynette and John, Don C. from Town Hall and the gang hired in Hong Kong. My ex-husband put a tracker on my vehicle. He got underneath and put it on top of the transmission. Then he had one on top of the muffler don’t just look for the device have someone that knows that vehicle would notice if anything has been added, or moved to be adjusted for something like that They have had plenty of opportunity to do it. My fear is the Florida Court will take it's time to respond to the Writ , hoping that time will cause things to cool off and simmer down from all the attention . I'm sure the stress you both are going through feels unbearable, but keep in my mind that God doesn't put us in situations we can't handle. You were picked for a reason, to help the child? To stop lienette? To stop the judge? To stop the corruption? Only God knows.

Do new judges have to go through some training, or at least have a baby sitter with them to steer the proceedings? Advise them if they are doing some thing wrong, or missing some thing they should be doing. Keep fighting for justice, this is not what your channel if for, it's for your life giving back and helping. Happy outings with George and others in your 'family' and close friends. Isn't there something you can do re: judge grudge because it seems he was wanting you to spend money on 1. The time you have to pay your attorney by all the long winded court hearings, 2. Not enforcing that Lie-net to do what she is supposed to do w/ regards to doing depos and not showing proof of claim again not allowing for the court to advance in a timely manner 3. (Extortion) by Sealing information unnecessarily, knowing you will have to pay to get them unsealed and spend even more money and also to his advantage as he has monetary interest in the case. I would be seeking monetary relief/ from judge grudge as well for all this wasted time and money.
