Last month I did this workout and I lost 3,5 kg. I didn't regularly. Today I am starting this workout and I do regularly. I am 1,70 cm and 83 kg. I want to be a 68 kg. Wish us luck and motivation in this lose weight way. Thank you very much our lovely trainer :)

I started in mid december and it took almost 4 months because i started eating more calories from march...this and dancing 1 hour a day ...in later months i started morning walk as well so i could eat my favourite food but i never exceeded my limit which was 1600 calories
I love her class and routine. I've been doing it 3 days now and it's helping me to keep my sugar down, helping my diabetes. Definitely gonna keep going. Insulin alone didn't help. I'm gonna lower my insulin dose because I notice when I do the class my sugar starts dropping fast. I'm so glad I found the video and glad I can figure out how to play RUclips on my tv. Game changer.
I just finished this great workout. Only stopped when the ads came out for a few seconds. As per my iPhone watch I burned 632 calories. Wow! Will be doing a 7 day challenge just to see what happens. Loved it !

@@octopodiatrist it's tough because unlike other diseases it's nothing physical just mental and it's hard for people to truly understand. They think we are just doing too much or we are lazy, but even when we mlm want to do a million things, Our mind just won't allow us to and it's hard to fight it. Depression and anxiety just takes a lot out of people - mentally, emotionally, physically, etc. Doing anything becomes a challenge. I really love what you guys do I was 75 in July and from that time i started doing your zumba and it's December and I loose15 kg and now I am 59 kg I didn't do any dieting and all I just drink 1 mug black coffee and zumba this really helped me not only to lose weight but also to build confidence .thanks a lot

Day 1 with this zumba routine. Will update here in this thread. No strict diet (although I have a low appetite), very lethargic (once I used to be very active), suffering from PCOD. Current weight 59.70kg. Target weight 54. Mostly in it for losing my belly fat. First day feedback: This is much better than those hard core exercises for beginners. I completed it in 3 go. Took 2-3 min break in between. It was effective. Felt sone strain in my core. Will continue this and update the results. Thank you from India 😄

Started a year coached program by Halloween 2020 so I finish this October and am under 250lbs now but my goal is to get down to 140. It's slow but it's ok because it's still progress and my fitness is already so much better, but also trying to allow my skin to adjust and avoid sagging as much as possible :)
@@anjumfoujiya169 no special diet, calories between 1200-1500 a day but somedays I don't manage that and eat what I fancy. No food groups eliminated but pasta, potatoes, rice and bread portions are a lot smaller now and bulked out with fruit and veg ( I used to be queen of beige coloured fried meals 😜) still enjoying chocolate everyday, without it I wouldn't be able to stay on track. I'm 247lbs now. Slow progress but it needs to be to change for life and hopefully let my skin adjust and not be too empty and saggy in the end x

I can’t believe I did it until the end. It's very enjoyable and fun. I started my journey on November 22 with a weight of 68 kg (158 cm) and the IF diet; it worked, and my current weight is 65 kg. I also lost some inches along the way. I'm going to do all of Emma's workouts and update results on December 22.
This routine is sooo amazing.. 1st time I tried this routine day before yesterday and I have done the same yesterday as well.. I have reduced 1.2kgs in 2 days..
I did for exact 49 mint and im sweating as like as i took shower. Its amazing for me I've never sweat like this even in gym. I hope this exercise will be effective for me. Currently im not 78kgs I'll inform u my weight after 15 days. Stay tuned
This routine gave me serious burn in my inner and outer thigh and my belly area. I burned 750 calories, I added 15 minutes abs work out with this routine.
I did HITT yesterday and need something less high impact. Let me strap on my HRM and see how I keep up! :) eta: 407 calories! Great pace, super easy to keep up, simple moves that really give you a full body, non strenuous workout. I’ll definitely add this to my “do once a week” work out regimen. Thank you!

This round 380 calories. It's 11 pm so I was mindful of my downstairs neighbors and couldn't move around as much. But I was sweating a lot. You get out as much as you put in for sure! It's effective even on a lower level. 🥰
I'm 29 and people were starting to stop asking me for I.D. After a month and a half of doing Mira workouts, I'm getting asked for I.D again! I definitely feel like I'm looking more youthful with these workouts.
This was there most interesting workout I've ever done. Most of it focuses only on belly exercises but I love it. I like Ms Pham as the instructor and the lady in the all black motivates me all the way!! The music fantastic and puts me in a focus trance. I finished it and I can confirm it did get me to 501 calories which is amazing. These are my go to workouts now.
Hello!My weight is 94 kg currently.I could do very easily upto 25:18.The problem is after that.I can't do that faster version of belly excercise.The slower one is very easy...but I'm stuck in the faster one.Could you pls give me some suggestions how can to do it?My belly keeps bouncing irregulary..doesn't go with the rhythm... It's way too hard to do the faster version.

I randomly came across this channel and it clicked. Today was Day 1 where I did 28 mins Zumba in morning and 12 min in evening for focusing on Belly Fat reduction. Apart from this I've been running / walking and jogging for 40 mins daily. Today overall workout time happens to be 140 mins. This one is up for tomorrow' morning workout! Glad I found this and it's amazing!

I started this and somehow always end up losing 700 calories or at least the fit band shows that! Definitely her energy is just the best 💜

I burned (according to my fitbit) 425 calories so it is quite accurate. A little bit core heavy but liked it! Good work out!

I love these workouts😁 she is engaging and motivating. You definately sweat and feel the burn well into the next day. I tried following the tik tok trend but it isn't encouraging following a 3d woman. I recommend these for anyone struggling to lose weight!!!!!!

I randomly came across this channel and it clicked. Today was Day 1 where I did 28 mins Zumba in morning and 12 min in evening for focusing on Belly Fat reduction. Apart from this I've been running / walking and jogging for 40 mins daily. Today overall workout time happens to be 140 mins. This one is up for tomorrow' morning workout! Glad I found this and it's amazing!
