BAZ I'm loving way your detail u go true on all off the cars you are fixing on ramp that are poorly and sick your like the car doctor 😂mate well done 👏 keep up the great work we look forward to more of your video up loads 👍 thanks 👍
Good old big tin of Mr Muscle oven cleaner would of sorted that out.Used to do it to VW,s when the veins used to stick on there turbos.Always 100% success after.
It works but it will come back as it leaves a residue that soot and carbon will stick to , by that point you have an engine issue with fuelling and soot , diesels are poo !
Hi Baz, i would really like to hear more perhaps on a separate video about relearning components, eg what components, why and what happens if you don't relearn etc. If some vehicles are more sensitive to not carrying out that procedure. As DIY mechanics can not neccessarily justify the cost of the required diagnostic gear?
Well that taught me what things I need to look for on my scanner to check my turbo health. Ive got a 1.6 fiesta diesel with an engine vibration. Gonna do a full intake clean with revive but wanted to know if its the turbo at fault.
Think mines a fixed one mine is in a swift ddis no issues so far but its serviced every 7 to 9 thou.😊 no its got a linkage so must be it says garret on the casting. 😮
You need polarising film to reduce/stop the glare, remember the old polarised sunglasses they used to advertise on television, possibly before you were born. 😂
Thanks for this video, Baz. My 2018 Doblo is currently undergoing similar surgery at the present time.

I did one last month. 2006 Passat PD. 1.9. Worked a treat. 👍

Baz put your diagnostic machine inside a cardboard box on its side as a temporary fix. Works a treat untill you get a screen cover.
You can also get a duck feather duvet and put it over your head and the scanner and it blocks out most of the light glare.
Top job as always Baz.

Hi what do you use to clean the plastics under bonnet, always look great when Finnished.
That glare on the Launch diagnostic machine doesn’t bother me. Life has things like background noise, and glare. Not a problem.
Great video as usual Baz 👍
Good time to change the glow plugs : )
I think the customer was also in limp mode when hé bought the car 😂😂

Not sure if i like thoses vane turbos at some point or another they are always going to seize because of carbon build up!
FIAT....fix it again tomorrow
👍
Did it need new oil too as it’s a new turbo
Which brand do you recommend for aftermarket replacement turbos
🤙🏻
can you confirm if my turbo has an issue as I have a whilsting noise when accerarating only at low revs between 2nd and 3rd gear.
I can't confirm anything without seeing the car buddy
