😂😂😂😂 I knew the accent might have thrown you 😂😂😂. But you knew.
I'm not gonna lie South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana are like a factory when it comes to producing dance moves
I think they just have the publicity. All of Africa has lots of amazing creativity and diversity
As a Kenyan, I think it's because South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana is more popular/international entertainment wise. Every country has their own dances, yeah some might be better than others but it all comes back to how popular the country is to the outside world.
@@mrtnm121 Yeah you make a valid point, and I didn't think of it in that way
@@comfortmare4323 Okay I get the publicity part but are you saying that's all they have though?
Congo carried the whole continent in the 70s- early 20s
I am an african and I know that Congo is a dancing power house on the continent. Possible best african dancing moves. So I am surprise there is no congolease moves on this countdown.
Right 😂😂
That's becos South Africa is the power house of dance moves.there isn't any dance move in the world that we can't do or make it better.
Our natural rhythm makes it so easy for us we can even river dance to amapiano.
Those moves are from back then , they never evolved or moved forward. Young people created pop culture you need a dance move for the youth .
Congo trumped when I was growing up but things have changed
We don’t do aerobic classes to enable us get ready to dance, we just dance 😊. Dancing is part of our life, it’s something that makes us happy.
Ya sis true 😂 even when I wake up I could hit most of these moves easy
@@martinirecords9471 exactly!!!! No time to check time!!!!
It's like trends. You just have to know those moves if you wanna fit in .
Yup
The whole of Africa has amazing dance moves.
South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana rule pop culture.
Ya the music helps a lot with that
All this is nation they get inspiration to us
That’s not true maybe in anglophones country french speaking countries listen mostly to ivorian/congolese/nigerian. South Africa is very new in this and still many people don’t know amapiano etc
@@idkbruh2560 south Africa is new with Amapiano...there's been kwaito for decades and it's not very far from amapiano
Remove Ghana
Best Dancers comes from Ghana 🇬🇭 ❤❤❤
There are no dance fitness classes. People just wake and dance. Dance is natural to most Africans. Though not everyone can dance
Ghana started all the viral dance moves in Africa during the Azonto era

In Africa we create our own happiness ❤❤❤😊
There's music everywhere in Ghana, even in public transports, it's annoying sometimes,
And music usually goes with dancing, that's why Ghanaians love the dancs
This small country called GHANA everywhere she's there big up to them
Ghana carry most dances moves on the list and the world❤......new dances moves are created almost everyday🇬🇭
South African dances are just supernatural 🇿🇦🔥
South Africa🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦 leads Africa when it comes to creative dance moves and singing voices.

@@joyuyoke4999 your hate for Ghana is ridiculous. Ghana indeed lives rent free in your head . Maybe in your next life ask God not to create you a Nigerian but a Ghanaian
Every lunch time at school after eating is a dance session in South Africa( not official) but that's we do. Someone will randomly start a song and another starts dancing and right there is the start of a competition. We mostly learn by watching then when you go home you practice with your siblings to the dismay/ delight of parents. Sometimes we used to serve as free entertainment for our parents when they are relaxing with their friends they will call us to come and dance for them.
We do this in Nigeria too. In fact, going to dance school is strange cos we just learn by watching each other and competing and then entertaining our parents.
We do this in Florida as well. Back in the day there would even be talent shows in the community once a month where dancers could win $500. What I loved most was everything was authentic! The love, the dances, the fun! Culture at the root! I would pay to be in that corner that has blk ppl from across the globe just being free amongst themselves as u mentioned while exchanging culture and having a great time! Good thoughts.
I agree to the Ghana like Atlanta
Dance is like a hobbie. You just stand on the corner and start dancing. Just chill in a shop start dancing. Proudly South African🇿🇦
You guys need to react to Congolese and other non-English African country dance styles as well. A lot of videos about African culture(s) tend to focus on countries that speak English which is unfortunate.
PS: Nice reaction as always ^^
Ya yhoo i love Congolese dance moves

French in not African trading.
Despite being nigerian myself I believe Francophone african countries have quite the unique music, dances and foods too. More light needs to be shone on that.
No lie said here . When I see all things about Africa accentuate around English speaking countries I’m like how about the others as if you really know the countries like Congo ( French ) Ivory Coast ( French ) have been doing it wayyyyyy before these countries named in this video for example. But unfortunately the aren’t anglophone hence no influence in the Uk and America . KOFFI Olomide, extra musica, Dj Arafat (RIP), and many more sported a lot of these moves we see popular in anglophone counties nowadays
5:29Finally we talk about my country Togo. I'm so happy😂😊
Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana always leading with their sounds and dance steps❤
Dancing is in our DNA.
Beautiful moves !!😘😘
You guys are working hard. Thank you for the continuous uploads.
Someone out there is having a bad day. This is our way of cheering them up.😊 You're welcome!
They are not working hard.⛏️⛏️⛏️
They are working smart. 🏖️
We don't have fitness classes lol. Usually, from a young age, our parents would make us (along with our siblings and cousins) dance for the whole family and turn it into a competition for money. 🤣Dance is war.
Also. It is incorporated into so much of our culture and daily lives that it can be seen as quite odd if you CAN'T dance.
(We know some people just have two left feet. But rhythm is essential)
From South Africa 🤍
(Also. You need strong knees!)
Mine oh mine!! Some serious truth here herh!! I can't count the number of dancing competitions we had in my childhood! It truly was n still is odd if u can't dance in Ghana , Africa!!
If y'all want to see more dance moves, watch dwp academy..its a dance crew from Ghana
Half of these dances featured at my friend's wedding.. Had too much fun on that lineup.. The beauty of being both African and British.. cultures just blending together
If you go in the deep tradition of Africa, dances not just a dance. There is profound reason behind steps.
You guys are too much 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥much love from Ghana
I always fall in love with ur reactions.... keep up that energy. Watching u from Dubai.
Thank you so much!!
At the moment best female dancer is Endurance Ghanaian
I’m from Florida where we loveee dance in fact many of the dances that are popular in the afro American community came directly from us (even if ppl don’t know it). The word twerking created by others that were impressed by our dances erased hundreds of dances that have their own names and places of origins. As a creator and dance fanatic I have always been impressed by African dances especially when it comes to their footwork! I tend to appreciate most from the sidelines Bc it truly is impressive. It was cool to see dances that are similar to what we did and have here in the USA like the one that resembled the James Brown, #12 and #20. Although I have MANY favorites from africa that last dance #1 just might be my fav of all time. I catch myself even doing it at red lights lol.
Yes, so many similarities! There is a trend showing the similarities on TikTok.
Dancing for us is cultural and spiritual.
You need to see elderly folks dance..
The steps are so graceful, maybe not as energetic.
There's a saying in my place that "folks never age when it comes busting moves on the floor"
Odi dance😎😅
Love from kenya ❤
africa is blessed with dances
Nigeria and Ghana be fighting over the best dancers
There’s a lot now in Ghana you don’t know and it’s 🔥
Gwara gwara was created by DJ Bongz from Durban South Africa
😂😂🤧🤣 everytime South Africa 🇿🇦 comes this guy hide us and say Africa, but says other countries. Our Brothers from Africa always beaf us😂🤣
To answer your question on the fitness class, the daily life of an average African is a Fitness class lol. We do a lot of manual work since most africans don't have access to or can't afford the priviledges that you see in first-world countries. So things like fitness classes, yoga, etc, are generally for the rich who can afford to get out of shape.
😂🤣
But having nanny’s is normal to u guys while it is a luxury to us in “first world” countries.
@@citizencoy4393 who said that? I live in Nigeria and what you just said is a thing of the past. The dynamic of the world has changed and everybody is trying to protect their children now.
It's hard to come by good nannies so, we do it ourselves.
Rihanna did gwaragwara South African dance
We are naturally fit because of our food and way of life.
When it comes to dance moves in Africa, give it up to Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.
