My favorite part is imagining them coordinating that entrance. Like the dragon goes “lemme burn em” and she’s like “yeah but wait til I say this is the end of your story” and the dragon goes “ooohhhh I like that”
Ladies are good at that lol
Dragons LOVE melodramatics lmfao
😂😂😂😂😂 literally
Should I hide somewhere while waiting for the cue? 😅
We think the same. Because I was like “Was she planning this whole thing with the dragon before she got there?”
i understand that people are saying that this movie was unrealistic, and i get that the fact she was able to escape the cave and the dragon would be extremely unlikely irl, but it is a fantasy movie and supposed to be for entertainment. i wish we could just enjoy movies without having to think to hard about how unrealistic or realistic they are. the movie was still a fun one to see.
I think they also forgot that she literally lived in a cold barren land all her life and have to do hard labor too despite being a daughter of the lord just to help her people from starving.
@@ericelestineyorfrylle1525 stil unrealistic bro, not that i care.
@@ericelestineyorfrylle1525 the point is they keep forcing this women unlimited power trend on us. The obsession is crazy.
@@salaahkhayr2398 yes because all the male dominated superhero movies are so very believable 😂
@aygaion2295 Have you ever seen a fantasy movie that is very realistic? Either it's a fmc or Mmc, it's always unrealistic
I love how Henry closed his eyes as he could finally escape from his mother
Henry kinda deserved to die but not in the same time
If I had her as a mother I'd go down the pit and be hey dragon snack time
Queen: NOOOOO!!!!
Henry: Thank you
I don’t think it was that or just that, I think Henry felt guilty for sacrificing all those women to the dragon by his mother’s demands, remember he looks guilty and ashamed and he says sorry to Elodie before throwing her. When the dragon hit him with the fire he wanted to accept his fate to atone for his actions
@@LWEST27620 Yeah, poor guy was manipulated so hard he couldn't resist his mother. That's so sad

Most powerful thing ever
But the dragon killed her father
The Prince when he sees the fire: Closes his eyes and accepts it
The Queen when she sees the fire: NOOOOO!!!!
I am gonna admit while I found it emotional how Henry accepted his wrongs and let Death take him his mother on the hand...I found it funny. Her flesh would melt off faster than her golden crown at how all she worked for was laid to ruin. I mean when you think about it that line the queen uses calling her son weak...It's true weakness runs in the family. That evil king was too weak to strike a conversation with a hot dragon and resorted to killing her infants, and instead of defying the dragon and letting her kill him he gave his daughters to the dragon. He didn't do it for his people he did it for himself to save his own skin. Same goes with the rest of his lineage. I mean to be Frank that dragon may have been tough but she was not unbeatable Elodie could have killed her but spared her instead.
If the kings and queens from the past sent a team in there they could have avoided their kingdom's fall...But they were too weak just as Henry was too weak to stand up to his mother and his parents too weak to properly lead a kingdom...
@@carlthomaswilliamsjr.2995 That kingdom was ruled by an evil dynasty, filled by cowards, fools and murderers. But now... This is the end of the story of that evil dynasty and of the suffering caused by the nightmare they started. Kidding! I already know they're actors and they did a good job.😉

He never liked the idea from day one but too weak to stand against it, i guess
And how he would be forced to repeat the cycle with his children's children. Death was his release
at the end of the movie, Elodie was a Daughter and the dragon was a Mother so they bond together and melt that feel!
The most cathartic moment in the movie.
*The royal family had that coming for a long time.*
Elodie warned them, but they didn’t listen.
Same for that Princess who was also tricked into this that we see being wed to the prince in this scene? She doesent escape so she must have also burned then.

I like how the prince embraced his fate with dignity. This and the conversation he had with Elodie at the beginning which seemed genuine makes me sympathize with him despite that he is an antagonist and that he threw her in the abyss.
Better ending than the Game of Thrones 😏
Haha. So true. I just commented about GOT and then saw your comment.
Have to agree! When I think of GoT, this is the ending I see now. Dany and Drogon going back to the East to live happily ever after!
Not at all lmao this ending with the dragon floating is giving Macy’s thanksgiving balloon parade
The Ending was really Cool and EPIC when she was walking and the Dragon came over her, as a new Friend or maybe the Dragon found a new Daughter and the Dragon go with her. The only one she trust. EPIC.
this was released on national women's day. (Which is today.)
Now I understand what Rose meant in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Elodie told the third princess to take her family and run. She wasn't fighting what she now hated, but "saved what she loved".
I also like how her telling that third girl to 'run,' mimicked the dragon from when they first met.
Dragon looks like she's practically hovering
I love that they made a new story instead of ruining any classics
I like to think that the dragon comes home with them and uses her fire to help keep the people there warm rather than use it as an instrument for revenge. 😊

I really love the fact that she was able to befriend the dragon in the end , that was really beautifull.
No doubt we was all hoping the Queen and the Prince would get what they deserved in the end
Aswell as that Princess the prince was marrying there at the end?
We see the bridge at the end, she didint escape so presumably she was burned alive too as were the possibly the newly recruited nobles with no idea of the ritual and every Noble forced or unaware of the ritual.
But the queen deserved it. What she done to the dragons children when there was still in their eggs she didn't even care how the mother felt when her children was killed
At least the prince accepted his fate
@@draw2death421I honestly think that new princess and the newly nobles did escape right before the dragon came and right before Elodie already left out the burning castle.

God knows how many secrets lie untold for centuries about the royal dynasties across the world. It seems impossible to rule vast kingdoms or empires without getting your hands dirty. Some deals were definitely made with the unholy. The commoners pay the price and enjoy being called loyalists.
If you only knew how right you are. Milan Martin details your sentiment in his book "Lucifers Children"
In the case of this film, Hell hath no fury like a dragon and woman scorned & Enemy of my enemy is my friend. The dragon may not have the life she wanted nor have anymore babies but she has a new beginning to her life. Elodie helped give her that and that is amazing. Thanks for uploading.

And Elodie did Avenged and Justice for the Victims of the Brides were Kingdom took their lives as wrongfully sacrifice.
And then in the end, Elodie and her Sister reunited as family, accepted Lady Bayford as "mother figure" instead Stepmother.

Daeneryse: A fellow queen of culture, I see.
Prince Henry: I deserve this.
1:22 I don't care who you are, everyone would feel badass walking away from the flames with a dragon on their side!
I find the ending confusing.
Before the mother and two princesses get onto the boat, the mother says to Elodie "You can't be serious" to which Elodie replies that the mother is the only she would trust to lead the people. They talk about "running it together" and that they "have more than enough supplies for this thaw and the next".
Was there a time gap and the mother went home with a first shipment of supplies? Why would the captain ask what course to steer if they were just going home via one trip? Were they taking a second shipment of supplies from the bounty of Auria to take back to their barren kingdom at the very end? Or was the idea perhaps to later come back to Auria with their people since the land was so much better and could produce food and they could run it together and that was the new "home" they were sailing to? But there was only one ship in view...
I have looked up explanations of the ending and the ones I looked at just say they were sailing home to their own kingdom with no exploration of any other dynamic.
What do you think?

Why this dragon is so slow LOL 😂😂😂 I just don't get it that Girl just walks and is as fast as dragon. The HoTD's and GoT's dragons creators should be here
She’s hovering, not flying. Basically staying close just in case some jackass with a crossbow decides to take a potshot at Elodie. Given what she’s already been through with that kingdom, I don’t blame her for her paranoia.
The dragon probably had to fly Elodie & her sister out of the cave.
Maybe she was a little exhausted.
Because the writer of HotD and GoT is a renowned writer known for the realism in his works, he knows no human is coming alive out of a cave with a dragon in it
I loved this movie m, and this scene was so epic ❤
Does anyone else feel bad for the prince? It's clear that wanted nothing to do with this sacrifice business and that his family were the ones that forced him into it. Maybe that doesn't make up for his role in sending the sacrifices to their doom, but he seemed to be on Elodie's side at the end.
Im just glad this is all i will ever see of this movie
This scene with Rhaenyra Targaryen's theme would hit different!
