For the starters. I hate welding. Love fastening. More mechanically challenging and demanding I think.
More joy for me.
Everything here is simple hardware materials. An thick wall aluminum tube ( don,t remember how I got it) happened to fit the Gevarm bolt nicely. That had triggered my creative fit.
Another piece of luck- spacer for the plug fits well and a ‘rice burner’ clip-on bar telescoped inside the receiver making a fake barrel.
The only serous ‘machining’ done with a drill press, an angular grinder and files: the handgrip/ rear plug bracket . I had some used and holed up piece of I think 3/8 aluminum, an old motorcycle brake bracket …
The thumb screws for sights just a joke….I might do something nicer.
The aluminum cover on the trigger group keeps the pins from potentially loosening out.
Important piece, the mag shroud/ ejector. Genius design by Gevarm a d Voere. 1) it sends rounds perfectly to the barrel. Never misdeeds. 2) deflects used shells as an ejector. They have no room to get stuck.
In the Voere case- ejects more robustly due to the sharp left corner.
I wish I was allowed to finish it, but I have to stop here… it was fun.
I might consider an interesting and aesthetic collapsing wire stock….

I know. Thanks for the understanding. I don,t draw designs, I improvise. The most I could do is a napkin sketch of a detail.
I have fun creating mechanical things within legal limits. If it was safe and permissible, I would be more than glad to draw and share the detailed designs. But nobody can stop exchange of the free thinking. People can emulate by simply looking on the things. I do.

What is the inner diameter of your magazine front round part , I mean the side where front projectile of bullet rests in magazine rests after feeding. So that I can make my spring manually. Or please can you just tell the outer diameter of spring which can be used in that round part of magazine. Just like ruger's mag.
That round area varies in different mags from this .340” in my Gevarm to .440 “ in my Voere

@@TaezhnyRoman затвор Жеварма ~ 150 грам+ довесок/ направляющая пружины ~ 50 грам. Обычно стоит вместе в затвором. Но для слабых типа субсоник патронов переставляется назад и облегчает затвор

Not a bad model but a guide over the mag could help feed the bullet into chamber
It feeds perfectly like Gevarm and Voere as the system is copied. The shroud forces the rounds into the chamber without any hesitation or misfeed.

Всё оригинальное просто но почему не показал как стреляет?
Показал. В видео о фабричном Gevarm. Этот передел makeover , если бы было легально и он стрелял, вел бы себя точно также. Во всяком случае так все было рассчитано . В нем нет реального ствола- так что увы!

Я хотел бы сделать из нержавейки Пистолет Пулемёт Безручко-Высоцкого который не был принят советской военной комисией и не пошёл в серию и на фронт , но имено по нему был создан ППС-43
Не знал об этом ПП. Да, похож на ППС. Но ‘изобретая’ простейший свободно затворный автомат трудно быть оригинальным.
В итоге все упирается в дешевизну, качество , надежность и простоту обслуживания …
@@STEINBVG Я хочу сделать этот ПП не из тоненькой нержавейки, а Из толстой 4-5 миллиметров да он будет тяжелее зато надёжнее
1.5-2 mm я думаю более чем достаточно. У этого ПП штампованный корпус. 4-5 мм не согнешь. А в домашних условиях проще строить ПП как у Лути- из стандартных труб подходящего размера.

The Sten has been repeated since WW2 in various forms. The Sweeds with their Interdynamics 9mm ala Tec 9 to the Sumoi 9mm. Its robust, simple, and quite the contrary, yes, reliable.

Akshully, the tec9 ISNT that realiable, unless its being used in Miami Vice
I don,t know why Tec 9 is even mentioned. It,s closed bolt striker operated semi or select fire gun. Most of famose ww2 guns were open bolt simplicities. Similar to my Gevarm. The only difference between them was semiautomatic fire control group. Gevarm came up with 2 parts 2 springs fire control group. My single shot has 2 parts 1 spring group. My Uru has 1 part 1 spring group for semi auto fire. You can,t get any simpler than that.
@@STEINBVG i can see that all those legenary tube designs are just a pen gun with a grip attached.
The hardest part will always be making the 90 degree connections without a welder.
(Magazine well to frame).
Another tough connection is figguring out a trunion to connect a threaded barrel to a rivited reciever.
