If you r a beginner ,Do yoga in the morning only . Or if u donot hv much time in morning then practice yoga in the evening . But donot practice twice daily if you r new in yoga. After few months ( better after 6months) you can raise your time and practice twice daily. Do Bhrujangasan maximum for 6 times repetedly.stay in cobra position 45-60 second maximum. in one round. In Paschimotasan stay for 1min maximum touching your feet n bending your chest . Practice 7 times repetedly maximum. After Paschimotasan do Savasan for few minutes.
Sorry . Plz ignore the time (45-60 second)to stay in Cobra position in Bhrujangasan what I hv said for you. It is actually the time which you feel comfort for few seconds only. But one thing I must say practice Bhrujangasan for 3 times in the beginning. After 15 days interval raise the time once. But practice this asana for 6 times maximum.
It's advisible to do yoga early morning as soon as we get up bcz our stomach is empty .,but we can do it any time just basic rule is , there should be gap of 2-3 hrs after your meal or if you have ate anything. Means your stomach should be empty.😊
