Dude coudent beat that boss when i was 11. 10 jears later trying it again still not abel to do it challenging ass game.

Yeah. Emulator's instant save/load really helps here

I have NO IDEA how, but I easily beat Otto. I only died like twice, and once was by sheer accident (accidentally heli packed off the map if I remember correctly, and the other time I was genuinely killed by Otto). I played it on the PSP/PSVita, so, maybe that’s why it was less challenging? But oof, it was so much fun getting the absolute most out of Ratchet’s arsenal against Otto and spamming assist weapons like the agents and bee mine glove, ah, it was so fun.

Boss is hard only because his health goes slowly
