      It wouldn't have been such an effort if it wasn't for the batch of Agates I'd cut before . . . still waiting for some new blades to arrive 😩

    Lovely rocks Paul, I have a ratted vibe tumbler, I got sick of how far the wing nut has to be screwed down as I check moister several times a day, I put a oversized rod coupler on top of the washer and the wing nut only screws down a cam, then the washer and couple lift off with the lid. But they are a great machine

      One thing I found with the Raytech is it seems to dry out faster than the Thumler's but at least the clear lid lets you see what's happening 😁

    They turned out great.
    Have you ever put the borax in with the grit, I always put a tablespoon in, I think it makes a difference.

    Do you cut any rocks or crystal into points like a big tower

      Not something I do, I mainly just tumble polish the rocks I find, every now and then I'll get a little adventurous and do some slab polishing 😁
