This video shows you how to install a new TRQ fuel pump with integrated sending unit in your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300. Combustion engines need three things to operate: fuel, air, and spark. If your fuel pump isn’t delivering the fuel your engine needs, it will run poorly, or not at all. Or, the pump is fine, but your fuel gauge isn’t working. Many modern pumps include an integrated sending unit. Either way, a new engineered to fit fuel pump for TRQ is just what you need.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Do you know if the passenger side fuel pump sender supposed to make a noise when the switch is on?

Thats not the sending unit it's the fuel pump. The sending unit with the gas filter is on the right side under the rear seat.

I would like to correct you if I may,I would not use a vacuum to clean around the lock ring as the fumes entering the vacuum could cause a fire or explosion as the fumes will ignite from the armature spinning and causing sparks where gas could ignite

Ve the desiginers have abandonded the simple way if filtering fuel that has been used of over 80 years, of a simplr filter after the fuel leaves the pump and before it hoes to thr engine🤬😡😡😡🤬😡
