Get your fuel pump from oreillys or whatever part store near you they come with warrantys in case something happens. I quit ordering most parts online. I learned the headache wasn't worth the money saved. MPA30378 is the one I picked up from oreillys it has a lifetime warranty.
Yeah I made an updated video. The new one didn't fix the issue and was faulty anyways because it was reading my gas gauges incorrectly. So i put the new one in and the gauges worked but I now do the priming trick and it starts on the 1st time. Since then I've put it to rest 😆🙂
@adamrumas4612 I didn't get any codes. What I was trying to solve was my car starting on the 1st crank. It always starts on the 2nd crank. So the trick I do to get it to start on the 1st crank is that I prime the engine for a few seconds but turning the car on without starting it for a few seconds. Then turn to off and then starting the engine up. I was hoping getting a new fuel pump would fix it but it didn't.
I didnt fix it. The new one didn't solve the problem. My guess is I need change the 2nd pump on the other side of the fuel tank as well but I gave up lol. So I'm just dealing with for the time being 🙃🤪

Was it hard to remove the hoses? I see that the part has barb so that the hoses keep from coming out. Thanks
No difficulty there IMO.
What’s the main goal to be fixed here? Mines has the same problem it doesn’t seem to turn over the 2nd time I start it?? Any suggestions!
I gave up trying bossman. 😶.
So I just prime the fuel pump twice by turning the key 2 times and it works on the 1st crank.
Did you have the p2066 code with the old pump too or did it only happen with the new one?
No codes at all. It didn't solve my problem.
@@mr.300c you only got the code with the new pump? Your problem was the car hard starting when it was warm?
