    Great interview.
    I got certified as an RKC in 2012 and was intrigued by the programming with kettlebells at the time. Iron Cardio feels like a best of and picks me up on exactly what I found so enticing back in the day. Probably the best book out there right now on kettlebell programming. 👌💪

    So my question is each side is considered one set or is it both sides done equals one set? The reason I ask is I believe I've heard two different ways to look at it.
