Best vitamin D from the sun if possible
But, after 50 yrs old the body can no longer manufacture vit D from sun. Can't even absorb much D from foods. Those of us who can't take supplements are screwed
I have a question can I take vitamin D supplement everyday
Your videos are an eye-opener they are amazing thank you so much for sharing your knowledge
Can I take vitamin D everyday❤❤❤
Can you give some insight on salmon? I'm so confused by which salmon is OK to eat that I just don't eat it. :/ And I really love salmon!
Just don’t eat farm raised
Does anyone know if housebound for years is it ok to take vit-d3 800iu or double it to 1600iu?
Nothing for vegetarian n vegan?
She said mushrooms
Can vitamin D3 supplement develop rush? Itchy, like poison ivy type
600ui is equivalent to 30 seconds in the sun. To low in my opinion
May I ask for 40 year Olds who have not had children? My knowledge is that we are at higher risk for certain cancers or early menopause.
Dr. said either take birth control pills or have a baby to manage debilitating cramps on menstrual days.
I usually, if it's really bad, i almost pass out, feel SOB, lightheaded, from all the vomiting from the pain and not to mention the gi symptoms.
Which diet should I follow?
I saw your short on anti-inflammatory foods is that best? Also, which supplements would you recommend to avoid from taking birth control for regulating my hormones, thus reducing pain from bad menstrual cramps.
I agree that the birth control method used in order to help with menstrual issues has to be looked into. While it did help me with my migraines and irratic period, once I got off, I was a mess. It's hard being a woman. We got menstrual issues, and for those who can have children, have that responsibility with its emotional ups and down, and then we reach menopause which hoo-ray🎉 our periods over but is it.....really, this is a different kind of Period!, period. Lol.
Dr I don’t like salmon just tuna a little bit it’s ok ?
Tuna is too high in mercury. Simon is not learn how to love it. I put butter on my to taste better 👍
Thank you, and drink the milk in the sun
600iu🤔that will make no difference
