But, after 50 yrs old the body can no longer manufacture vit D from sun. Can't even absorb much D from foods. Those of us who can't take supplements are screwed

May I ask for 40 year Olds who have not had children? My knowledge is that we are at higher risk for certain cancers or early menopause.
Dr. said either take birth control pills or have a baby to manage debilitating cramps on menstrual days.
I usually, if it's really bad, i almost pass out, feel SOB, lightheaded, from all the vomiting from the pain and not to mention the gi symptoms.
    Which diet should I follow?
I saw your short on anti-inflammatory foods is that best? Also, which supplements would you recommend to avoid from taking birth control for regulating my hormones, thus reducing pain from bad menstrual cramps.

I agree that the birth control method used in order to help with menstrual issues has to be looked into. While it did help me with my migraines and irratic period, once I got off, I was a mess. It's hard being a woman. We got menstrual issues, and for those who can have children, have that responsibility with its emotional ups and down, and then we reach menopause which hoo-ray🎉 our periods over but is it.....really, this is a different kind of Period!, period. Lol.
