Depends on the cause of seizures,EEG findings and compliance with seizure medication.
Sir can we place the position of patient in lateral position to prevent aspiration during the seizure episode?

I have read few books in which mentioned that u have to put some clothes in mount to prevent tongue bite...but u r saying opposite so i m confused right now...
