If patient is on 100mcg of throxine and she became pregnant she should take 100mcg daily and additional 100mcg on Monday and Saturday right like 9 doses per week

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism since 6yrs and i m 22 now and tsh is 8.3 ...... i am taking 25mcg thyroxine but last year i could not get periods after taking many medicine so go for ultrasound and found hypoplastic uterus which is not from birth i m sure because of i m getting very normal periods and 6yrs back report is also said that uterus size is normal i don't know what happenings .i m not getting periods without taking medicine which was prescribed by doctor..... please tell something what to do... next even i m not taking medication till 6month.....

Comman clinic case our OPD exam sir 50 yr old male patient came to our OPD with c/o weakness since 5 days . increased thrist . increased urination frequency then what u will do ,fist do RBS which is 230 mg per DL so this is a case of t2 dm thn start medicine
ONCE TSH NORMALISES DO WE TAPER AND STOP MEDICATION WHILE MONITERING EVERY 6 TO 12 MONTHS
32 ye female ..k/c/o hypothyroidism since 10 years ..her tsh value is around 10 in last six months....her wt is 62kg...she is already on thyronorm 100mcg ..should we increase the dose more than 1.6mcg per kg...
(Otherwise asymptomatic & no other systemic finding )
