    What are the recommendations regarding continuation of antiplatelets / anti coagulants in dengue patient with thrombocytopenia ( mild / moderate / severe ) ?

    Excellent Explanation Sir . Thank you. And i have doubt about the role of T.Caripill 500mg tds x5days during late febrile phase sir???. Bcz it can increase platelet count during thrombocytopenia in DF. This pill is made from papaya seed / leaf extract only . Many pediatricians prescribing this medicine too and responded well. But why not used it widely sir?

    Very informative video sir.how much hct is low that indicates internal bleeding in dengue patient?? In some cases HB,rbs is also low with hct also in this type of case what we can do?

      Less than 20% from baseline.In bleeding patient vitals will be unstable
