Hii sir. May God bless you for your care. I want to know that whether poor feeding in pediatric population or adult population is a warning sign ( in dengue) to admit the patient?
Excellent Explanation Sir . Thank you. And i have doubt about the role of T.Caripill 500mg tds x5days during late febrile phase sir???. Bcz it can increase platelet count during thrombocytopenia in DF. This pill is made from papaya seed / leaf extract only . Many pediatricians prescribing this medicine too and responded well. But why not used it widely sir?
Sir what should be the management in a patient who has previously affected by dengue fever? Should he/she be admitted irrespective of anything or managed as per the vitals, bleeding etc?
