Excellent way of teaching. Very crystal clear voice. I am 62 years old. I am unable to become a doctor. But due to interest on medicine, I used to hear your classes as a student. With warm regards Doctor garu.
Sir Please make a lecture video on what sequence we follow once patient arrives in an emergency room. Like most videos involve sequence like airway, breathing, circulation, disability and points to be checked under each heading. We don't follow any such format here, a video would be very helpful. All your video lectures are helping us to improve our medical knowledge. Grateful to have found this channel! Thankyou:)
@@tindrums There is no such protocols followed here, neither they emphasize the doctors to do so 🙂 I know a little format from textbooks but the videos here discuss them very systematically and detailed hence asked.
Only when the teaching professor is competent and put in year's of experience,.. he/she can dissect processing protocols to severely affected UTI Plus hypokalemia patient. Amoxicillin, Cephalosporin or gram Augmentin,.. after culture report has been received... then BEFORE you discharge the patient, 75 units of Insulin, long acting from night 2/3rd is enough,... Wow... very nicely progressive Live cases. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I am not a medical student or doctor..even then I could understand to some extent and know the case study purely on the basis of own interest....thanks
I feel that iam on casuality and iam facing the same patient thank you very much. Next time onwards i want call my physician from op i will manage this case alone as a cmo
First things first, please talk to the patient and tell them everything you are doing before you do it or as you do it, they may not look like they can understand you, but there is a good chance they do.
Excellent presentation… correct me if I’m wrong, I think the patient should be positioned in a lateral position first to prevent aspiration from the seizure activity prior to administer the seizure medications
When I was a house staff , the consultant physician was about to break my every bones for advicing amoxyclav for uti 😂😂😂😂 I don't know about you ,obviously you are sending for culture ,,but the video is very informative 😊it reminds me of long cases and final year .... I request you to make a video for systemic examination on cns and others also ,,final year students always search for it and also would be a good revision for me
Please give that patient an oscar😂
