"Arrests caught on bodycam." The first video featured no bodycam footage or arrest. The second featured helicopter footage leading up to the arrest but not the actual arrest. This channel makes so many errors it's ridiculous.

@@RMIStore maybe when they have a carriage or buggy attached to them, they could be considered as such, but the animal itself shouldn’t be considered a vehicle. However, horses are certainly considered a mode of transport since people do ride on their backs, but I still wouldn’t consider them some sort of vehicle, unless a carriage or buggy is attached to them. So because this one had a buggy attached, maybe that's what they might've been referring to when calling the horse a "vehicle". I hope so anyway.
