Why would a POS prosecutor reduce child kidnapping charges to a misdemeanor?! The prosecutor makes me angrier than the criminal.
Don't look up the case of Maria Childres, who pleaded guilty to diddling a baby and was let off with 6-mo probation and clearance of records if they don't violate it... Absolutely disgusting from the judges too.

Probably because they didn't have enough evidence to guarantee that charge, so they wanted atleast something to stick instead of him just walking completely free.
All they had was him pulling a kid by his arm, that's assault.. If he would have drug him to his car, kidnapping would have stuck.
Maybe it came to light that he had Alzheimers and thought the child was his son? Lots of factors come into play.

Child endangerment does not carry the same stigma as SA of a minor, but it will remain on his record for the rest of his life (along with his other charges) and that could affect his employment. and other aspects of his life.

When I was 6 months pregnant, a man followed me around Walmart and I saw he was taking pics of me. I ran to security, they cornered him and called the cops. Turns out.. he was taking pics of my FEET!!! What a freaking weirdo!!

Just about every Walmart I've been in had trailer Park and ghetto shoppers. The one day a lady was shopping, (full cart) in her robe, slippers and long fake nails with the big fake lashes. She put more effort into applying the ugly lashes but I'm guessing didn't have enough time to actually get dressed. She looked ridiculous

I have a law enforcement friend… she said if you’re gonna steal DON’T do it from Walmart/ Target. Their cameras are spectacular.
back in the 2010s i remember reading a story about how targets forensics lab was so advanced that law enforcement used to reach out to them for help processing evidence

After watching a surveillance tape when an officer shot a whole family by mistake inside a Walmart I beg to differ. That was the worst quality tape I've ever seen. Strange huh?

Is the largest retailer in the world. They also sell millions of items that everyone needs at a reduced price. You'd be hard-pressed to find a single person who doesn't shop there. Not saying that there aren't people who don't, but the vast majority do.

@@atomic_wait I remember it well. It was Oct 26th 2023. My mum was in the garden. I opened the window & called to her. I had to tell her the news. A lady in Walmart had thrown a box of crayons at another lady, accidentally hitting her child. Even then, we knew that these events were going have a profound effect in multiple countries around the world.

Two of those walmarts seem to absorb the crazies, one gets a few, mine gets virtually none except drunken Jimbob and Billy Joe in Realtree camo staggering around the store like idiots. 11:08 local WMT here in Canada had same issue w/woman addict walking thru store yelling she had a gun. Big security guy trailing. It’s Canada so they guessed no gun and maybe knew her. Police called but security under control. I think she was charged but taken for treatment. A friend’s cousin (LEO in training) was there and just kept shopping but stayed close. They’ve worked a lot with at risk youth and w/addiction centers. Also friend/local hosp doc never goes but went after night shift for quick stop and car jacked at knife point @8:00am! WTH? Similar situations at WMT in diff countries. Not good.

A young teen boy grabbed my butt in Walmart and I didn't even know how to respond, I was just shocked by the audacity.
