If the suspect doesn't leave the last point of sale, there's no case. Concealment alone is no longer grounds for a shoplifting charge

This is so swag. I’m glad that the cops are doing their job. I wish they would do this more often in my Walmart! Shoplifting has gotten worse at local stores. Being pregnant is no excuse
