आप 10-15 मिनट पैरों को ऊपर की तरफ दीवार पर रखें और जमीन पर लेट जाएं इससे स्वेलिंग कम होगी। और सोते हुए पैरों के नीचे भी 1 घंटे के लिए तकिया लगाकर पैरों को ऊंचा कर लें, (पैर आपके पेट और सिर से ऊंचे होने चाहिए) इससे भी स्वेलिंग कम हो जाएगी।🙏
