Needed this, brother. Appreciate it 💪💪💪
Fantastic video and a great way for your subscribers to get to know you better. Good on you, Grant, and I look forward to watching your upcoming videos.
Great point Grant!
You kept in good shape mate. Respect.
I almost skipped your video. because it's not what I expected on your channel. I really appreciate you making this video and it is very helpful for so many who thinks work is everything (including me ofcourse for many yrs.)
Do you have balance currently?
I'm in a similar place and am excited to see your new content. Thanks for this video, Grant!
Great! I wasn’t sure how the video would be received as my content has been very factual and to the point. Thank you for your comment
Thank you for sharing that. Me too, I am planning to spend much less time in front of the monitor. This year is about automations and simplicity in business
Agreed! What type of work are you doing ?
Instant sub. I just changed careers which means I work from home all day every day (or coworking places like hotels) and I sit more than I used to. I workout 6 days a week (gym + running) but I'd love to see how other people balance work and being active and your physique is fire haha.
I dont use wordpress, but I build brands on Shopify and am learning how to code so the rest might be interesting to see as well.
Thank you for the sub! 6 days a week, that's great. What's your daily routine look like most days with doing that and work?
wake up at 5am on weekdays, go to the gym at 6am, after i work all day till about 8pm. I try to fit in a walk during the day as I do a phone call to see day light (I live in London so its still dark early in the morning and at night), but that doesnt happen a lot.
Weekends I wake up at 7 or 8 am, do a workout after waking up. I work on saturdays, try not to work on sundays.
Curious to see your routine! @@GrantAmbrose
