    Hey Grant! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video and share your thoughts. We really appreciate it and the feedback is super helpful. 🧡
    Most of our current user base are either freelancers, agencies, or folks who are building many websites for others. We don't want to alienate the "DIYer" crowd, but we are working on features that cater to more advanced users these days.
    We're really excited about the future of Beaver Builder right now and we love the response the latest development update blog post is getting. Stay tuned...

      @beaver team:
      Hey! I'm a DIYer, and I want to use your builder so badly! I tried the Demo and it was awesome! But I hate it that I need the themer to make a nice webshop and header. I can't justify the cost total cost for a DIY website when I compare the features to other builders.

    Love all these changes with Beaver Builder. I read that they just celebrated their 10th year in business. I trust them with my web design agency.

    Pretty cool stuff! I remember reading your blogs in the early days of BB. Hopefully they keep developing these. I have a lot of sites on BB that I was going to switch to generate but I might hold off!

      Hey Paul! Oh cool! Yeah, beyondbeaver.com . I did quite a bit for a while there.
      Yeah I am definitely keen to follow along with their developments.
      How are you finding Gp/Gb compared to BB? What were the reasons you were looking to switch some sites over?

      @paulcasperjr 2 месяца назад

      @@GrantAmbrose mostly for performance improvements and now the ability to build a css framework in the upcoming release. I still find myself building more quickly with bb. But that could just be from years of familiarity.

    Please do some shot and give your review about block add-on such as spectra, greenshift and the others. Would love to see that.

    Hey grant thanks for sharing, are you still using Bricks builder as main page builder or you have other preferences?

    • @GrantAmbrose
      @GrantAmbrose  2 месяца назад

      I am leaning towards it, yeah. But I haven't had to commit 100% just yet. It's the best experience, but because it's not based on core blocks, I am still on the fence not 100% all in just yet. It's so easy to use though. I will probably end up at Bricks. Your channel looks like you're Bricks for everything?

    • @Wpespresso
      @Wpespresso 2 месяца назад

      @@GrantAmbrose hello Grant, thanks a lot for replying and sharing your thoughts. There is a reason why you are looking to use core blocks? For full compatibility or other reasons?
      Yes I basically do tutorials on Bricks as I use it to build my clients websites, I also use Elementor but overall I prefer Bricks + ACSS. Basically I needed a way to built site faster and looks like this combination works well. I'm still keeping an eye on Gutenberg to see if it improves, but looks that is improving slowly.
      Keep it up with the content you make are really good!

      mainly just because it's WordPress native. I'm going to use Bricks though, I it's too good and too far head of the block builder options

    Hi :) One question: Is it worth it to start a business with Wordpress with over 3 years commercial work as a Front end Dev (React) ? What I also mean is how long will it take to learn it in way that I can sell to clients? Thanks !

    • @GrantAmbrose

      It won’t take you long to learn. It depends what your end goal is, though. Do you want to build websites or web apps?

    I always wonder what Row is doing? It doesn't have any purpose when flex models exist. Still very far from real world usage. At least for some Bricks users. Thanks for video update

    • @GrantAmbrose
      @GrantAmbrose  2 месяца назад +1

      Yeah I wonder at what point they were used because it was "easier" for people to understand the concept of to build websites (usability) vs FlexBox not being supported enough so we need to use rows/sections/cols (technology). FlexBox was released in 2009 as per Google. Seems so long ago, doesn't it
