IDK how this came up in my feed but I'm stoked I watched. You have excellent resilience n belief in yourself. Best of luck to you Jeremy in the big wide world. From Australia.
Don’t give up. Don’t give up. Your future is bright. I pray that everything works. Life is definitely frustrating right now , but your talents will set you free.
Awww I'm so sorry you went thru that situation. I have my own situation so I understand all too well and have considered moving into a van so we can just leave when we want. I'm also hesitant to be public about my life for fear bad things will happen to me. I'm glad you have your van.
Hi i appreciate you opening up and sharing. Thank you for understanding! It took me a few years to open up about it more publicly and I didn’t do so till I was able to leave my environment. I would say after a few weeks of being able to leave the environment I was abused in I feel so much relief.
Hey man, love your videos! I sometimes think about trauma as being a puncture or wound, something physical. That way, you can grasp it more easily and be as if injured - allowing your body to rest and recover. I came down with ME/CFS a few years ago and it’s constant pain, but if you power through it, you get to experience moments that make everything worth it. Take care of yourself and if you’re ever in London, let me know!!
@@rudyhartt i appreciate you sharing your experience with your journey and your insights connected to trauma being a wound. I can see how that can really help understand it. Will reach out if I make it out there one day! Take care as well
Im very grateful that you’ve decided to share your story!! Please please pleasee make more content, This is so motivational and inspiring to see. Especially seeing you follow your dream and never giving up on something your passionate about. The universe will come full circle for you, Your aligning yourself with your purpose so the abundance, tranquility and contentment has no choice but to follow you. Your a beautiful soul and Im very proud of you for persevering through all the traumas and hardships in your life, Im sending you an infinite amount of love and light! You got this, keep going 🦋🌍🌟🩷
Hey bro, if you've tried therapy you may have already tried EMDR. But, even if you have, I'm gonna share this anyway. EMDR changed my life. I think it got me 80 to 90 percent of the results I want. How do I justify quantifying that? I would say before EMDR I spend 90 percent of my time in life very unhappy and at times in complete despair. Now I would say I spend 90 percent of my time feeling okay and even 50 percent of the time I feel very good. I was at a point where I was thrilled happy for like an entire year with no breaks. But that was before my dad passed and I had to come back to Utah to caregiver for them and still doing so for my Mom. But I'm still handling it very well. So right now, like you mention in the video, my environment is definitely contrary to living how I want to be. But I know I can continue to increase my happiness and that if I keep my thoughts always constructive, I'll continue to go up the way I did before. But EMDR, it really helped a ton. And, if you tried 1, 2 EMDR therapists, keep going. You'll find the one who has it down. One big thing i would say to look for, if the EMDR therapist has you looking at the lights or using the tappers within 15 minutes into the appointment, that's good. Keeping me on task was the best thing she did. She would get straight to the processing. She wouldn't allow me to distract. Because we will do that, it's a defense mechanism we will just try and talk and talk. But if the therapist steers you into the trauma and processing quickly, and doesn't let up until the tears and screaming and whey ever else is in there comes out, you'll see results bro. Real EMDR has you screaming and crying so it isn't easy. But the first few times you do it, the relief you get will motivate you to want to go in there and confront the deepest trauma. Also, have them focus on your childhood. Because it might seem like the trauma is here in the recent events and yes it's partly there but bro it's usually a whole lot deeper from childhood. At its core. The events we find traumatic in adulthood often link to trauma from childhood. It's why experiencing similar emotions again are so traumatic. I hope you get into something that works for you. I think you're awesome I'll sub right now for sure
Jeremy, thank you for opening up and sharing your story with everyone. My name is Jeremy too :). I hope you do and become everything you dream of. I wish you good luck in all of your endeavors. Hello from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southern Virginia.
By the grace of God we are alive, I know how you feel sometimes I feel embarrassed or scared to go to certain stores in areas because I have a pretty bad past. but I need to leave my Hometown too. I pray to the Lord To make a way and for me to be ready and go. Do u know how to work on cars? Mechanics? I want to car life but feel like being alil mechanicly literate might be useful. Get a pit bull to protect u. Yeah, keep doing your RUclips and your fashion. Do fashion shows with models and stuff? You could become famous.. u need a manager idk vouge make vouge for skaters
sorry in advance for the bluntness, but everyone has trauma, some more than others. my coworker has ptsd and battles addiction and used to live on the street after serving time, but that doesn't stop her from showing up at work and making money to better her life. she's one of the hardest workers I know. we understand her triggers and i promise the right workplace is understanding of your well-being and safety. (also restraining orders are a thing!) i'll be so fucking real, you can't miraculously "heal" before you get a job. welcome to the corporate world. sometimes you gotta hit rock bottom to realize that, and sometimes you need people like me to tell you to stop victimizing yourself and to stop using your following for pity. if you have goals, go out and try your best with your own earnings, but don't make it someone else's problem for your lack of resources.. stay safe out there, the world is not so nice sometimes. I say all this with no disrespect, but hopefully this will inspire you to look inward.
Hi I’m not sure if you watched the video but no where do I ask for help like you are assuming. I’m simply sharing my story and how a series of unfortunate events have placed me in this position. No different from someone writing a book about their life. Just because someone is vulnerable doesn’t mean they are looking for pity. And if someone is houseless or unhoused it doesn’t mean they aren’t working or doing their best to make ends meet. Everyone processes trauma differently. you can’t compare it to someone you work with if you haven’t gone through similar things yourself. thanks for supporting regardless!
@@Jeremyxsalazar reflecting on what i commented earlier, I apologize for my bluntness, and I wish you well to get back on your feet again soon. never stop creating!
No two people are the same. Stop telling us about what Sarah did and we are not Sarah. You don’t know what happens with your coworker in her mind or at home. Everyone doesn’t heal at the same pace or in the same time frame. He’s a kid. You’re sounding like a bully. Do better as a grow old man
You should be one of those fashion people who dress people. I lost my style. I would want you to dress me. Or co lab l bead weave and stich kint and stuff. I know what you mean about the enviri meant. you have to like pray and plan your way out and just have the courage to jump. And probably a lot older than you.
