I work as a business analyst in IT at a major hospital and I wanted to transfer into consulting big 4, this gives me hope and energy as my day is almost the exact same, down to loving the Lavazza espresso machine XD Makes me able to see myself in that environment.

Depends on the client! Most of the time there is an intro call to present myself, and most clients are nice (with exceptions like usual)
