@primal career do you have a email address to write to about something in careers PWC
@@jp9249 hello@primalcareer.com
That your email address
Yes, your company is the worst shit hole in the corporation's world. I worked for you in 2018 and was bullied and discriminated for my religious beliefs. Shame on PWC AND PORTICO who hires racist/bully managers. No disciplinary action taken and no compensation for the harassment inflicted. 🤮
Please somebody tell me that which in country u guyz are
It's relatable for me, I am in PwC India. Only difference would be we dont get to leave at 4. 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
can you pls guide on how did you manage to get into pwc

@@jotttis8680 i have managed to get into pwc now what next?

The dislikes are from the ex pwc employees
Yes, Have u worked in PWC ?
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
3 years later there’s about 400 more ex employees.
2:12 - My reaction: will you really park like that dude? hahaha
I hope he moved it after recording
I worked in Consulting in Africa. This must've been a rare light work-day. I can't believe you had this much time to film. I never left before dark.
This is true
I think it's because he is in Hr because in Pakistan it's way more worse for chartered accountants like some time mid of the night
all 3 of u look exactly the same lmao
Hahahaha we're 3 Algerians, maybe that's why
@@independentconsultant I literally guessed are you guys Algerians. Ramadan Mubarak 😇.
Love from London, would love to contact via LinkedIn if given the chance. I want to pursue a career in Management Consulting.
But would like to ask questions etc.
@@pandanamin7104 send me an invite!
Well 2 of them are also named similar 😛
Its called racial familiarity , they dont look similar to me apart from their hair colours maybe.
Please do more videos like this, especially videos with travel as a consultant.
😃
🙌
i like how everyone wants to start with "to be honest" lol
Great video my man! I work for a big 4 in Toronto. Just shared a video on how to land an internship ✨
I still have no idea what you do as a consultant beside hanging out with friends, getting coffees, lunch and HH after work.
You can checkout my latest video, I go deeper into what I actually do during my day :)
"honestly",you guys are awesome. 😂😂
Start working at 8.40 and done at 4 p.m. Is it always like that? I thought it would be more.
yea lol consultants here are known to work 10-12hour days
Just started dual study programme and I do 9-18. Max 50 hrs./week
Trust me, it really isn't half the fun it looks like !!
My friend works for McKinsey and he tells it's torture.
@@getonwithit.2847 trust me again...I work for Deloitte 😂😂
@@priydarshanpathak523 I don't doubt it. I hear it's worse if you work at EY financial advisory group. Clients straight up own you.
@@getonwithit.2847 dint mean to say u don't trust me...just reiterated the fact. Yeah, some service areas are pretty bad. But that said, Consulting gives u some great experiences, learnings & not to mention the travel, cuisines & the money. To trick is to get out at the right time..
@@priydarshanpathak523 dude you part of the 5000 that got slashed?
you parked your car so far from the curb, you might get a ticket one day lol
Thanks man, this is the first consultant video that I've found that actually explains what you do at work! Much Appreciated.
Thanks @Taqiy! Appreciate it
🤓✅As a person who managed to get an offer from a top-tier consulting firm, I can say that preparation and recruitment in consulting case interviews is a long and special process compared to any other recruitments and it needs to be handled according to its unique style.
Thank you for uploading! This video makes me curious about your job, because it seems that all of u enjoy your daily work from bottom your heart!! I wanna join your company in the near future (from Japan)
I’m here watching this awesome vid when I should be studying for the CPA 😖
This is actually a motivational video for the people who actually want to become a consultant. The video was awesome and super helpful to start working towards my resume to become a consultant.
Huge Thanks!!!
I didn't think it could get worse than open offices but they managed it somehow with hot desking!
I interned at PwC and will be working there full time. It was nice seeing how similar the culture is even in a different office! I saw that you’re Algerian I am as well!!
That's what I like about PwC! The office culture is pretty similar everywhere, you can find a consistency in their brand! Im sure you'll love it even more! Marhba bik Sarra :)
This Video is great! More like this would be nice. But I thought that consultants work longer
Thanks @Abud! It really depends on the projects, clients, phase of projet etc! I wouldn't been able to film this video if I was in a critical phase of a project ;)
Thanks for the vedio. I recently got the offer from pwc. I would like to ask about the office timings, weekdays, holidays etc.. I am focusing on work life balance
So I completed an internship in tax (and received an offer) , even though I really have no interest in tax I just wanted to get my foot in the door and it was a great experience but I think consulting is something I’m more interested in, any tips for making that jump ?
Thanks for showing the video, because it's unlikely that I'll ever get to visit PWC or any of the big 4 in or outside my country.

Don't think you should be recording videos on the office floor ...
Its policy in many companies
Came for the work tasks, stayed for the coffee breaks 😅
It looks like a campaign of recruitment for PwC. I haven't laern much about the job of consultant :(
Seems like a picnic compared to my consulting days at Price Waterhouse US (before the merger with Coopers). Aren't you guys held accountable for billable hours?
We are, I purposefully chose that day to film because it was "more relax" + we had an event to celebrate
Its good to see how things operate on the other side of the pond. I work in the Botswana, Africa office and the only things that has me green with envy is the coffee machine! lol!
hahaha it's nice to know Senetla! I have to tell you: the PwC coffee is my favorite treat at the office ;)
I currently work at PwC Middle East and it’s nice to see we have the same content globally
do you live in middle east or international student? Im from uk and wanna work in oman or dubai
That’s crazy! I’m going into big four as well
Used to work for pwc before. Good to see this video, made me slightly nostalgic.
what do you do now bro
I mean this ain't all too bad for a young mid 20-something, as long as its payin the car and house and lifestyle, but doing it after 30... forget it
Hey nice I start on 2020/10/01 in a PwC branch in germany, Duisburg.
Thanks man! I hope you like it and congrats on the new job!!
Vlad B. Congratulations on your job, I equally live Germany and I am interested in applying for an apprenticeship position with PWc, so my question is what does it take to earn a place at the firm?
6:08 didn't know Jeff Bezoz works at PwC
Hi, this is Chhavi from Human Capital team at PwC India. This was a great video 😊
Thanks! :)
Thanks Mahdi for the video
this video only shows the good stuff lol
It's called a hoteling space not an open floor plan.
Hey folks nice video, I am from India. I am about to have an interview from pricewaterhouse coopers
How did it go mate?
Thanks for sharing this! Appreciated!
I am also a PwC employee and a big mistake u have done as an employee is that u did not lock your laptop before going ahead for ur lunch...violation of simple IT rules bro
If you arrived at 8.40 at PwC Switzerland you'd never get promoted 😆
Are you working there?
Why what are the work timings..?
Great Informative Video!!!
Here at PwC India feeling like I'm working for a Lala firm
Yes recently i had given interview in PWC India. Just scrolled through reviews on Glassdoor. There are many negative reviews.
I worked in PwC UK and the culture/vibe is exactly the same!! :)
Hi! I’m a Year 13 student from the UK, hoping to start university this September. Is there any way I could contact you to get to know more about what you do? Thank you :)

Excellent video! Very interesting. What was your degree albeit degrees that got you into PwC? And what’s your speciality?
I studied Management Information Systems, but my degree was a Bachelor of Commerce!
I've been looking for this exact content for a while now. Please keep it coming!
Thanks Azhar! What do you want to see more of?
@@independentconsultant Can you tell us about your experience when you first started and how you adapted to the lifestyle and how you felt about the the grad program. Thanks!
Nice vid. I work for PwC as a software developer contractor. Great place to work.
Hi, Mahdi Great job, and thanks for sharing. I got a new view of what a consultant's day looks like.
As a PWC former auditor in Taiwan, I found the decoration of offices look-alike globally. lol
I can't believe you leave work at 4! In Turkey, we are going home in the middle of the night lol!!!
I saw that you ate lunch in this video. At EY they pay for half the cost of our lunch, are you mad bro?
nothing to say, because job market is fucked up and nobody wants to talk about those stuffs, everybody just talk about happy times
Wowoow..... Suprb... I like it.... It's my dream Company... Definitely I got motivated by watching Diz vedio..... Thanks for overall view....!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
wow you spent so much time on commuting !!!!!
With a name like “Mahdi”.....where’s the Dajjal? 🤣
And you never logged off when you wen for lunch on M floor 🤦♂️
I really want to work in downtown professional environment like this but my physical appearance is very off putting to people. People are not that attentive to me off just because of how I look.
Why do you say that Wolfie?
I miss being in the office😢. Your office is beautiful. Im at PwC Tampa

start working at 9:30 am and end it at 4pm?! less than 8 hours? wtf hahaha
I am currently doing risk management from India and pwc is a recruiter from our campus.
Is there any way to cone to pwc Canada after i have few years work ex in pwc India
Hey @Akshay! PwC has a program for country and office transfers! You can always ask for a transfer after you've worked with them a little bit, many people have done it so I believe you can too!
I love this video so much. In 2 years time this will be me. Lol this covid vaccine better come through soon. #newsubbie
Amazing job Mahdi! True artist is never afraid of anything including glories of the past - Paul Horgan👌🏻
Thank you Leila 😊 I appreciate your kind words! Keep on shining ✨☀️
Hey mahdi..what salary range can we expect in big 4 after fresh graduation?
Hi I'm happy to see this vlog.
I loved it very much
Ru from USA?
Hey! Thanks :) nope, from Canada!
no personal desk? sounds toxic to me
*what kind of consultant are u?*
It's not as glorious or as exciting as shown in the video, young people who are currently planning their career, don't be swayed by such videos, do your own due diligence before making any life decisions. I have worked in big-4 consulting and have friends working in MBB, it's not as glamorous as people think it is.
Could you provide a list of the songs used in this video?
I work as a business analyst in IT at a major hospital and I wanted to transfer into consulting big 4, this gives me hope and energy as my day is almost the exact same, down to loving the Lavazza espresso machine XD Makes me able to see myself in that environment.
i have always wondered , consultants make good money so why do all of them have average priced cars?
I was an entry level consultant 😂
Yes sir, my name is Deepak padhy from India. Today I gave a pwc test and it's not going well. So please guide me what I have to do now.
Don't know how it's so chill .....
Here in India it's like 15 hours everyday ..
People don't even wear suits anymore!
I Work in Audit with. Deloitte..great video..
How is the salary compared to USA?
So silly in italy we start working at 9am but the lunch breaks are always from 1pm to 2 pm 😅
Is it only in PwC that you eat that early?
No masks or social distancing! Good old days, mate!
Hi I have got placed in pwc india but CTC is less and hcl is providing me more CTC I'm experienced professional with 3 .9 years of experience in big data.kindly guide me if it will be worth giving up on CTC and joining pwc
now I want to go there just to try that coffee lol 😂 I can’t stop watching all of your videos and admiring your hard work, Mahdi! While I was watching this one I was wondering if a lot of your subscribers ask you for a job referral?
Why did y’all drive to the train? And not all the way to work?
Not a lot of parking dtown!
It's not really that fun to work for PwC
You get paid way below makert for almost all positions except for partners, work hours are very long with a lot of overtime (depending on what team you are in they expect you not to get paid for those hours). But on the plus side you get some experience that is valuable for your professional life.
Hi, please share the names of the sound tracks :-)
Thank you so much Mahdi for this video. I really appreciate your effort. It's very interesting. Thank you again.
Cool video! Thanks for sharing. Congrats you gained a new sub!
Is there any one audit firm which provides item Wise cost of goods sold / outward value and closing stock value calculates with the same cost price for at least one of their clients in inventory related business
Love all the soundtracks
They always say "Peh-Veh-Ceh" but shouldn't it be Peh Double U Ceh ? :D
Indeed 😂😂
That's the problem with Indian Companies when you start to leave for home at 4 boss will say one more report in pending and you will sit till 10.
This does not look fun. But I am aiming for this anyways.
That's a good work-life video... an interesting sneak preview into pwc office (of course in Montreal!)..
Why do you speak English in Quebec? Aren't you ashamed ?
Update: he's no longer with pwc lol
Vincent Revote did he get sacked or quit?
@@the-chipette nope, just went to greener pastures i guess
Which language the people that work in Pwc in Montreal speaks, French or English?

@@independentconsultant Do you think that is possible to work in pwc in Canada like a immigrants? Or this is very difficult? Thanks for answer me!
What's the work life balance like? Are you required to work weekends?

BUT...
PWC involvement in the DeSantos scandal is more than disappointing...
The world is changing..
There MUST be criminal charges and convictions against PWC..
People are sick and tired of this shit
Watching this video from japan
Very rich environment and enjoy at work
Carpooling in a Honda Civic....... never thought I'd see a consultant do either of those things, lol!! Consultant or not, I'd tell my coworkers to drive themselves to work. Ain't got time for that!!
the parking in downtown tho
