Definitely tearing 😢! I am 40 years old 255 lbs 5’7 ! I proposed to my live in girlfriend of 2 years. On 4th of July 🇺🇸 she told me no and is moving out end of the month. I am crushed and heartbroken 😭! Lost my software sales job today! Also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes! Brix Fitness you’re helping men more than you know. I am going to change my purpose in life. Get Well; Get Money 💰

      @aggressivelyamicable5987 4 года назад +10

In terms of diabetes, there are some promising studies available from the Harvard medical school blog (they should also be on google scholar) regarding intermittent fasting and low carb diets to reduce or even reverse the symptoms. It's also important to remember that type 2 diabetes mellitus does disproportionately affect people of African origins so you can look into dietary changes that will suit you going forward. Obviously losing the excess weight is the most effective route but until you make some progress the diet changes may help.

I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietaruze, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

I’m glad I have this focus and motivation to change my life. Not all of us are at this stage of being sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel lucky!

Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from dietarize, and meal plan also. I lost 9lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so everyone can benefit.

I am 27 and have suffered from obesity more than half my life. I weight around 120kg today which is 266lbs and as a result i have always been treated differently. the so called ''friends'' always joke about my weight and society refuses to give me a job. The first thing women look at when they pass by me in the streets is to look at my belly, and it just makes me hate myself and i've also never had a girlfriend as a result from my obesity. I am not here to say ''poor me, please feel pity for me'' I am here because i have decided to make a change. I also took photos of my body and have found a plan on how to loose all this weight and get my real life back that i was meant tot live. I just needed to be motivated and continue on my plan without giving up, and this video has done that. Lets do this goddammit.

Dude! This video has got me hard in my feels. I’m currently 320lbs. I had gastric sleeve in 2017. I started at 485lbs. My lowest 243. I’ve been gaining it back. I’ve been looking for inspiration and seeing someone else do this is amazing. I actually found this in a search of “workouts for a fat guy” because there are things I can’t currently do and all these fat burning workouts are smaller and more fit ppl doing and training. I’m happy they are fit, but at the same time it’s disheartening because I can’t keep up. I watched a 4 exercise video of yours and decided to check out the channel more in depth. Thank you so much for the inspiration to push at this. I will do this too!

Assalamu'alaykum Ahmad, you could train all the way you want, trying every routines in the World, eat clean 24/7 and train 200 years.. you will NEVER be as muscular. Hints show he is or was on roids,, as 3D shoulders for example. Most common people training hard in gym for years, having a good diet and who began from much more less further than him arent even close to his level

+Ahmad Chaker Jomaa Just keep putting in the work, have patience, and you'll make progress. It's not easy, but it's still easier than not doing it and then being unhappy. Each workout you endure and get to the end of having worked hard will give you an amazing feeling. It might be slow sometimes and take time, but you'll gradually get there, and each month that passes you'll be a bit better, and in a year from now, you'll be WAY better ( and in two years from now, off the charts.... ). Gradual and steady progress is the way to do it, but still pushing as hard as you can each workout.... I'm also getting in shape at the moment, so I'm living through the advice I just gave you : ¬ )

Anyone who likes this story should check out David Goggins. Joe Rogan interviewed him and he really went through a similar incredible journey. He was obese like this and didn't know how to swim and wanted to join the Navy SEALs. He lost all the weight and learned how to swim and passed BUDs on his 3rd try. He now is an ultramarathon runner and at one point held the world record for most pull ups in 24 hours. There is much more to his story my brief synopsis which does not do his very long journey justice. He had many ups and downs starting in his childhood to get to the point where he is at today he did not get there in a linear progression. Seriously do yourself a favor and listen to him tell his story on Joe Rogan's podcast episode #1080.

Why are people disliking the video. This is a huge accomplishment.
He sacrificed and pushed his self.the people who gave this video a thumbs down you probably never knew what the definition of sacrifice, sweat, and blood, and hard work and dedication. He changed his life for his children.
He is a true inspiration. And for that I started my journey and i weighed @ 277 when i first started now i weigh 234.
Please people don't hate on someone else if u dont know their story, if u dont know why they did what they did. And definitely dont start criticizing if u never tried what he did.

I don't eat candy. mcdonalds and stuff is basically gone unless I have to. mostly salads and protein shakes and bars. I work out 5 days a week. no where near where I want to be, but I'll get there.

@@Fbitypeshit its obvious that at some point he took steroids - if he was just genetically gifted to look that good just by training and eating he would have never gotten this fat in the first place.
And obviously he would deny it because he's not just telling the story but as you can see he's channel is "something something fitness" which means he wants to make money. The whole "fitness" industry revolves around fake nattys selling their fairytales "I just trained hard and right way to look like that - wanna look like me, buy my shit".

Hey man! I used to be 100 kgs, at 5'7. And i was stuck in this cycle, where i would start a diet, every other month and give up on it in a few weeks, because i couldn't keep up with it.
It's important to have a diet you can stick to. If for example, you cannot give up ice cream, make room in your diet for a scoop. If you like pizza, make room for a slice occasionally.
The main point isn't to stop, the main thing is to control portion size. It is okay to indulge, once in a while. It's okay.
      I lost 40 kgs and I'm down to 62 now. :)
I hope the same to you too brother. Keep it up. 😁

@@namanchauhan2826 you need to keep experimenting, with different kinds of food options. And more importantly, learn to track everything you eat. MyFitnessPal is an amazing calorie tracking app. Use that. Track everything you eat and stay within your calorie limit. But as i said, it's okay to overshoot it once in a while, otherwise it will become monotonous and stressful. The one thing i have noticed however, is to skip biscuits and cookies and bread. They have an exceptionally high amount of calories. And they provide little to no benefit. Other than that, try lean sources of protein, like chicken breast, or tuna. Or if you're a vegetarian, soya chunks, lentils, chana. These are amazing sources of protein. But switch it around. Experiment with new stuff. As long as you stick to the calorie goal, you're fine. I stuck to 1600-1800 calories and hit the gym 4-5 times a week. Worked like a charm. But everyone is different, and what worked for me might not work for you. The important thing is to start. Once you start, you'll start learning new things about your body, and what food you can enjoy and what you cannot.

What an absolutely amazing and inspirational story. Thank you for sharing your truth. This story and this story alone has just convinced me to transform as well. I am 55 and out of shape and about 15-20 lbs overweight. My back hurts, I get out of breath easy, and have almost zero stamina. As of this moment, that is about to change. Again, thank you!
