Started out 430, doing carnivore for a couple months down to 360. But this is over years of failing and succeeding and failing again. The consistency of not giving up or being hard on myself has me able to focus on this diet now more than ever because things aligned for me. I have a long way to go but I'm focused on the long road. This feeling 8s comparable to when I would fast for a few days. My mind is clear, inflammation is gone, no bloating, no arthritis flare ups, my posture has even gotten better. I found what works for me doing a few years of research first, once I got that down I proceeded to dieting. Next will be fitness so when I hit the gym I know how to work out my full body. It's always good seeing others do what we consider impossible. I hope I motivate those around me because I just want everyone to feel better and live their best life possible. Find a diet that's clean but you can still enjoy what you like. I have always been a protein over everything else guy so carnivore fits me well, find what fits you.

This is very inspirational for me personally as I'm currently working my way out of rock bottom. I'm not quite as big as you are frame wise but my body fat% is probably simialr to you at your worst for my build.
I'm 5'10 so I should probably be around 140-150lbs with not much fat (not counting muscle) but I ballooned up to 215lbs at my worst 💀
I'm sure you'll be able to relate to this: one day I was depressingly looking in the mirror and suddenly noticed something strange, red marks on my stomach I'd never seem before and rhen reaalized I had visible strech marks on my stomach.
That finally broke me and made me realize I needed to chnage. I didn't know how to start so I just started walking regualry and eating once a day along with fasting. As of today I've dropped over 35lbs since Dec 10th.
I'm not only less depressed but feel better mood wise and physically too. Can only say I wish I knew how easy this can really be if you don't overcomplciate things and can stay disinclined enough for repetition. Thanks for what you're doing man God bless!

I wish I documented my weight loss journey. I in all honesty didn’t think I’d get there but gone from almost 23stone to 11 stone 6 pounds. I’m going to Google to see how much that is in pounds. Calorie checking and protein is the way forward with this and setting small goals at a time. This time 2 stone, next time one stone, next time 2 and so on. Took a couple of years because if I wanted chocolate or a desert I would have one.

Ever since that happened its hard for me to find the motivation. I keep trying to remind myself that I've done it before but idk what it is I can't find a rhythm.

On learning how to cook... Spice mixes are SO helpful. They can be a bit salty, but once you find ones that you enjoy, they are a game changer. Just some plain ol' taco seasoning on a chicken breast, pre-made pico, and a sliced avocado is great. Spice mixes mean that the the same ingredients used daily can taste completely different.

I did 75Hard and passed it but afterwards I kinda slid back to my old habit
