My story was quite interesting. In Highschool 7th grade I was 4'9 age 11(Male). My mom is 5'3ft my dad is 5'10. I was very insecure about my height as children my age were 5'0 and above I was the shortest kid around I had like no hope in growing taller my diet was terrible like I'd eat tons of junk food I only had about 6hours sleep back then. Grade 8th I was still the shortest kid around as I hit 5'0 the second year and my peers grew much more. After COVID hit i sprung up to 5'6 in one year that's when I turned 15. I was so insecure I'd measure my height every year now I'm able to tell my journey accurately. At age 16 is when things changed. I hit 5'8 and from that point in my life I picked up on my bad habits and terrible sleep and I ate much better and I would sleep in so much I've never done no type of exercise either I never participated in any sports activities so I'm amazed as to how much I grew with just eating and sleep, most likely because of my genetics. At age 17 it was a bit gradual I went from 5'8-5'11. I'm now 19 and standing at 6'2. My family had only one relative I knew of that was over 6'0, he was my grandfather, everyone else were 5'10 and below and I'm now taller than everyone. My father said the same thing happened to him as he aged he grew as fast as me in his late teens but I have no idea how I ended up this tall but I love it and now I get to mock everyone that called me 'short' I can't get over how much my life has changed. I am 5'2 and going to turn 19 in 4 months . My mother is 5'6 and father 5'3 . Yes, my mother is taller and that's why I have always admired and wanted to be even taller than her . Well, though I do believe and hope to grow some more inches by 21 . I am not quite sure if that would be possible. Still!!! I will follow your tips and hope for the best !!👍
Too late for me sadly. I’m 29 but I feel kinda lucky to have reached 174 cm considering the fact that I’ve never eaten well (rarely vegetables or fruits or a balanced diet) , always barely drunk water or liquids in general during the day, never taken supplements and never done lengthening exercises or swimming or whatever would have helped. I wish I could at least gain 3-4 cm correcting my posture but it’s impossible I guess
It’s not impossible to make yourself look taller. Working on posture and stretching is good! The example I did in the video with the scrunchie is what happens. All to a certain extent of course.
@IslamsBiggestOPP yeah but honestly it's extremely rare, and even if i was One of them (people Who are still growing) i should be able to see It on me. but i Haven't been seeing a height increment since years, so it's not my case. I can only start hydrating and correcting My posture like i never did, and maybe i Will gain 1/1.5 inches. The rest Is Just a false Hope
I am 15.5 and last time I measured (December 26th, 2022) I was 5'7" at exact, and ever since then I started sleeping 7-9 hours, eating balanced overall, taking a supplement called TruHeight (all natural), exercising everyday or a few times a week (Calisthenics, Stretching, Acrobatics+Breakdancing, Sprints 2-4 times a week, Kickboxing+MMA, Weight Lifting, and Cardio), and lower stress levels. I am a guy who has a very athletic body with pretty vascular arms, muscular calves, and I have an 6-8 pack or abs. My health is great. However, I generally don’t grow that much tbh which is what I’d like to have. My only growth spurt wasn’t that big it was average in 7th Grade to 8th Grade I grew to 5'2" to 5'5" in a year (2.5-3 inches). My prediction/desire for next year is to grow to 5'10"-5'11" by January 2024 considering that I am taking TruHeight+having a great lifestyle, growing takes time! My desired adult height is 5'11"-6'2" (ideally 6'0-1"), nothing more. Also my Mom is 5'1.5" and my Dad is 5'10". My Grandfathers and Uncles are 5'11"-6'1". My Grandmothers and Nanas are 5'2"-5'5".
@@muhammaddanishabbas342 that’s great! Actually since I started from December 25th, 2022 and I checked on January 25th, 2023 I measured and happened to grow 1/4 or 1/3 an inch! I know that isn’t a lot, but it’s only been a month, so more is supposed to happen eventually like in 3-6 month the bottle says generally. How tall are you btw?
@@muhammaddanishabbas342 good luck man! If you still have room to grow, I would recommend taking TruHeight or other natural non-harmful high rating supplements on top of a healthy lifestyle!

It’s a possibility because you’re still growing now. Make sure you follow the tips in the video to reach your full potential. You’re usually close to the height of your family so.
I'm 15, I don't exactly know my height but a doctor said that I've stopped growing maybe at the age of 12 because I've gotten my period very early at around 8-9 years old and i really don't know if it's true and i really don't wanna lose hope because I'm extremely insecure about my height 😭
I'm 15.5 years old and im a dude. I'm 6'2 with a 6'4 dad and a 5'3 mom. I feel like people consider 6 foot to be tall but you realize a lot at this height that there are so many people that are your height or taller especially in tall environments like basketball courts. I want to be like 6'6"-8" but I feel like most people stop growing at my age so idk.
Wow! 6’2 at 15? That’s tall! Most people stop growing around ages 18-21. I think you still have some growing to do. Make sure you follow the tips in the video to reach your full potential.

I play basketball, do cycling, muay thai and a lot of jumping and i drink a lot of cow milk and carrots and mangoes for vitamin calcium and protein get my desired height of 6'2 and i am positive about it since all of my maternal uncles and there dads are around 5'11 to over 6 feet so i can grow too. I’m hoping I’m gonna hit my dads height (idk if this matter but I’m a dude) At 14 and 10 months I’m 5’8 Mom: (claims she’s 5’7) 5’6 Dad: 6’2 My family is usually taller the average, average height of men on my dads side of the family average 5’11-6’1 though I have some relatives that are 6’4 and 6’8, mom sides dis taller then average too, also both sides of my family tend to be shorter then hit crazy growth spurts around the age of 13-15, starting mine rn in about a year and close to a half I went from 4’11 to now I get decent sleep (sleep A-LOT on the weekends and school breaks like 8-10 hours +) and also sleep and diet, also I RARELY drink coffee like once every three months also those sleep and diet tips do work I was always a night owl so that also could been why I was really short and didn’t eat a lot, but then somehow I just had a constant hunger and ate a lot and also changed my sleep schedule around, anyways I’m just hoping to be my dads height
Yes, it matters. Males typically follow the height of other males in their family. Also, if you’re having constant hunger, that is a sign that you’re growing. So, keep up those healthy habits! Who knows? You might end up taller than your dad!
Hi. I am 16 years old (male), 5.10 feet tall. I would like to know if I still have a chance to grow to 6.1 or 6.2 feet, my older brothers are 6.1 and 6 feet tall. It's just that some people said that at 16 years of age the growth will completely stop growing.
Everyone is different. Typically, females are done growing earlier than males. At 16, you should still be growing. Also, since your brothers are that tall it will be likely for you to be too. The AVERAGE people stop growing is between 18-21. So, yes you should still have a good chance. Make sure you’re following the tips in the video to increase it😊 Hope this helps!!
I'm 5'5 at 16. My mom is 5'3 and my Dad is 5'9, you think I could atleast be the same height as my dad? I dont play any sports because I'm home schooled, but I'm insanely active and workout/run all the time everyday.
Since you’re already 16, I think you’ll get around 5’7. Getting to 5’9+ is possible though. I’ve seen people come back from a summer 3 inches taller around that age. Make sure you’re not doing anything to stunt your growth and keep up those healthy habits you’re doing.

Some people are so mean! Our growth plates typically close around ages 18-21, so you’re probably done growing. BUT you CAN still work on stretching and posture to make you appear taller. Keep living a healthy lifestyle. Try some yoga maybe.

I don't think you'll reach over 6'0 (genetics can be unpredictable and I could be wrong and you can prove me wrong). I would estimate you being anywhere from 5'6-5'8 in the near future
You might still have years left to grow! Don’t give up! Make sure to follow the tips in the video to reach your full potential. We usually don’t stop growing until around ages 18-21 so.

Any sport really to get adequate exercise. Sports that are tall dominating MAKE you extend your body more. Therefore, your body will try to adapt to that as best it can.

You’re still growing, so you’ll be 6’2+. Because your dad stopped growing around 17, it’s highly likely you will too BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t still grow after that age.
Yes I'm in the same boat, I recommend the garden of life brand multivitamin and a good overall lifestyle (sleep, diet, less stress, exercise *probably not too much deadlifting*, etc...)
Yes! We tend to stop growing around ages 18-21. Males usually stop growing later than females, so if your growth plates are still open, most definitely! Continue those healthy habits to help you reach your full height!

Look, theoretically it is no longer possible, but perhaps only for men and not in all cases, I would say that in some cases they could still grow until they reach 25. In the case of women, it is likely to be sooner. Enviar
@@trinityaluv Thank you for the advice also .. I am a 23 year old woman and I have been working out and stretching as much possible but do you think it will be possible to gain results even at 23 ?
It is depending on if your growth plates are closed. Our growth plates tend to close around ages 18-21. So, follow the healthy habits in the video to reach your max height. How tall is your family?
If your growth plates are closed, you can’t grow anymore naturally. You can still add on an inch or so if you work on the last tip in my video (stretch/posture) if that’s the case. If you work on stretching and posture because your growth plates are closed, you will appear taller. (Hopefully, that makes sense)
So, it’s a high chance your growth plates are closed because of your age but that does not mean that they truly are. So, it wouldn’t hurt you to still follow the the tips in the video. Also, I just posted a video relating to diet! This video goes more into detail about foods. Go check it out! This link will take you straight to it: ruclips.net/video/WboLhZII46c/видео.html
I didn’t drink coffee, but I know sometimes it might be necessary. Try to limit it or drink coffee with no caffeine. Thank you so much❤️❤️ I like your pfp!!

I probably, more like definitely won’t forget because I obsess over my height way too much, but just in case I’d like the reminder. You’re headed in the right direction! Keep up those healthy habits! I hope you reach your goals 🫶🏾

The doctor said that but i still grew just a little after 12
Don’t lose hope! Nobody knows the exact time we’ll stop growing.
Exactly! The doctor was probably saying that it is unlikely for you to grow anymore. Meaning it’s still possible!
@@trinityaluv I am male. My dad is 5'5 and my mom is 5'2, my maternal sides are all tall, my maternal grandfather is 6'1 and I guess that is the reason I am 5'9 at 18 and surprisingly I am still growing since I am a late bloomer since I started growing only after 16 years of age. I don't listen to negative and nay sayers and I always believe that I can grow to 6'2. So wish me luck😊
I’m hoping I’m gonna hit my dads height (idk if this matter but I’m a dude)
At 14 and 10 months I’m 5’8
Mom: (claims she’s 5’7) 5’6
Dad: 6’2
My family is usually taller the average, average height of men on my dads side of the family average 5’11-6’1 though I have some relatives that are 6’4 and 6’8, mom sides dis taller then average too, also both sides of my family tend to be shorter then hit crazy growth spurts around the age of 13-15, starting mine rn in about a year and close to a half I went from 4’11 to now I get decent sleep (sleep A-LOT on the weekends and school breaks like 8-10 hours +) and also sleep and diet, also I RARELY drink coffee like once every three months also those sleep and diet tips do work I was always a night owl so that also could been why I was really short and didn’t eat a lot, but then somehow I just had a constant hunger and ate a lot and also changed my sleep schedule around, anyways I’m just hoping to be my dads height
Also, I just want to say I know a guy who was about 5’9 at 16 and know he’s over 6ft at 20. So, the possibility’s there.

Since you’re already 16, I think you’ll get around 5’7. Getting to 5’9+ is possible though. I’ve seen people come back from a summer 3 inches taller around that age. Make sure you’re not doing anything to stunt your growth and keep up those healthy habits you’re doing.

bruh no thats wrong you will only be 5'7 at max. girls stop growing at 15, 16 can be a exception but you get the point. it mainly depends on genes dont listen to any goofy poofy videos. i used to think the same and tried these things for 2 years but still didnt get taller. please love your self...
Thank you for your comment. Majority of your height comes from your genes. I was still growing at this age, so it’s possible. Just because it didn’t work for you doesn’t mean it won’t work for others.
@@trinityaluv you are right it does come from your genes and the majority is 90 percent. well thats because you might have tall parens. if you grew untill you were 16 doesnt mean every girl does. mostly(80 percent) girls hit puberty late and end early aswell.

Hi madam my age 19 iam girl my dad 5.2 my mom 5.1 my height 4.5 😭😭 gh injection use growth please reply any side effects
According to the Mayo Clinic, the side effects of growth hormone injection is:
-Carpal tunnel syndrome
-Increased insulin resistance
-Type 2 diabetes
-Swelling in the arms and legs (edema)
-Joint and muscle pain
-For men, enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia)
-Increased risk of certain cancers
Therefore if you are healthy I don’t recommend taking the injection. Talk with your doctor first.

Possibly. Take a look at your family’s height. Also, keep up those healthy habits!

Diet coke still has caffeine in it. Try to find a drink with no caffeine. Caffeine affects your sleep and sleep is a major component of growing.

@@trinityaluv I really wants a starbucks but I am worried it would stunt my growth 😭
Try it out and see how you’re sleeping. If it affects it, I don’t recommend it. Or try decaf. Also, drink it in the morning.
@@trinityaluv Thank you for the advice also ..
I am a 23 year old woman and I have been working out and stretching as much possible but do you think it will be possible to gain results even at 23 ?
Your growth plates are probably closed. So, you might not grow anymore, but if you focus on stretching and posture that will help with appearance.
I am 20 can I really get taller for I am 5,4
It is depending on if your growth plates are closed. Our growth plates tend to close around ages 18-21. So, follow the healthy habits in the video to reach your max height. How tall is your family?
@@trinityaluv Is that mean even if I follow and do what you said in the video I won't grow taller for my growth plate is closed.
Is it fine to drink coffee and still get 8 hours of sleep every night
I didn’t drink coffee, but I know sometimes it might be necessary. Try to limit it or drink coffee with no caffeine. If you’re drinking coffee now and getting a good amount of sleep, you should be fine. Caffeine, which is in coffee, interferes with your sleep. Sleep is one of the most important parts of growing.
@@trinityaluv thank you !
I just posted a video relating to diet! I talk about coffee a bit in there and I go into more detail about what foods to eat. Go check it out! This link will take you straight to it: ruclips.net/video/WboLhZII46c/видео.html
