Looking to get my first drone and the reviews on your products are so good that I want to go with you guys instead of DJI or the Solo. I have a few questions on what video editing software to use and why you guys over the other name brand drones?
I have to say, it was a close call on whether to buy the DJI 3+p or the X-star Premium. I had flown a DJI 3 and liked it a lot, so I figured I would really like the 3+P. I chose the X-Star P instead based on a few factors. I won't lie, price came into play, but was not a deal-killer for me. As a newby, the reports of customer service satisfaction on the Autel product was an important consideration. Time will tell. I also liked the detachable camera. This will not be my last drone purchase so I thought this product was a good entry point. There are some subtle differences with both products, but this is not intended as a technical review. I really don't think you could go wrong with either product. Good flying!
Autel Customercare is the BEST!
Wish they would do more in depth tutorials on the camera and it's settings for beginning droners. Have to go to other videos for tips and pointers on iso, shutter speed and other settings to get best video filming quality. Right now my video has lots of "noise", and I'm struggling to clean it to up. Guess now I have to take a videography course. lol

😍Since autel robotics first lunching of the drones well the xstar primium is the one touches my heart im so inlove😍 i promise to my self i will never change and shift to other meaning stick to one but now 2018 when autel robotics announced again that they lunching a fodable drone well when i check the new drone i admiting to my self im inloved again not only in the xstar and also the new one called Autel EVO.. Yes those two is really beautiful and super great haayy well im telling you guys the real deal is i dont have a capable to buy this sorry for me😞... Hi Dan, The biggest difference between the X-Star and the X-Star Premium is the range. The X-Star has a range of .62 miles whereas the X-Star Premium as a range of 1.25 miles. The X-Star Premium also comes with a 64GB card and a semi-hard splash proof carrying case. If you have more questions about the X-Star feel free to give us a call at 1-844-MY-AUTEL
But at a mile is it really visible to the pilot?

First I did all the research !! Seconded , I could of purchased any of the drone's Best Buy had ....DGI 3advanced, 3pro 4 & 4pro !!! Everything I researched pointed to this X Star 👍🏻 Everything !!! DGI can pound sand for all I care ( No Really ) I now have an XSP Orange in the fleet. Who would spend $ 9 bills on a pos with NO support ???? Not I said the guy with the new XSP ..... Yeah Girl !! Go Head ... Get Down !!!

MUNIR SHEBA usually drone cameras don't record the audio because it's just loud buzzing.

This an awesome good quality drone it only $700 I know $700 is a lot of money but it worth it because it's better then dji's drones and dji's drones are around $1,800 and no one can afford that except for rich youtubers

The X-Star Premium uses a 915 Mhz signal to send back video. This happens to be on the same frequency has some emergency signal in Europe. The X-Star however uses 2.4 Ghz and doesn't have any interference issues in Europe.
Autel Robotics .. Can this be used in the UK. I've seen them for sale and want to be sure before I purchase one.
Also the cable that goes in the controller to phone will that work with Samsung and Apple Ipad?
Hello, The X-Star Premium is not available in the UK due to CE certification.
To connect to the Starlink app you will use a USB cable for Android or a lightning cable for iOS devices
Autel Robotics . That's good to know. I've seen it for sale for £700,£750 and £800. Shipped to the UK .
So no point in me buying it if I cannot use it.

I think this Autel drone was grate for 2 years the 3 year the unit malfunctions and takes off by itself do you have no control of the unit.
I sent it in three times and paid for repairs. The Fort time I called in and complained I even talk with the manager on call Tuesday, September, 1st, 2020 ph. 844.692.8835 time was 10:42 am. I explained this happened multiple times, he asked how many months in between flights.. I told him 2 to 3 months.. he replied if you don’t play it often The computer board May malfunction making it uncontrollable

I am curious as to why you insist on playing annoying music during the narration. I find it extremely distracting, and wish I had a way of just hearing your voice without that background noise. Good information, bad choice to play music louder than necessary.

barondorado have you flown both? I have and I can tell you that Autel copied a lot of design features from DJI. Both drones have pros and cons. But at the end, DJI is superior. The autel tends to slide before braking, and that could make you crash your drone in precision maneuvers.

TripMcSleazestack Personally I think DJI is over priced Certainly the Inspire is, but of course you are a rich guy and don't care about the price. The XStar is a nice alternative too the DJI and has some nicer options than the Phantom 3
+Ruudy L Sometimes you gotta pay to play! The X looks good on paper, but the real world tests leave much to be desired. Same goes for The Typhoon H. Those things are practically falling out of the sky, but on paper they should be epic.
TripMcSleazestack You are properly right, just have too save a bit more and get the Phantom 3 In a few years the Phantom 4 will come down in price too, so no hurry for buying just yet
