It worked tysm i had the sky q mini box disconecting from the main box and it kept kicking other wifi devices off the wifi and all i did was i changed the signal from 2.4 ghz to 5ghz and the issue stopped ty
I had that problem. I done all the reset, unplugged, etc. Check my points. Nothing. Then I phoned Sky. We went through the same stuff all over again. Nothing. So I asked questions. First question. Power from wall to router. Confirmed. 2nd question. Yellow point cable, Black. From wall box to router. Yes. The problem was there. The connection to the router was in the wrong port. Problem solved.
I found this week after expert hard reset my box thanx for that lost everything......i reconnected the dam thing myself through forums mainly BT ! All you do is shut down your hub shut down sky box reboot hub reboot sky then it will accept that pesky password 😊 all without idiot from bangladesh who didnt have a Scooby-Doo but he was very pleasant to chat to 😂 he was v upset that he failed to fix it not half as upset as i was for unnecessarily doing a hard reset!
No luck 😢.. My Q box Connected to router Connected to internet Then it losses internet Then it’s connected to internet Seconds later It’s just going in and out !! In and out.. My good it’s worked for 4 months

On what? The Main box or the Mini box? I’ve got this problem with my Sky Q Mini Box on installation day.

EE ROUTERS are not fans of sky Boxs..
Try a tp-link router..
