Hi, out of all the videos, yours is definitely the most relatable cause I don’t have a land line, and my setup is exactly like yours. I just got my box and it goes live tomorrow. They said if the other black wire is not connected it affects internet call those that included my mobile phone? And did you ever use the black wire

All the lights work except from the Internet one. ITS BEEN 5 HOURS. I'm so tempted to leave sky after being with it for 19 years. It always has issues whenever I connect the newest broadband, sick of it
