Thank you for a very informative video , since we had are sky router installed we only have 3 green lights no voice light , everything seems to work fine, would you know how to get all 4 green lights working , grey & black cables plug into the open reach , master socket 5c , Any advice would be appreciated . You are most welcome, the video seems to be well received to this very day which makes all the effort worthwhile because making RUclips videos is tough and I have the mental scars to prove it, viewers only see the final version. Regarding your issue with the voice light not showing on your Sky router, I have had a look on websites, Sky Virtual Assistant and consulted friends and we have deduced there is an incorrect cable connection which should be simple to rectify. To diagnose your query further It would be helpful if one could see your router cable connection via a photo (without revealing any personal information on the rear like I did in my video) of the router and master socket.
Sorry to learn the internet light on your Sky router never comes on which must be frustrating, it could be that there is a fault with the broadband line or router which a Sky engineer may need to cross check. You could run a test in the first instance if you have the Sky App.
