My white sky router box has permanent red light. Tried a different ethernet cable, still no joy. When i try connect mobile phone to wifi it says connected with no internet. Seriously have ni idea whats going on

Mines permanently stuck on red. Tried a new ethernet cable but still not working.
I have sky max hub since 15th oct 2024 still not got landline god knows how long i have to wait there have already taken payment
